Unfortunately, this customer is not being honestWhile it is true that the mailed package consists of three CD's, AS ADVERTISED (see terms.rtf, attached), the mailed package is actually a free bacopy of the course that is made available for download upon purchaseIt is the course (the download) that is purchased, and every customer is required to read and accept the terms prior to orderingThey cannot order without doing soAnd the terms are clear and concise - the purchase is for the download, and if they fail to download for any reason there are simple instructions for having it emailed to themThe course includes the complete Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate, bonus ebooks, contract software and a market value calculator spreadsheetIt also includes unlimited access to free coachingThe CD's also include everything in the course PLUS a set of audio CD's, which are shipped as a backupAll for under $All customers are advised of this, not only in our web advertising, but also in the TERMS they are required to read and accept. She states she received the three CD's, which means she received everything advertised - the Guide, bonus books and software, as well as instructions for accessing the free coaching. The terms also clearly state that there can be no refund for the download or opened software, as there is no way we can retrieve the materials from a customer's computerNo software company allows refunds on opened software - only replacements for defects. This customer agreed to the terms, and she received everything she orderedAs for her claim that the product appears "amateurish", she apparently believes appearance is more important than functionMany young people seem to feel that pretty baubles and shiny bling have more value than actual content; judging a book by its cover We sell information - GOOD information - and provide trainingWe also tell all customers that our product may not be the prettiest, but it is the best available for teaching what we teachOffered on a not-for-profit basis, we need to keep production costs low enough so everyone can afford the education we provideThere is nothing wrong with the quality of our information, and that is what our customers purchaseWe have sold this course to over 226,customers over years, and this is the first one to make such a complaint as to the "looks" of the free bacopy - not sure what she expects from a free back-upBut it is the quality - and quantity - of the information that most of our customers find invaluableThis customer never bothered to look beyond the "cover".Again, because we cannot be assured she does not still have the course on her computer, no refund is possible at this timeWe do offer a double-money-back guarantee, but that is tied to actually TRYING the course, and if it does not work for the customer, THEN they may obtain the double refund

No "caretaker" used her card to place her order, as proved by the attached documents. For fear of sounding harsh, every word this individual wrote is blatantly untrue, as is absolutely proved by the email threads providedHer own emails to *** [redacted] 's personal account state clearly that she DID order our program, that she DID know she had signed up for the V.I.Pclub, and after being advised her account had been cancelled when her card was declined, she emailed back requesting it be set up again under her new cardOnly when *** advised her that she would have to go on a waiting list did she get verbally abusive, violent and foul-mouthed, and making threatsAnd even then, *** bent over backwards to be civil to her.As shown in the second email thread to IntelliBiz, she again was verbally abusive right from the first email, and threateningOur administrator responded in a civil manner, but as is evident from her emails, she appeared psychoticAfter a few such emails from her, [redacted] determined it would be best to simply cut off contact. The emails prove, by her own admission, that she ordered our program, voluntarily joined the V.I.PClub, requested V.I.Pphone calls with ***, and even attempted to join the V.I.PClub a second time, then got upset because her account had been cancelled for non-paymentThat she now tries to claim she ordered nothing, and joined nothing, and that some "caretaker" did all this is absurd, for several reasons:1) Her order form indicates she ordered and chose VIP Club membershipHer card was verified by AuthorizeNet for both address and CVV match.2) In all her emails to both IntelliBiz and Bill, she used her OWN email, and requested the VIP calls be placed to HER phone number (verified)3) In all her emails to both IntelliBiz and Bill, she never once claimed she did not order, or that a caretaker had ordered by fraudulently using her card (in which case she has cause for legal action against her caretaker, and should be reimbursed by that person IF such person exists). This person ordered our program as her order showsShe chose to include VIP Club membership, and even requested by email that her membership be renewed, then got violently angry when we could not renew her V.I.PClub membershipShe acts as if she is deranged, and uses the most foul language while making baseless threats and putting forth libelous commentsAnd as the attached emails prove, every word she posted with the Revdex.com is a blatant falsehood. We are certain this person will likely retort again, but we are not interested in disputing her falsehoods any further. As a side note (and we have posted this before, not only on our website but also here at the Revdex.com), we do NOT have a company phone, and we do NOT authorize and card issuer or bank to publish a bogus number on customer statements, nor do we have any control over thatWe have on several occasions advised all credit card companies that they are to NOT assign any phone number

This individual is being disingenuousAt the very top of the order form, in big, bold RED letters is the statement that the access to the download is on the Payment Confirmation page that appears when their payment is approvedThis person apparently paid no attention to that, and we have no way of
knowing if he downloaded or notNor did he inform us until days later, long after his package was shipped, that he did not download, and wanted a "link"We explained there could not be any link because pirates could send it all over the internet, and a link was unnecessary as the package that was on its way contained everything in the download and moreBut he kept insisting on a link that does not exist, and insisting we email it to himWe again (and again and again) advised him that there simply is no link - access is granted by a computer generated code created by the order, itself, to prevent pirating. He would not listen, and did not seem to care that the package would be in his hands within a day or twoIn fact, when he made his complaint on June 2, the *** Delivery Confirmation Tracking indicated the package had already been delivered. This appears to be a case of someone wanting to get something for nothingWe provided everything we agreed to provide, and he still has the package with our productThe download is simply a convenience that allows our customers to start right away, without having to await the US MailWhether or not he ignored the download instructions, and whether or not he actually downloaded is a moot point - he has the entire course he ordered

We don't know where to begin. First, the CD's are merely a FREE, COURTESY copy of the course. They provide all the information and tools that are promised. The idea that this customer did not like how they LOOK only seems to indicate shallowness on the part of the customer. It is a case of "judging...

a book by its cover". Because the CD's are free, and offered by a non-profit, no one should expect them to be plated in 24 carat gold. We have to keep costs low, so the course is affordable to all, without compromising the quality and effectiveness of the content.Next, IntelliBiz has no employee named "[redacted]", or anything similar. We believe that may be the name of the service rep for the credit Card Association that declined to accept this person's complaint after reviewing the evidence. The customer was REQUIRED to read the terms, and accept them, in order to purchase our materials. However, instead of honoring the terms agreed to, this customer violated most of them, and the Card Association ([redacted]?) that determines the validity (or lack thereof) of a complaint had found the customer's dispute to be without merit.Whereas this customer has been disingenuous, and likely still has the course loaded on their computer, no refund can or will be issued.

Unfortunately, this customer is not being honest. While it is true that the mailed package consists of three CD's, AS ADVERTISED (see  terms.rtf, attached), the mailed package is actually a free back-up copy of the course that is made available for download upon purchase. It is the course (the...

download) that is purchased, and every customer is required to read and accept the terms prior to ordering. They cannot order without doing so. And the terms are clear and concise - the purchase is for the download, and if they fail to download for any reason there are simple instructions for having it emailed to them. The course includes the complete Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate, 22 bonus ebooks, contract software and a market value calculator spreadsheet. It also includes unlimited access to free coaching. The CD's also include everything in the course PLUS a set of audio CD's, which are shipped as a backup. All for under $100. All customers are advised of this, not only in our web advertising, but also in the TERMS they are required to read and accept. She states she received the three CD's, which means she received everything advertised - the Guide, bonus books and software, as well as instructions for accessing the free coaching. The terms also clearly state that there can be no refund for the download or opened software, as there is no way we can retrieve the materials from a customer's computer. No software company allows refunds on opened software - only replacements for defects. This customer agreed to the terms, and she received everything she ordered. As for her claim that the product appears "amateurish", she apparently believes appearance is more important than function. Many young people seem to feel that pretty baubles and shiny bling have more value than actual content; judging a book by its cover.  We sell information - GOOD information - and provide training. We also tell all customers that our product may not be the prettiest, but it is the best available for teaching what we teach. Offered on a not-for-profit basis, we need to keep production costs low enough so everyone can afford the education we  provide. There is nothing wrong with the quality of our information, and that is what our customers purchase. We have sold this course to over 226,000 customers over 26 years, and this is the first one to make such a complaint as to the "looks" of the free back-up copy - not sure what she expects from a free back-up. But it is the quality - and quantity - of the information that most of our customers find invaluable. This customer never bothered to look beyond the "cover".Again, because we cannot be assured she does not still have the course on her computer, no refund is possible at this time. We do offer a double-money-back guarantee, but that is tied to actually TRYING the course, and if it does not work for the customer, THEN they may obtain the double refund.

DID order our program, that she DID know she had signed up for the V.I.P. club, and after being advised her account had been cancelled when her card was declined, she emailed back requesting it be set up again under her new card. Only when [redacted] advised her that she would have to go on a waiting list did she get verbally abusive, violent and foul-mouthed, and making threats. Our administrator responded in a civil manner, but as is evident from her emails, she appeared psychotic. That she now tries to claim she ordered nothing, and joined nothing, and that some "caretaker" did all this is absurd, for several reasons:1) Her order form indicates she ordered and chose VIP Club membership. Her card was verified by AuthorizeNet for both address and CVV match.2) In all her emails to both IntelliBiz and Bill, she used her OWN email, and requested the VIP calls be placed to HER phone number (verified)3) In all her emails to both IntelliBiz and Bill, she never once claimed she did not order, or that a caretaker had ordered by fraudulently using her card (in which case she has cause for legal action against her caretaker, and should be reimbursed by that person IF such person exists). This person ordered our program as her order shows. She chose to include VIP Club membership, and even requested by email that her membership be renewed, then got violently angry when we could not renew her V.I.P. Club membership. She acts as if she is deranged, and uses the most foul language while making baseless threats and putting forth libelous comments.
