I can't say if a one star can even express how bad this courier outfit is.
Unreliable and incompetent is all I need to say.
Twice now I have ordered through Amazon and Amazon insist on using this courier for my parcels and twice I have not received the goods.
The first time I called Intelcom customer service 4 times and one time the women that I could hardly understand deliberately hung up on me. Only once I had a decent operator that I understood and basically said the same as they all say. Checked my info and tell me I should see my parcel in the next 2 days...BS.
Today my current parcel is nearly 3weeks late and according to their tracking info. my parcel has been sitting in their local warehouse that whole time. It was returned to their warehouse after they claimed issues with delivery and the note says will attempt again. Well i'm a patient person, the parcel is still in their local warehouse and I wonder when they plan on that attempt again to deliver? 2023, next year.
Now I guess I will contact Amazon and cancel my order, wonder how many times Amazon has to eat an order because of these clowns.
My other delivery was due February 7th and today is February 17th. I have called them multiple times and nobody knows what is going on. I havebeen hung up on 3 times.
They just lost my last shipment, they tried to deliver it and the business was closed (personal item shipped to my workplace), so they brought it back to the warehouse and BOOM... My package was magically lost... Tried to talk with the customer support and they are useless (either by phone and online chat) and they just don't *** care... TOTALLY don't care... I asked to talk with a supervisor and guess what... Drum roll... No one called back... What a surprise...
Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE service.
I have instructed *** to use ANY delivery service but these people.
They don't even TRY to deliver packages, you just get phone calls from unknown numbers and then emails from *** saying that delivery was attempted.
They are by far, the worst courier company I have EVER dealt with.
Claims they attempted delivery, which was incorrect as I was home all day waiting for the package. Then claims the driver couldn't find the address and I provided an incorrect address, which was also false. I've been living here since 2002 and is my only shipping/mailing address. Contacted carrier to request an update, said the driver would call or text me. Driver never reached out. Reported the carrier to *** for *** as well. Carrier refuses to do anything but assure me package will arrive next business day.... Unlikely.

We are sorry to read that your delivery was unsuccessful. Sometimes the way we receive the information from the supplier isn't correctly read by our GPS. If the driver cannot complete the delivery because of missing information, he has to bring the package back to the warehouse so it can be rescanned and correctly geocoded. From the information on file, the customer called our Customer Service team on multiple occasions to have the issue corrected, the matter is now in their hands as our options from this platform are very limited. The package has since been delivered to the customer's house.

I ordered a limited edition Animal Crossing themed nintendo switch console on March 18th via ***. It is very difficult to acquire as stocks are low, it is usually sold out in less than 10 minutes after it has been restocked because a lot of people buy them for resale. I had to try time and time again to get my hands on it, so I was very excited I did.
The item was shipped out by *** to Intelcom on March 27th and was due to be delivered on March 28th. It arrived in my city's facility on March 28th, according to Intelcom's website. I did not receive the item on that day, but I was not too worried. I did not get another update until this morning, March 30th. On Intelcom's website, it is now written that my item was lost; it was never sent out for delivery according to Intelcom's updates.
I tried to talk to an agent from their customer service today, as was instructed on their website. The agent was no help at all and could not give me any more information about my missing package; they just referred me to *** to settle things. I chatted with ***'s customer service, but the only thing they offered me is a refund. However, the item I ordered is sold out everywhere, and the only listings left are by some third-party resellers that are selling it for 900$ CAD, whereas I paid 400$ CAD + tax (which is the original, not discounted price for the nintendo switch Animal Crossing special edition). Therefore, I am not able to get the same item I ordered with the money I paid to get it in the first place.

I am rejecting this response because it is unacceptable; Intelcom did not even try to settle anything or resolve a problem they created. While I did purchase my item from ***, they did their part and actually gave my item to Intelcom for them to deliver it to me, which is their job as a delivering company. My item was lost while in Intelcom's hands, therefore they are the ones responsible for the loss. Also, the item is limited edition and difficult to acquire; I cannot simply buy a new one as it is unavailable on every retailer's website (even in other countries). It is now only available through 3rd parties and scalpers for double the original price of the item, which I refuse to pay when I paid the retail price for it and was able to acquire it before Intelcom lost it. It is unacceptable, as a delivery company, to simply lose valuable items and refuse to replace them.

Intelcomm Express is by far the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. I receive packages from *** on regular bases and I cringe when I see that some of them are being "delivered" by this company. I have complained to *** again and again. 6 out of the last 7 shipments they have got wrong or made a mistake. Last time they just delivered it to some random neighbour that was walking down the street and today they said there was a problem with my address and they have said that numerous times but there is not any problem with my address. My house number is clearly marked and easy to find. They lie all the time as well. They say a delivery attempt was made but no were. I have security cameras to prove this fact as well.
Stay away from this company at all costs if you can.
I would give you zero stars if possible, as it is inconceivable to "deliver" a parcel without signature just because you insist on delivering to a company address on non-business days!

If I could give your courier service a minus rating I would. You are totally unreliable - emails are sent that say they “attempted delivery” when in fact that has not happened. This is a very questionable statement. I stay in to receive the delivery; there is a buzzer number on the wall of the apartment block for contact and is on the address label and yet the driver does not call. ***
The emails sent and tracking information are confusing - it tells a different progress status. You can’t get hold of anyone at the company to reschedule a delivery. A two hour wait to speak to anyone is laughable. I ask for a call back - I get none. Lies. Cheap service, exceedingly bad customer service. You send out messages that belie the truth of the whereabouts of the package and there is no automatic attempt to deliver the next day. Plus the driver dumps your package on the floor of the mail room in the apartment block and sends a photo of where it is. This is not a secure place for customers’ parcels. Especially where there are security problems within a building like ours. Anyone could help themselves to the packages. Your ‘service’ fails on many counts and does not compare to other courier companies.
I am still waiting for the parcel .....
*** should stop using your courier service and I have asked them several times not to send out my orders using your cowboy company because this isn’t the first time I have experienced such an atrocious service. I have given my feedback to *** so they are aware.
Allowing for forged signature on a deliver that is illegible.
Received a notification saying my package was delivered. Have a security camera that shows NO DELIVERY. Check email and signature wasn't even mine.

We've opened an internal investigation on the issue described in your complaint. A forged signature isn't a delivery practice we tolerate. If the investigation confirms the allegation, proper actions towards the driver will be taken.
Sometimes, a package is mistakenly signed for and delivered on the next day. If you weren't able to retrieve the package, we invite you to contact the shipper for a reimbursement or reshipment of your items. The shipper keeps control of the commercial relationship with the customers and we do not have access to any billing information or inventory. This is why we invite you to contact them.
On a side note, these complaints are sent out by regular mail to a warehouse and the platform wouldn't allow us to change it. This should be sent to us by email at *** so we can provide a rapid answer and follow up with our teams instantly. Thank you!
Repeated Failed delivery attempts Packages put on wrong truck, drivers not calling for clarification (advertised on website)refusal to deliver on time
I live in a new development ***. Since December 2018 I have attempted to have multiple packages purchased on *** delivered to my address. I pay for an *** prime account and when required pay additional shipping fees to have my items delivered in a timely fashion. Every time Intelcom Express is responsible for delivery my packages never arrive on the promised shipping date. The packages are often put on the wrong truck or the delivery driver cant find the address and returns the package to the warehouse without calling me first (their website states that the driver will attempt to call if there are issues). I always call as soon as I see that the package cant be delivered to try and resolve the matter and have my package delivered that day (they deliver until 9 pm, also advertised on their website). The most recent delivery failure was this Sunday March 17 2019 order number ***. I had paid for next day shipping on an item from *** for that day. I received an Email notifying me of a delivery issue and called immediately (aprox 2pm Sunday March 17). They informed me the package was put on the wrong truck and that I would receive my delivery the next day. I asked why it couldn't be delivered that day as they deliver until 9 pm and I paid for next day delivery. They said their driver refused to redeliver and because they are contracted there was nothing they could do. Today I returned Home and still no package. I Called and was given the exact same story with no resolution. *** has refunded me my delivery fee but the problem remains that I do not have my package and have no way of insuring that this wont happen again or that I will even receive my delivery tomorrow. *** has insured me that they will look into it from their end. The problem remains that Intelecom Express seems to care very little about providing their promised service and does nothing to rectify problems that they are completly at fault for. It should be noted that the *** representative I spoke with saw that when packages were delivered to the same address using other carriers the deliveries always arrived on time and as advertised. Im contacting Revdex.com about this as Im hopping that the complaint reaches the higher echelon of the company so It can be properly addressed and rectified in the future.

We've reviewed your recent experiences about your address being incorrectly geolocated. Since the case mentioned in this complaint is over 90 days, we do not have access to the information. However, we see on file that you received 2 deliveries in the past 60 days that were corrected every time by our team. Our system is based out of *** Maps, unfortunately if the platform pins it wrong, it comes in as an issue on the next delivery. We know this is not the best solution but our team has provided a quick resolution on all occasions. It may also be an option to consider delivery to a pickup point if the issue is spread amongst carriers.
