Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As I previously stated, I refuse to do business with Premier Auto Group ever again "As is" vehicles are one thing, we all know what that means but when the price to fix a van is just about the same price you paid for it meaning MAJOR repairs, that is unethical and unacceptable not to mention the advertising on the vehicle's sticker that helped influence me to buy this van Everything about this deal was misleading and as far as I am concerned, this issue is resolved, not fixed but resolved I do not need help from Premier and I will not give them one more penny I am taking my complaints and business elsewhere Good bye Regards, [redacted]

Dear [redacted] ,We appreciate your letter regarding Mr [redacted] concernWe discussed this with the customer and agreed on the fact that we would be returning them their $deposit.Thank you!Sincerely, [redacted] Office Manager

Mr ***, we are sorry about your experienceUnfortunately we had a huge miscommunication in this situationYou are free to bring the car to our mechanic and we will look at it and fix the engine light and the air issueIt the problem was not solved properly at first we will definitely take care of itPlease feel free to contact me directly for this, and not the sales person

The company refunded the money I paid for the car but not for towing expense, which I have a receipt for Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint At this time, I'm not confident in the work that was done with Premier Auto Group The check battery light is still on my vehicle and a call to action to take it to the body shop(See picture.) I've scheduled an inspection of the work by another auto body shop to confirm that a new battery was indeed replaced and that the work was done accuratelyI don't know if I'll be more frustrated if the work was not done accurately or if the dashboard light trigger just wasn't turned off, as they had my vehicle for two weeks The inspection with another shop is scheduled for tomorrow.Since I've picked up my vehicle from PremierI've received a phone call from the salesperson and from Elena both indicated they would like me to take off the complaint on the Revdex.comIf I had this level of attention when my car was in the shop, there may not have been complaint in the first placeMoving forward, I do not have an interest in working with Premier or communication with their business regarding my vehicle, as they have lost all of my trust as a consumer Regards, [redacted]

WE INQUIRED ABOUT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS "AS IS" AND LONDON (our sales rep) ADVISED AGAINST ITWE THOUGHT THAT WAS ODD, (WHO TRIES TO TALK A CUSTOMER OUT OF A WARRANTY?) BUT BECAUSE THE VAN WAS OVER OUR BUDGET TO BEGIN WITH AND THEY WOULD HARDLY NEGOTIATE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS AN "AS IS" VEHICLE, WE LET THE WARRANTY ISSUE GO.THE BUSINESS ALSO STATES THAT:"a vehicle goes thru a total inspection before it gets on the lot." OBVIOUSLEY THEY FOUND PROBLEMS BECAUSE IT WAS MARKED"AS IS," HOWEVER, THE PURCHASING PRICE AND THE REFUSAL TO NEGOTIATE WITH US (EXCEPT $100.00) MISLEAD US INTO THINKING THE PROBLEMS WERE MINORA WEEK LATER WE LATER FOUND OUT WE WERE SITTING ON AN EXPENSIVE REPAIR AND AN UNSAFE VANAS I MENTIONED ABOVE, WE ARE HAPPY TO SEND THE BUSINESS OUR MECHANICS LIST (ATTAHCED), HOWEVER, WHO GETS TO SAY WHICH REPAIRS ARE LEGITIMATE? THIS IS WHAT NEEDS TO BE WORKED OUT BEFORE WE CAN ACCEPT THEIR OFFER AND BRING THIS MATTER TO A CLOSEWHAT IS IMPORTANT FOR SAFETY FOR US MAY NOT BE IMPORTANT FOR SAFETY TO THE BUSINESS.THE BUSINESS ALSO STATED IN THEIR MESSAGE:"if the car with a miles actually has it." WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN? OUR VAN IS SITTING IDLE BECAUSE IT WAS DECLARED UNSAFE TO DRIVE.Thank you, [redacted] (Original document attached)

Unfortunately, the businesses response is not accurate and I am even more resolved now to never do business with them againThey are running a business with no integrity
The engine light was still on when we picked up the carGary told us that when we put air in the tires, it would go offGary was suppose to have had someone take care of the issue prior to us picking up the carHe did notHe directed us to a gas station near the dealer and told us air was free there and we could put air in the tires as we were leavingWe have since replaced of the air pressure sensors
As for the air conditioning, Gary told us several times prior to purchasing the car that the air would be fixed prior to us taking possessionHe wrote it on the top of our "as is" warranty, which the dealer attached to this communicationThe air may have been charged but it was not fixedBy the time we got home, the air was hotWe called and told Gary two times, he told us he would speak with the owner and he never returned our call
Bottom line for us and everyone we can tell about our experience with Premier- don't take them at their wordIt's not worth the paper it's written on

Dear Mr***This is ***, the site manager, respondingI am the lady you originally spoke with: I am not a GM, I am a manager, but the one who deals with complaintsI was the right person to speak with regarding your complaint, however, I could not proceed with explaining how running one's
credit score works due to the fact that this is an area which only a finance manager can give you more details on due to his knowledge of how financing works. This is the reason why both times you called you were transferred to ***, our finance manager: he was the best person to explain how that worksHowever, you chose to hang up once transferred.***, our salesperson you spoke with yesterday, tried calling you after your conversation with her, but was unable to reach you.I already responded to your Google review you left on 10/regarding your complaintThis is what I replied on 10/19: "Dear Mr*** With all the respect, we have to run your credit through the bank, and somebody has to review it in order to give us an answerThis is the procedure for credit with banks and it does not ding your credit unless you do it many, many timesSincerely, --Premier Automotive Group, Inc."*** was trying to explain this to you, however you did not seem to understand the way it works with running one's credit.Thank you for your comment,--Premier Automotive Group, Inc

Dear ***: We were trying to help you save on the repair cost, so we purchased a battery for your carThey said days originally assuming that the battery would be working properlyUnfortunately, the battery that was shipped to us was not performing well, as it was discovered at the time they
were trying to hook it up (the process is time-consuming, because they need to go cell by cell)They went ahead and ordered another battery because of thatWe do understand your frustration and do apologize for the delay and the inconvenienceThe battery is on its wayThank you for your patience! Sincerely, --Premier Automotive Group, Inc

We are sorry to hear about your experienceThe sales person provided all the information he had regarding the vehicle, and offered to fix issues with the engine light and re-charge the airWe are attaching the copy where Gary and the customer agreed on these two issues be fixed and left the car
overnightGary explained that tires might needed the air and offered to put some air at the nearest gas station when Mr *** was picking up the car the next dayThe issue with the air and the engine light were fixedWe hope you do not judge the entire company by this one experienceThank you again for your feedback

Dear MsEngel,We received a complaint regarding the misunderstanding with your salesperson about the priceWe reviewed your case with the salesperson *** and the finance department, and they stated that you had agreed with the sales price over the phone when the finance department called you
and gave you the exact payment and the final price on the vehicleAfter agreeing with the terms, you came in and signed the paperworkAnd we went forward with you and made all of the repairs you'd requestedWhile you were here waiting for the repairs for hours, you did not mention anything about your concernHowever, when your repairs were done, you made a complaint about the pricing and the car You should have brought up your concern while you were on the phone with *** setting up an appointment for the repairs or while you were here waiting for those to be doneNevertheless, none of the concerns was mentioned when *** called you and when you were waiting for the car to be repairedSo, if we did not agree, we could have just gone ahead and cancelled the deal.Sorry for the misunderstandingWe were trying to do our best to make you happy, but, unfortunately, this didn't work out. If you have any questions, please, feel free to call us at *** or send us an email.Thank you!Sincerely,--Elena KhmelevaOffice Manager

All of the used car dealerships selling as is cars, it is only up to a customer to have the warranty on itA vehicle goes thru a total inspection before it gets on the lotWe would like to have the list of things that your mechanic thinks is needing a legitimate repair, so our mechanics can go
from there and see what can be fixed and if the car with a miles actually has it. Thank you

The term "as is" is commonly used in the pre-owned vehicleSpecifically, some cars are offered as is, without a warranty; other cars include a warrantyIn general, the term "as is" means that a certain vehicle is available in the condition as it is on the lotWe offer a third party warranty on vehicles that already passed their own warrantyWe do not take cars back, they only can go as trade insOur offer for the customer that we inspect the car with our mechanics and can fix whatever needs to be fixed to resolve the safety driving issueIt wont cost 6000$ to a customer as the previous mechanics offer

I am sorry for the misunderstanding with our sales person, she should have explained properly what the warranty is and that all as is cars are used cars, that is what we have on the lotWe do not take cars back, unless a customer is willing to purchase a different vehicle and trading this one inAccording to the estimate that your mechanic gave us the vehicle passed the safety inspection, otherwise your mechanic would not advise you to drive itWe can check and see if the vehicle has any major issues that can influence the customer's safety and we can fix it, the estimate would be different from what the ** ***l Garage provided you, and you would be responsible for the costsThank You

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am also very sorry for the misunderstanding and misleading information from Premier. "As is" vehicles are a nightmare and we unfortunately got stuck with an "expensive-inoperable" one.  The dealer obviously knows there are problems when marking a vehicle "as is,'  yet they are not required to disclose what they know and can put any price tag they wish on a vehicle knowing they will be protected.   This is simply wrong.  Premier falsely advertised this van by saying on the sticker that it "RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT."  This was deceitful and because of it,  because we didn't see the "as is" papers until sealing the deal (as they were not on the van itself), because our initial mechanic ([redacted]) did not do their job and the fact that the price was a bit on the high side for a 10 year old van, we assumed the problems were minor.  We assumed wrong, the problems are major.  We considered trading it back in to Premier but 1)  I can only imagine how low the trade in offer from Premier would be knowing how many things are wrong with it and  2)  how do I trust Premier Auto Group with yet another vehicle?   This will not be an option.   As far as the estimate that my second mechanic gave me, nowhere on their estimate report does it state that the vehicle passed a safety inspection, it only proved that one was performed.   I do not know where Premier got that idea especially with all the repair recommendations checked off.  I do not call needing new rear brakes,  right and left front lower control  arms, transmission cooler and connecting hoses and left motor mounts  (just to mention a few) a safe vehicle to drive.  Actually, my second mechanic verbally advised me not to drive this van but if I had to, to "keep plenty of space between myself and any other vehicle because the brakes were not reliable."  This is why this van has sat idle for weeks in my driveway.  He also told me in an email, (after I declined the repairs because I had already paid too much for it -  $7,000.00) "I'm glad you have taken the time to think about this because I really don't think it is worth it to spend this kind of money on it."   My mechanic  passed up $6,000.00 worth of work to be honest with me.  I wish all businesses were like that.  Last but not least,  there is no way I would let Premier fix anything on this van then expect me to pay for it.   Really?   Obviously,  Premier's safety concerns don't come close to mine.  Thanks but no thanks!  I'll be taking my complaints and business elsewhere.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am not satisfied with their response for the following reasons:- Yes, she ([redacted]) did explain to me how their company works and that they are not a bank when I called 10/20. That was evident to me going in as I was going to buy a car their, not a bank. Once again, before agreeing to have my credit checked I asked many questions about their process and was given the unequivocal impression this was a single hard credit inquiry. I intentionally asked many questions and initially resisted having my credit check (per your finance manager's firm suggestion) because I wanted only 1 inquiry on my credit. If I had known it was going to be more than one I would have not consented. Therefore, her explanation to me was useless since it was after the fact, which I explained to her when I called. - When I called on 10/20 and asked for the general manager the response I got was, "Yes, that is me", once again giving me the impression that you were since that is what you responded to and did not correct me. Also is why I was frustrated calling the second time being told there wasn't a general manager. - You are correct in saying, "...the procedure for credit with banks... does not ding your credit unless you do it many, many times." Again, this is irrelevant to the fact that I asked many questions about how it would effect my credit and was under the impression it was a single inquiry because of the content of the responses given to me. While this may not have hurt my credit further ones would because of your excess inquiries. I am responsible for my credit and it is for me to determine how much credit is being used and what is too many inquiries to me NOT YOU, especially once again I was consenting to a single inquiry. You do not get to decide what is or is not okay for my credit, I do. I am the customer who has put years of discipline to achieve it.All of the issues I have experience occurred because of the poor inaccurate responses from you and your employees which I cannot control and am trusting you to give me the appropriate response. That is a result of poor professionalism, not customer negligence. Once again, I want 3 of the 4 (Wells Fargo, Gateway One, Kemba CU, Park National bank, and apparently Premier Auto???) inquiries removed since I only consented to one.
Regards,
[redacted]
