arrived in the mail and was informed that the money order was not received.  The same day, Ms. [redacted] submitted a credit card payment. 05/12/2016- vehicle deemed a total loss - claim...

pending as there is an excluded driver on the policy
06/07/2016 - police report received
06/07/2016- insured contacted and advised of total loss procedures, file pending management approval
06/09/2016- file approved and insured contact with total loss settlement. Total loss settlement/paperwork was also mailed to insured

I am rejecting this response because: Yes the company did send me an offer for $300.00 and my car has almost $3000.00 of damage to it. The company has not come and look at my car I sent in picture of the car of all the damage and a repair statement along with it that show what the damage is.

To whom it may concern, On 6-17-17, a renewal request was submitted to [redacted] Insurance Company.  On 6-19-17, Insure On The Spot Services, Inc. was informed by [redacted] Insurance Company that the renewal offer was not valid.  At that time, Insure On The Spot contacted [redacted]...

the same day regarding the matter.  On 6-21-17, Insure On The Spot Services, Inc. received a cancellation request and forwarded the request to [redacted] Insurance Company.   On 9-5-17, Insure On The Spot Services, Inc. issued Mr. [redacted] a refund check.  Upon further review, it was determined that due to employee error the refund was not issued to Mr. [redacted].  This was corrected on 9-5-17 and is currently under review.  The employee that was accountable for Mr. [redacted]’s account is no longer with the company.  We deeply apologize for the error and any inconvenience to Mr. [redacted].  Thank you for your time.  Insure On The Spot Services, Inc.

Insurance with a cancellation date of 9-8-16.At that time, Insure On The Spot Services, Inc. contact Ms [redacted] for a copy of her new policy to backdate the [redacted] Insurance Company policy.[redacted] Insurance Company processed the request on 9-16-16 and backdated the cancellation date to 8-11-16.  Insure On The Spot Services, Inc issued Ms. [redacted] a refund on 9-16-16.   Thank you for your time.

On 6-27-17, Insure On The Spot Credit Corporation sent Mr. [redacted] his 4 monthly payment coupons; his first payment was due on 7-22-17 in the amount of $99.80.  On 7-6-17,...

Insure On The Spot Credit Corporation sent a notice of payment due and on 7-24-17 a late notice was sent to Mr. [redacted].On 7-28-17, Mr. [redacted] contacted Insure On The Spot Services, Inc. to add two vehicles and a driver to his current policy resulting in additional premium.   As of 8-8-17, Insure On The Spot Credit Corporation did not receive the first monthly payment and the additional amount was added to the account, resulting in 4 monthly payment of $346.96.  On 9-1-17, Mr. [redacted] submitted a payment of $355.81.Mr. [redacted] asked to “figure out the amount owed and payments” & “amounts should not be same for a month were we only had one vehicle etc.”   as requested in his letter please see the following payment schedule.  Insure On The Spot Credit Corporation waived the cancel/late fees and part of the finance charge.  Payment schedule 4 monthly payments:  99.80 due on 7-22-17;  410.46 due on 8-22-17; 410.46 due on 9-22-17 and 410.46 due on 10-22-17.   The $355.81 payment would be applied to the 7-22-17 payment of $99.80 and $256.01 towards the 8-22-17 payment leaving a balance of $154.45 due for that month.Thank you for your time. Insure On The Spot Services, Inc.

at 5:30am with an effective date of 3-24-17.  Insure On The Spot Services, Inc. forwarded Mr. [redacted] request to cancel his insurance to American Alliance Casualty Company on 3-31-17 and asked for the notice to be processed the same day.  On 3-31-17, American Alliance Casualty Company processed the cancellation request and Insure On The Spot Services, Inc. issued Mr. [redacted] refund of $69.
