Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] In order to avoid unreasonable cancellation fees, I have committed to starting a new contract for my electric supplier immediately following the end of my current contract It's unfortunate that this is the best solution available to me at this point, but given the circumstances, I feel that it is a fair arrangement As for the dishonest employee that put us in this situation, it is my understanding that he is no longer with the company Regards, [redacted]

I spoke to [redacted] this afternoon and I am going to be trying to work out some sort of resolution that he will be happy withCurrently he got himself caught into two separate energy contractsit seems like there was a ton of confusion when he signed up his stores as well as honoring the contract from the previous ownerThere was also confusion on who Integrity was versus the supplierI will be working with our supplier to see what they are able to do and should have some answers in the next day or two

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below My complaint is in reference to the cold calls we receive During the last call, the woman asked to speak with "the person who handles your ComEd account about an impending rate increase." When I asked what company she was with, she said she "works with ComEd." She also said the contract with our energy supplier was almost up, but was unable to give me the name of the supplier upon inquiry I feel that while perhaps she did not technically say she works for ComEd or our supplier, her comments were deliberately misleading In fact, a quick google search of Integrity Energy will pull up dozens of similar complaints by people who feel they have been misled and thought they were speaking with their utility company I myself have been dealing with multiple calls like this for months, and twice when I've said I'm not interested, the person has called back with more aggressive tactics Branding and marketing materials are not available to people who are being cold-called, so they still may not be aware of who they are dealing with I'm sure Integrity knows this and uses it to their advantage to get people to sign contracts with them I would recommend training call-center staff to be more forthcoming and respectful.Sources below: [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

I left a voicemail message for [redacted] explaining that I looked into this situation and I added their number to our do not call list.The agent who called had notes from speaking to someone else at the company that their contract ends in DecemberI spoke to the rep and explained that we can't assume the notes in the system are 100% accurateI also coached her on the proper way to add a customers phone number to our DNC listLet me know if you have any further questionsThanks,Paul N***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me All I wanted is to have Integrity Energy stop the phone calls.It is however, not true that I hadn't been contacted for months And, I know who was calling, as the caller ID identified Integrity Energy on past calls.I would not waste my time filing a complaint for one call I did hang up, after being spoken to in a rude, pushy manner Your employees need better training.I strongly suggest that you change your business practices I stand by the fact that I will never use Integrity Energy Regards, [redacted]

***,I went back and looked at our call records and we did call you yesterday, but before that we did not call you for monthsThere are a lot of energy brokers calling businesses so you may have gotten someone else confused with usEither way, we have added your phone number to our DNC listI also addressed this complaint with the agent who called you yesterday and she is very adamant about not being rude at allShe said she did add your number to our DNC list like you requested but you hung up on her before she could even tell you thatI apologize you feel like you have had a bad experience with our company, please feel free to contact me directly if have any future questions.Thank you,Paul N***

We tried to contact *** this morning but she was not in the officeThe business has been placed on our internal DNC list and we will NOT be calling this customer going forwardOnce we reach *** we will make sure she has some direct contact information for our management team in case anything
changes in the futureThe agent that contacted this customer is new and he has been coached on how to properly respond to a customers request to be added to our DNC list
