The units are well maintained and have appealing interiors. I would highly recommend these townhomes to anyone in fact I just signed another two year lease recently.
[redacted] visited us this morning to perform a semi-annual maintenance inspection on our HVAC system. He was very thorough carrying out his inspection and service. He also recommended a device to prevent water overflow. He was very neat about it all, and did a good job.
[redacted] was punctual and professional. He clearly explained a problem he found, why it was a problem, how the system worked, and suggested a solution. He had the part needed and fixed it promptly. It was excellent service.
