I purchased a product from Inkojet and the product that arrived was not the one that fit my phoneI tried or more times to contact a representative to discuss return/exchange options but nobody ever answered the phoneI left several messages with clearly spoken contact information and the nature of my call without ever being contactedI am disappointed at the lack of professionalismTheir behavior discredits their reputation and I will keep this experience close and leave my opinion of their company on the tip of my tongueI advise patrons to spend their money elsewhereThis company speaks (or doesn't speak) for itself, hopefully the market brings many competitors to their sector so we can benefit from higher quality service and products In the meantime, I'm out $Good luck to my fellow consumers!

They have on their site that they are Revdex.com accredited and they are not They also advertise same day shipping and I ordered something days ago and it has not even shipped yet Need to return an item and can not get in touch with anyone for a return authorization I have left several voice mails and emails and have not got a response
Don't do business with this company Customer support is horrible I bought some ink for my printer and when I got it I opened up the box On the cartridge there is a yellow tab that says pull When I did, ink was all over I called the company and the girl told me that happens a lot I wanted to speak with her boss and he was not available Finally I pressured the girl to give me his phone number He basically said it was my fault in the way I opened it I looked all over the website for any caution instructions and in the box there was none either I have ink all over rug, my desk, my shirt and ink all over my hands After I said I was going to make a complaint with the Revdex.com he hung up on me

I recently placed an order from this company, paying the extra 6.00 for priortiy mail as I need this product quickly. When the package didn't arrive with in the 3 days, I emailed then to find out what happened. There was no tracking number available. On the 4th day, they emailed me a tracking number and told me the package had been delivered. When I checked the USPS tracking number myself I found that apparently it had been delivered to the wrong address (which they put on the package). The package was then picked up by the postman and as stated on the tracking information, was returend to the sender. Throughout this whole situation never once did the company apologize for the inconvenience or offer any type of explanation. Basically they were blaming me for the error when clearly it was them as the address I provided them was correct. Now they are charging me a restocking fee for returning the item, when it wasn't me at all. They still insist the package was delivered to me even though I verifed with the post office that the wrong address was written on the label. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered and wouldn't recommend this company to any one.
