On 10/16/2016 My husband ordered (2) 5 packs of Cannon PGI-250XL and paid $37.90.
We received C-226 instead which we did NOT order. Since then, we have left three voice messages (no one answers the phone) and have not received return call.
I purchased a product from Inkojet and the product that arrived was not the one that fit my phone. I tried 10 or more times to contact a representative to discuss return/exchange options but nobody ever answered the phone. I left several messages with clearly spoken contact information and the nature of my call without ever being contacted. I am disappointed at the lack of professionalism. Their behavior discredits their reputation and I will keep this experience close and leave my opinion of their company on the tip of my tongue. I advise patrons to spend their money elsewhere. This company speaks (or doesn't speak) for itself, hopefully the market brings many competitors to their sector so we can benefit from higher quality service and products.
In the meantime, I'm out $70. Good luck to my fellow consumers!
I ordered a 4 pack of ink cartridges for 17.95 the order was sent to the incorrect address which was my fault so I ordered a 2nd package which I did receive but never received my first package even after it was sent back to the sender which is them.it clearly states on the tracking that they did receive my first order I have snap shots of the whole delivery process.my order was removed from the order history of their website and only reflected my 2nd package.basically the site only shows my 2nd order which I did receive but my first order is gone as if it never happened.I was charged for 2 orders and only received 1.their communication is terrible.they have no interpersonal communication skills nor do they care for their customer base or repeat business.this is highly unethical and its theft.I guarantee they are doing this same act with others.do not let the prices distort you and with all their enhanced credible labels they flaunt on their site only to attract you.
I have been using inkojet for 4 years and they saved me tons of money ! would not use big box office stores as I always been satisfied with inkojet's products
Terrible. Don't fall for there same day shipping scam. I'm still waiting for my phone screen over a week now....its expected shipping date is 14 days til its in my hands! Terrible customer service, just an all around horrible experience from this company. It pays to not order from them.
So, I ordered ink on a package deal, for same day delivery. Still have yet to receive it.. I called and called an no answer but some automated system saying leave a message.. This is not good customer service or professional. I hope that every fake employee that help make up this scheming website get theirs.
I'm going to be making a call to the Attorney General for this state and place a consumers affairs complaint as well. Inkojetðð¾ðð¾ðð¾ . Whether I do or don't receive my package, this website/company is not getting away with this violation
