Phillip P., AA-Air Service Specialist, visited my home today to perform the "Spring" maintenance service on two (2) HVAC units. Phillip arrived on schedule and performed the service in a very professional manner. Phillip was very thorough with all inspections and maintenance tasks and left the work area in a more neat and clean condition than he found it.
Phillip was also very friendly and courteous and was willing to take the time to explain issues that I didn't understant.

John of AA-Air provided excellent service for me when my Trane gas furnace stopped working. He quickly obtained an electric motor for my unit and had my heat back on within two days over the weekend. This service technician is a very professional representative of AA Air and appears to have a knack for immediately diagnosing the problem. I've used AA Air for my heating and air needs for several years and have found this company to be efficient, fair, and reliable.
