We hired Seagate to insulate our crawl space back in 2012. For that small project, they went way above and beyond what was quoted, cleaned out the entire crawl space, and had the project completed on time and on budget. We decided to hire them again to replace our roof and siding in 2014 based on their previous work. Throughout the project we did have several issues to work through, but every time we called to complain Seagate sent someone out immediately to inspect the situation. They worked with us to resolve issues quickly and to our satisfaction. Seagate’s prices were a bit higher than other contractors bids, but we were very satisfied with both the work and the customer service. I feel the extra was well worth it and I would recommend Seagate to anyone looking to do roofing, siding, or insulation.

After the amount of snowfall, drifts and ice dams on our townhouses this past February 3rd and knowing what was to come at the end of the day/week, I feared roof and water intrusion problems. Knowing that many others was experiencing same issues and not expecting a quick response team. Seagate came to the site within an hour and examine the issues, left and I had an email with their itemized bid. After approving their bid, Seagate had a team on site within two hours and the was complete by the end of the work day.
The Seagate team was quick to respond, bid was prompt and detailed, contractors sent on site were polite, efficient and took extra steps to protect our units for the removal of ice and heavy snow.

Excellent service, roof was torn off and replaced within a day and a half, including installation of a rubber roof on my sunroom and a saddle built behind the chimney. The crew did an excellent job on cleaning up and the roof looks great. There are a few scuff marks on the siding, but having prior experience in roofing I understand that these things can happen no matter how much you try to prevent them.

I hired Seagate last fall to replace my garage roof. The crew arrived on time, was very friendly and courteous, and communicated promptly with me throughout the entire project. By the time they left, all materials were cleaned up and the dumpster removed the same day. I couldn't be happier with my new roof.

I recently got a new roof from seagate and at first I was scared to call a big comapny thinking they would not care about my little job or that they may be priced way to high. Boy was I wrong there prices were a bit higher but the service I got was outstanding the salesman [redacted] was so caring that he even showed up to my house every day to check to see how things were coming . [redacted] was not a pushy salesman at al unlike some of the salesman I ran into whiling getting other estimate from smaller companies I will pay more money to have Seagate do my home improvements and I will not waste my time getting other estimate ever again and to have those other salespeople call me 100 times until I told them I went with someone else. [redacted] and Seagate were AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seagate did a great job pinpointing the source of my Mom's basement water issue. I was expecting a fill perimeter water channeling system. They gave a minimally invasive solution that was cost effective. Upon installation they kept dust and other mess to a minimum, reinstalled the stair treads, finished the concrete cut and cleaned up better than when they arrived. I am highly satisfied.

I had a problem with a roof that another company installed. I was having a discolored/wet section in hallway ceiling upstairs. This company came out multiple times and could not find leak. They stated nothing was on the rafters in attic showing water penetrating. I finally realized they were never going to solve this problem. I called Seagate and with 10 minutes after arrival [redacted] found the problem. Exhaust fans were vented to attic and in winter condensation formed on them and dripped down on ceiling on warmer days. Seagate vented outside and guess what no more leaks. Thank you Seagate for your quick and professional service.

In November, 2012, we hired Seagate Roofing to tear off and replace our roof as well as add insulation to our attic space. We did not make this decision lightly, as it is a costly and important home improvement. After researching Seagate, we felt it would be a company who would stand behind their work and product.
Within the first year, due to some porch leakage, Seagate reinstalled some flashing. and repaired some damaged wood to our porch. There were no hassles to this inquiry and request - they took care of the problem immediately.
Just this past winter, we had excess humidity in our attic, and once again, they assessed the issue and took care of the installation of additional attic venting. [redacted] and especially [redacted] handled our issues in a professional, courteous, and prompt way, and are a great witness to the company's motto of good customer service.

Could not be happier with Seagate. We purchased our home and shortly after found our foundation was in dire need of repair (cracking walls were a tell tale sign). We had 2 local estimates as well as Seagate's estimate. Honestly, Seagate was higher than the other 2 but when comparing them, Seagate left nothing unturned and was very thorough. We called the others back to request another estimate to include everything as we wanted the job done right the first time. We ended up choosing Seagate due to the thoroughness and great communication. They came out and did the job quickly and professionally, of course, with some added humor along the way. We were very comfortable with them while the work was being completed. After completion, we noticed a crack in the sidewalk presumably from the heavy equipment and without batting an eye, they initiated a work order to fix it. We are so impressed with every aspect of this project, from the initial call to the estimate to the work and finally the financing. Will DEFINITELY recommend Seagate to everyone.
