I recently had some work done on my foundation, driveway, and eaves The work was done in a timely fashion and the work crews were very friendly and open to questions and concerns I would definitely use this company again

First off, they protected the carpeted basement stairs with a drop clothThe crew did a good job and cleaned up well afterwards inside and out
The cracks were sealed in the foundationExcavation was filled in, graded and grass seed laid down
The leaking gaps between the landing, steps and the brick wall that allowed water to splash thru to a basement corner I-beam support were sealed
Basement steel I-beam that rusted below the leaking front step splash over was cleaned and paintedRusted I-beam support shims were replacedLooks now like nothing ever happened

My wife and I recently contracted with Seagate Roofing and Foundation Services to repair a basement wall that was starting to push in to the basementWe met with their estimator, *** *** to discuss various options available to usDuring his assessment/inspection of the wall in question he found additional problems that other companies had missedAfter he completed his inspection he sat down with us and thoroughly explained options available to us
We signed and contract and work was scheduledI must commend Seagate for their promptness on arriving at the time they said they would on the day agreed upon
The work crew went out of their way to take every step in making sure that we were satisfied with the way the left our house at the end of each work dayThey found additional problems as work progressed and stopped to make sure they explained every fault they found and what they were going to do to fix it
Work took one week longer than what was originally agreed to but, when they completed work, our basement wall was straight, our foundation was straightened and the traffic area they used was completely cleanedBefore they left, they did a walk-through with us, asked if we had any questions
