I do not live in Henderson but have a condo there. When I received a call that water was leaking into the condo next to me I called Village Plumbing. They understood my position and went there immediately. A water pip had broken under the sink. THey corrected the issue and called a reputable Water Restoration company to come and deal with the clean up.

As soon as we learned about the error, we initiated a full refund in the amount of $538.93 to [redacted] account. It was processed on May **, 2014 (please see copy of refund receipt attached).
We sincerely regret any inconvenience to [redacted], and will further evaluate how to prevent this problem from occurring in the future.

We have used Bob of Village Pluming on numerous occasions for service calls to our house. He has fixed all our plumbing problems quickly and at a reasonable price. We will always use him in the future and I highly recommend Bob for all plumbing needs.

We needed a new outdoor spigot on our balcony of our 2nd floor condo so we could more easily water our container garden. Not only did Village Plumbing respond quickly, they also scheduled the work quickly and gave us a reasonable ballpark so we were not worried about the final cost. Even more fabulous - he said 8am - and he was at the door at 8 am. Once here, [redacted] was very efficient, professional, friendly and neat. We were pleased that the final cost came in under the estimate. Not only did he do the work we asked - he gave us useful information regarding our hot water tank and our washer that is going to help us evaluate future plumbing work. We will definitely be calling Village Plumbing when it is time for that work.

I hired [redacted] of Village Plumbing LLC, Henderson NV this past Saturday December 20th to make repairs at my condominium. He had prepared and submitted a proposal two days before by e:mail. He had also made a recommendation to not be too conservative as to the price of a suitable kitchen sink fixture that proved to be correct for my needs. [redacted] arrived on time and went right to work. He installed a new toilet and repaired a second existing toilet. Bobs work was neat and efficient, no idle talk or wasted time, or contingencies. All the work debris was removed and work areas cleaned-up. A job that should take four hours was done in three for exactly the agreed price. I won’t hesitate to hire [redacted] for my next project. KPS.

We called Bob in a panic after our tile guy left us with no working toilets in the house because of corroded parts. It was late but Bob agreed to arrive asap the following day. He was right on time. He took his time to ensure both toilets were installed correctly. Right as he was finishing, one of the lines broke and he quickly stopped the water flow and replaced the part at no extra cost. I would recommend Bob, he is a sweet person and we appreciated his help. Also, his prices were well under another company we called.

Arrived on time and did quality work at an excellent price. So happy to have a found a top service provider these days, especially one that doesn't try to price gouge you. Thanks Bob!

This past Saturday evening our water heater exploded. We contacted a national company and they came out and gave us a quote for a new water heater and the related installation. I thought the quote was high and called three plumbing companies in Henderson where we live, Even though it was 8;30 in the evening, I received a call back from Village Plumbing within five minutes of my call. The owner ([redacted]) came out on Sunday, gave us an estimate, and did the installation on Monday. He was very professional, timely, and courteous. In addition, his charge for the water heater and installation was less than half of the national company. YES, you heard me correctly. I would highly recommend [redacted] for your plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with [redacted] of Village Plumbing. He was knowledgable, explained things to me and even rescheduled another appointment to take care of my emergency. In two hours he had my water back on ( I had had no water for almost twelve hours) and everything working perfectly. I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. As it turned out [redacted]'s dad was a plumbing contractor and [redacted] has been doing this since he was a kid. Says he got $12.00 a week helping dad when other kids got an allowance of $1.25 a week. [redacted] was a really good experience on what had been a very bad day.

I hired [redacted] at Village Plumbing to replace a salt water softener with a whole house filtration and softening system and an under sink R.O. system. He arrived on time to do the work,completely read the installation instructions, performed all the installations,verified his work agains't the instructions,tested everything,and left my home clean. I would very highly recommend this company.

Review: I received a quote from [redacted] of Audio Video NYC, a division of IVS for some pipe and drape for my wedding. After receiving the quote, I paid them the full amount via credit card to secure their services. About a week later, though, I was informed by the hotel that I could not use an outside vendor, so I called and emailed [redacted] with the info and cancelled the contract. This was about a month before the event, and, according to the contract, I could cancel up to one week before the event for a full refund. [redacted] acknowledged the cancellation, but I have yet to receive any of my payment back. I have called weekly, and I have even left my number and contact information with their "billing department," but still have not received my refund.Desired Settlement: The full refund that I am entitled to as per the contract that I signed with IVS: $495 + tax for a total of $538.93
