I had Village Plumbing install a water filtration system in my home Several days later there was a small leak at which time I called and ask to have it looked at After months of ignoring my requests I have now hired another plumber to come to my house and fix their work I would not recommed this company to anyone

We have used Bob of Village Pluming on numerous occasions for service calls to our houseHe has fixed all our plumbing problems quickly and at a reasonable priceWe will always use him in the future and I highly recommend Bob for all plumbing needs

This past Saturday evening our water heater exploded We contacted a national company and they came out and gave us a quote for a new water heater and the related installation I thought the quote was high and called three plumbing companies in Henderson where we live, Even though it was 8;in the evening, I received a call back from Village Plumbing within five minutes of my call The owner (***) came out on Sunday, gave us an estimate, and did the installation on Monday He was very professional, timely, and courteous In addition, his charge for the water heater and installation was less than half of the national company YES, you heard me correctly I would highly recommend [redacted] for your plumbing needs

We needed a new outdoor spigot on our balcony of our 2nd floor condo so we could more easily water our container garden Not only did Village Plumbing respond quickly, they also scheduled the work quickly and gave us a reasonable ballpark so we were not worried about the final cost Even more fabulous - he said 8am - and he was at the door at am Once here, [redacted] was very efficient, professional, friendly and neat We were pleased that the final cost came in under the estimate Not only did he do the work we asked - he gave us useful information regarding our hot water tank and our washer that is going to help us evaluate future plumbing work We will definitely be calling Village Plumbing when it is time for that work

I used the same plumber here in the valley for almost years When he moved, I was lost I came across the Village Plumbing website and was pleased to see an actual photo of the owner, which indicates pride and reliability So I called
*** picked up the phone immediately He shared some knowledge with me I could tell he was serious about his work He gave me a rough estimate - said it wouldn't cost more than that THE ACTUAL PRICE WAS LESS THAN ONE HALF OF WHAT HE TOLD ME
He asked me to take a photo of the toilet's parts and text it to him I never had anyone do that A simple, but time-saving idea We set up an appointment for 8:am the next day HE ARRIVED LIKE CLOCKWORK He finished the job quickly and neatly He showed me the part he replaced
I plan to stick with Village Plumbing Professional, on-time, reasonable, fair, knowledgeable and loaded with integrity

I called for a toilet repair at am and by 9:he was in my home He quickly assessed and repaired the problem for a VERY reasonable price He is courteous and experienced in his field I have used another plumber in the area, but will not be calling anybody but Bob of Village Plumbing for all my plumbing needs

[redacted] at Village Plumbing was amazingly efficient, the job was inspected, quoted and completed (with before and after photos) within a few days. The price was very competitive, included a good warranty and even though we are long distance landlords, he allowed us to pay on invoice at completion. Our tenant was also pleased with the speedy resolution and minimum fuss. We have other properties in the area and will definitely be putting [redacted] at the top of our calling list for any future work.
