Ms. [redacted] came to the dealership on 11/11, brought the car, and signed the bill of sale confirming the cancellation of this deal. She got her refund for the car (please, see the check image attached). Please, feel free to contact me if you have any questions. [redacted]Premier...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
As I previously stated, I refuse to do business with Premier Auto Group ever again.  "As is" vehicles are one thing, we all know what that means but when the price to fix a van is just about the same price you paid for it meaning MAJOR repairs, that is unethical and unacceptable not to mention the false advertising on the vehicle's sticker that helped influence me to buy this van.  Everything about this deal was misleading and as far as I am concerned, this issue is resolved, not fixed but resolved.  I do not need help from Premier and I will not give them one more penny.    I am taking my complaints and business elsewhere.  Good bye.
Regards,

Dear [redacted],We appreciate your letter regarding Mr. [redacted] concern. We discussed this with the customer and agreed on the fact that we would be returning them their $300.00 deposit.Thank you!Sincerely,[redacted]Office Manager

The company refunded the money I paid for the car but not for towing expense, which I have a receipt for.

Thank you very much for your notification. The update is that [redacted] received her car with a battery last Thursday. I called her on Friday and left her a voice message where I was trying to make sure she was satisfied. She never called back.Thank you very much for handing this!Have a good day!--Elena K.Premier Automotive Group, Inc.

Dear M[redacted]There was no double tax charge, and you signed the paperwork agreeing on the price of the car, and we made a step forward by doing that extra repair on the car for you. And, as we had stated before, you waited until all of the repairs were done, and only then addressed your complaint. If you were concerned about the price, you should have brought this up before asking us to do the repairs, and we could have just reversed the deal and taken the car back without any issues. We wouldn't have to be going back and forth via email on this matter. We do not force anybody to purchase our cars. You agreed to buy the car and signed the paperwork. By signing the paperwork you agreed with the sales price. Thank you!Sincerely,--[redacted]Office Manager

THEY HAVE ADDRESSED THE ISSUES OF THIS DISPUTE IN THEIR MESSAGE TO US BELOW. HOWEVER, WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING IS WITHOUT CLARIFICATION AND THEREFORE, IS UNSATISFACTORY TO US. WE NEED TO KNOW WHO DECIDES WHAT REPAIRS ARE LEGITIMATE. WE NEED TO HAVE A SAY IN THIS AS WELL. OUR MECHANICS LIST IS ATTACHED AND WE BELIEVE EVERYTHING ON IT IS LEGITIMATE AND IS A SAFETY CONCERN.* If an offer of resolution was made, has the Company fulfilled the proposed offer?NO, THEIR OFFER IS NOT CLEAR & CANNOT BE FULFILLED UNTIL WE ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH THEM REGARDING THE "LEGITIMATE" REPAIRS AND WHO GETS TO DETERMINE WHAT IS LEGITIMATE AND WHAT'S NOT. MY SAFETY CONCERNS MAY NOT BE THE SAME AS THEIRS NOT TO MENTION AN ENTIRE MONTH THIS VAN HAS BEEN SITTING IDLE WHICH HAS BEEN A REAL PROBLEM FOR MY HUSBANDS HEALTH.OUR DESIRED OUTCOME IS ONE OF TWO OPTIONS: 1) A TOTAL REFUND2) THEY TAKE THE LIST FROM OUR MECHANIC WHICH I HAVE ATTACHED AND FIX EVERYTHING ON IT AND GIVE ME THE OPTION TO HAVE IT RECHECKED BY OUR MECHANIC (WHO BTW-[redacted] RECOMMENDS)Please submit your thoughts via online system, fax or mail within 7 days. The text of your compliant may be publicly posted on Revdex.com's web site (Revdex.com reserves the right to not post in accordance with Revdex.com policy). We would be glad to assist you,Regards,[redacted] Marketplace Resource Consultant Page 2PART IIHere are my comments / concerns regarding their message:  REJECTION!THEIR "MESSAGE" BELOW TO US STATES: It is only up to a customer to have the warranty on it." WE INQUIRED ABOUT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY SINCE THE VEHICLE WAS "AS IS" AND LONDON (our sales rep) ADVISED AGAINST IT. WE THOUGHT THAT WAS ODD, (WHO TRIES TO TALK A CUSTOMER OUT OF A WARRANTY?) BUT BECAUSE THE VAN WAS OVER OUR BUDGET TO BEGIN WITH AND THEY WOULD HARDLY NEGOTIATE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS AN "AS IS" VEHICLE, WE LET THE WARRANTY ISSUE GO.THE BUSINESS ALSO STATES THAT:"a vehicle goes thru a total inspection before it gets on the lot." OBVIOUSLEY THEY FOUND PROBLEMS BECAUSE IT WAS MARKED"AS IS," HOWEVER, THE PURCHASING PRICE AND THE REFUSAL TO NEGOTIATE WITH US (EXCEPT $100.00) MISLEAD US INTO THINKING THE PROBLEMS WERE MINOR. A WEEK LATER WE LATER FOUND OUT WE WERE SITTING ON AN EXPENSIVE REPAIR AND AN UNSAFE VAN. AS I MENTIONED ABOVE, WE ARE HAPPY TO SEND THE BUSINESS OUR MECHANICS LIST (ATTAHCED), HOWEVER, WHO GETS TO SAY WHICH REPAIRS ARE LEGITIMATE? THIS IS WHAT NEEDS TO BE WORKED OUT BEFORE WE CAN ACCEPT THEIR OFFER AND BRING THIS MATTER TO A CLOSE. WHAT IS IMPORTANT FOR SAFETY FOR US MAY NOT BE IMPORTANT FOR SAFETY TO THE BUSINESS.THE BUSINESS ALSO STATED IN THEIR MESSAGE:"if the car with a 140 miles actually has it." WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN? OUR VAN IS SITTING IDLE BECAUSE IT WAS DECLARED UNSAFE TO DRIVE.Thank you, [redacted] (Original document attached)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  At this time, I'm not confident in the work that was done with Premier Auto Group.  The check battery light is still on my vehicle and a call to action to take it to the body shop. (See picture.)  I've scheduled an inspection of the work by another auto body shop to confirm that a new battery was indeed replaced and that the work was done accurately. I don't know if I'll be more frustrated if the work was not done accurately or if the dashboard light trigger just wasn't turned off, as they had my vehicle for two weeks.  The inspection with another shop is scheduled for tomorrow.Since I've picked up my vehicle from Premier. I've received a phone call from the salesperson and from Elena both indicated they would like me to take off the complaint on the Revdex.com. If I had this level of attention when my car was in the shop, there may not have been complaint in the first place. Moving forward, I do not have an interest in working with Premier or communication with their business regarding my vehicle, as they have lost all of my trust as a consumer.

This is regarding a complaint # [redacted] from [redacted] from 3/8. I noticed that it was still open, so I just wanted to give you an update. Once we received the complaint from the customer, our shop manager contacted her to arrange her bringing the car in and checking the light that was on. They installed another battery on her car and she picked the car up. We never received any concerns from her ever since. Please, let me know if you have any questions,Sincerely,--Elena K.Premier Automotive Group, Inc.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]
When the finance manager was made aware of the double tax charge he gave me 24 hours to get a loan for the $6400, but we were not permitted to go through the same bank. My husband and I were not able to get an approval in that time frame. I did however receive a phone call about a week later from GE Credit Union with an approval but by that time it was to late.
