***, I pulled up your number and it looks like we did call you last week, but the previous time was a couple months ago.Either way, I will add your number to our DNC (do not call) list so we will not call you in the futurePlease let me know directly if you receive any future communication
from one of my sale associates. Thanks,Paul N***

I spoke to *** who is a current customer, their contract is set to expire in the future and Jeff was starting to work on renewal pricingHis only problem was the customer informed Jeff that the best way to reach the facilities manager is through email and not the phoneThe customer has emailed
us over recent copies of the bills so we are working on new pricingJeff knows now to only communicate through email and will not be calling the customer again unless specifically requested by the customerI believe *** was happy with the our conversation and appreciated the quick resolution

***,I spoke to the representative who called your office and he did remember the callHe mentioned someone at your company said something along the lines of " Hey, I've asked you nicely to take us off your list, you guys call us all the timeTake us off your list" at that point he said he
replied with "will do, have a wonderful day" I verified that he did add the number to our do not call list on September 30th so no future calls should be made to your business from our companyIf you do receive any further calls, please contact me directly and I will investigate it pn***@integenergy.com.Thanks,Paul N***

I called [redacted] this morning and advised her that I will find out who the rep was that called and did not correctly code the call so her number gets added to our do not call list. I personally added her number to our list so she will not receive any future calls from my company. She seemed very...

pleased that I reached out to her directly and I believe she is satisfied with the result. let me know if you need any additional information. thanks, paul N[redacted]

[redacted] <[redacted].com>3:03 PM to me [redacted], thank you for the prompt response. I received a call from a woman named Rene with Integrity Energy this morning and she stated she would remove all of our companies contact numbers from their database. I appreciate you...

helping me to finally reach someone who would actually help us resolve this and not continuously harass our employees. I am satisfied with this resolution and as long as there is no further contact from their company I do not see any reason to proceed with the complaint. Have a wonderful day. [redacted]

[redacted], I will take a look and see who has been calling you the last week and take corrective action with them.In addition, I will be adding your number to our DNC list this afternoon. thanks, paul

I have reviewed the response...

made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
My complaint is in reference to the cold calls we receive.  During the last call, the woman asked to speak with "the person who handles your ComEd account about an impending rate increase."  When I asked what company she was with, she said she "works with ComEd."  She also said the contract with our energy supplier was almost up, but was unable to give me the name of the supplier upon inquiry.  I feel that while perhaps she did not technically say she works for ComEd or our supplier, her comments were deliberately misleading.  In fact, a quick google search of Integrity Energy will pull up dozens of similar complaints by people who feel they have been misled and thought they were speaking with their utility company.  I myself have been dealing with multiple calls like this for months, and twice when I've said I'm not interested, the person has called back with more aggressive tactics.  Branding and marketing materials are not available to people who are being cold-called, so they still may not be aware of who they are dealing with.  I'm sure Integrity knows this and uses it to their advantage to get people to sign contracts with them.  I would recommend training call-center staff to be more forthcoming and respectful.Sources below:[redacted]

I responded to [redacted] and apologized for the calls, I added the number listed on this complaint to our do not call list.In addition, I asked if there were any other numbers that needed to be added. if you have any other questions, please let me know.

I left a voicemail message for [redacted] explaining that I looked into this situation and I added their number to our do not call list. The agent who called had notes from speaking to someone else at the company that their contract ends in December. I spoke to the rep and explained that we can't assume...

the notes in the system are 100% accurate. I also coached her on the proper way to add a customers phone number to our DNC list. Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks,Paul N[redacted]

[redacted],I went back and looked at our call records and we did call you yesterday, but before that we did not call you for months. There are a lot of energy brokers calling businesses so you may have gotten someone else confused with us. Either way, we have added your phone number to our DNC...

list. I also addressed this complaint with the agent who called you yesterday and she is very adamant about not being rude at all. She said she did add your number to our DNC list like you requested but you hung up on her before she could even tell you that. I apologize you feel like you have had a bad experience with our company, please feel free to contact me directly if have any future questions.Thank you,Paul N[redacted]

[redacted],I pulled the call records for your number and we have called you only 3 times since January 1st 2016. On the last call that was made to you 4/1/16 you spoke to a woman from our office who happened to be new and was sitting with a manager when they called you. Both have confirmed that you did ask where we were calling from and both said the response was "Integrity Energy Ma'am".You stated that you deal with calls like this all the time, there are hundreds of energy brokers making calls to all businesses. The reason we have some complaints is because people lump all of us together and we happen to be one of the only company's that actually say our company name. This is how people are able to identify us and confuse us with all the other company's calling. Like I mentioned above, we only called you 3 times over the last 3 months and never once was a callback initiated. You mentioned twice someone called back with more aggressive tactics, I can guarantee that was not our company. The only way we can sign a customer up is through paperwork that either gets emailed or faxed to a customer. That paperwork needs to be signed and either emailed or faxed back. We do not participate in (TPV) third party verification where a recorded call with prompt a switch. Every customer we sign up has some sort of paperwork with our company name and logo on it. I apologize for your experience, but I truly believe it was not our company that tried to be misleading or use aggressive tactics. We have placed your number on our internal "do not call" list so you will not be receiving any further calls from us.Thanks,Paul N[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  All I wanted is to have Integrity Energy stop the phone calls. It is however, not true that I hadn't been contacted for months.  And, I know who was calling, as the caller ID identified Integrity Energy on past calls.I would not waste my time filing a complaint for one call.  I did hang up, after being spoken to in a rude, pushy manner.  Your employees need better training.I strongly suggest that you change your business practices.  I stand by the fact that I will never use Integrity Energy.

We are going to have to agree to disagree. I don't appreciate being called a liar, nor do I think that is a fair assessment of our company. Our system won't even allow a call to be dialed more than once every couple weeks unless a customer requests a call back. We have more than 35,000 customers nationwide that would give a different opinion of our company. I understand it is very frustrating receiving calls regarding your electric and gas, but there are hundreds of companies telemarketing. It may be possible that you are receiving calls from multiple marketers and thinking they are all from Integrity. I apologize for your experience with our company and I can assure you that we will not be contacting you going forward.Thank you,Paul N[redacted]

[redacted], That was already addressed with the conversation about how to properly add a customer to our do not call list. Thanks, Paul

We will be adding this customer to our internal DNC list, but I can assure you we have not and do not act we are from the utility or another supplier. All of our marketing material and proposals are branded with Integrity Energy all over them.
