International Association of Wellness Professionals Reviews (57)

I am extremely pleased with my experience with the IAWP My first certification was with another wellness school I graduated and found little support or tools in terms of how to market my business I found the IAWP and everything changed I learned a more holistic approach, how to really connect with my clients with better coaching techniques and I learned how to launch my business with step by step processes I enjoyed being a part of the Mastermind Groups and I felt supported while in the program and I continue to be supported after graduation I also loved that the curriculum support real live opportunities to practice what you were learning and developing your business while you were a student, not after graduation

I would highly recommend the IAWP for anyone looking for a wellness coaching course First off, I am a busy wife and mom with a full-time job, so the work at your own pace was awesome! I was skeptical about the amount of interaction and support I would get in an online course, but the support and interaction was amazing! IAWP covers pillars: Wellness modules, Coaching modules, and Business modules I expected to learn about wellness and how to coach, but the business modules were an extra bonus Without all of that, I would have been lost trying to set up my own business, but this made it so easy! The course has not only helped me personally, but I am so excited to start helping clients as well, and the support is always there if you need it

I am a graduate of the International Association of Wellness Professionals wellness coaching certification program I am thrilled with the content, support, and student dedication I experienced during and after completing this program With the assistance of the IAWP, I have created a business that serves my professional goals, my personal goals and my clients extremely well I would recommend this Certification Program wholeheartedly

I joined the IAWP after being referred by a friend who had been through the programI am so thankful that I made the decision to join this organizationI've been in the coaching field for over a decade and before the IAWP, I really struggled to get my practice off the groundThe IAWP's training is focused on what they call pillars of learning, Wellness, Coaching and BusinessI found value in all three pillars and loved how the training was organizedAt each step in my training, I not only got to learn from world leaders like Dr, Bernie S*** and Marci S***, but the support was unbelievableThe IAWP has an amazing FB group, plus calls every week where you can jump on the line and get real support from their master coaching staffFor me, this meant I could practice my coaching, get my business questions answered and FINALLY start attracting new clientsToday, my practice is booming and I feel more confident than everBoth in helping clients in in promoting my business with authenticityThank you to Suzanne and everyone at the IAWP!

The IAWP has given me a wealth of knowledge, skills and supportThe best part is that the support is ongoing for which I am so gratefulI thoroughly enjoyed my trainingIt has confirmed for me that the topic of holistic health and wellness is my true passion and that my purpose is to support others in this areaI feel confident and excited to immerse myself in the field and to continue learning, growing, supporting and inspiring

Inquired about a refund/partial-refund due to program not providing the level of professional detail needed for me to advance my career in this area This information was not provided anywhere on the website for me to review these terms due to my desire to remove myself from the program I have only accessed Module of 10, thus I have not reviewed or saved any proprietary material outside of that module I believe it is poor business practices to not offer some way for individuals who are dissatisfied with the program to unenroll and get some refund since this is common for other educational and training programs offered online
Coincidentally, today a new website went up that does have the Terms listed at the bottom of the page in the footer I believe some of this might have been in response to my inquiry, as well as other new documents appearing on the website that does include this information Organization allows individuals on a monthly payment plan to stop membershi

+1

After starting the program, I began to notice that I was not really learning anything above and beyond what I have already learned through prior education and reading books on my own that were then required as part of the programMy finances were not ideal and I didn't see the point in continuing to pay a high price for this "education" that I already have and can get from continuing my own reading without having to pay extraAlso, reading through student comments- previous students with no positive out comeLast time I logged in about weeks ago, I could not access module as I had not finished There are modules, I do not understand then, why I cannot get out of the contract and obtain a refund for any amount I have paid for beyond module I have tried multiple time and keep getting the same response, with my last email receiving no response

If you are looking for an accredited certification program for health and wellness coaching, you should strongly consider the International Association of Wellness Professional’s (IAWP) course This is a comprehensive program that includes, not only training in wellness, holistic health, nutrition and natural healing, but also in client coaching techniques and business practices The course provides done-for-you material and a website that can be used in your own business if you chooseNot only has this program prepared me for starting my own coaching practice, but more importantly, greatly assisted in helping me improve my own personal health and wellness in all areas of my life including nutrition, disease management, relationships, stress management, awareness, spirituality, happiness and an overall greater appreciation for life I believe the program is a worthwhile endeavor even if you are not necessarily interested in starting a coaching practice but focused on improving your own mind, body and spirit However, the health and wellness training, combined with the client coaching techniques and business practices, will have you on your way to establishing a successful business prior to your completion of the programThe program strongly encourages your own experimentation with health and wellness strategies learned in the course This greatly enhances your ability to relate to potential clients and assist them in achieving their health and wellness goalsThe program includes:
• Comprehensive training in wellness, holistic health, nutrition and natural healing• Training on how to coach clients to get to the core of their issues, create a breakthrough in their lives and sustain lasting transformationThis training goes beyond just giving advice or motivating peopleIt combines the art of coaching with proven, cutting-edge psychology techniques on how the brain works to make changes• One-on-one coaching practice sessions with program graduates and peer students• Working with actual “practice” clients prior to completion of the certification programI highly recommend this program if you are interested in improving your own personal health and wellness and/or helping others achieve goals through coaching

I completed my health coach certification through the IAWP in I found the program to be comprehensive in not only health coach training but in assisting in staof my new businessThey provide the information & tools to get you taking the first steps forward with your new certificationIAWP is not only an on-line program but a supportive community that continues their support long after program completionThey have an on-line presence ready to assist when you need itHighly recommend the program

I have loved every moment with the International Wellness Association of Wellness Professionals!! They are ethical, caring, informative and have so much to give and share with new students I have learned so much as a student and now as a Graduate Leader Coach, I am grateful for the opportunities they provide to their studentsThe information they provide is very helpful and easy to grasp for a new student

I cannot say enough positive things about the International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP) and my experience with them! I was able to complete the online program in about months and had lots of support along the way including getting to meet with my own wellness coachThey teach not only the CORE coaching method and how to coach clients, but also how to develop your own signature coaching programI am so proud and excited to announce that because of the IAWP, I opened my own coaching business and had had a lot of success! It has been so fulfilling helping others in this growing and important field of health and wellnessI have also had the opportunity to continue my training and experience with the IAWP by becoming a graduate leader and being able to help current students in the programThis has been immensely rewardingThank you, IAWP!

I would highly recommend the IAWP for anyone looking for a wellness coaching course First off, I am a busy wife and mom with a full-time job, so the work at your own pace was awesome! I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  Though it does not resolve the issue in terms of offering a partial refund, it does not seem this is an option.  Since I cannot afford to lose this money, I will continue with the service anyways.  But this was not the resolution I was hoping for and still think the organization should consider a partial refund policy.

Hello. We contacted the customer after they said they submitted this claim.  On the phone, I walked the customer through the 3 places where the terms and conditions were shown to her before paying for the product. She also was mistaken that payment plans are different than full payment options....

We have a agreement in place for all tuition options.  We covered the policy with her and why it is in place. We have documented email verification that she did indeed open and receive those emails prior to paying for the product.  We have always had our terms and conditions listed on our website as well. She has agreed to continue in the program with the product and is looking forward to achieving her goals. She admitted that she was hoping to see if it was possible for a refund in the first 30 days, but since it is not, she wants to continue using the product. We have appeared to have resolved this issue on our own, after this claim was submitted. Please advise if this is sufficient.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have attached a screenshot showing that I do not have full access currently. If after starting the program students are not satisfied with education provided By the mentioned company and have not accessed all the content and it is proven, why must students be made to pay for education they do not want. I have only accessed module 1 and 2 of 12. Also, if no refund will be made after students sign that form it should be more than obvious on THAT form, that once signed there is no refund or getting out of payment and you MUST complete the program even if you are unhappy with the educational content.

Hello, Thank you for this update. When someone enrolls in our training program, they are required to complete a form indicating they have agreed to the terms of our agreement, which states that they are fully responsible for the tuition investment they chose and that we do provide refunds. Please...

see "Training Agreement & Credit Card Authorization Form" statement below. The first line has an underline link to the "terms and conditions" in greater detail as well which links to here: http://internationalassociationofwellnessprofessionals.org/wccagreement/ The reason we do not provide refunds is because our program is an online learning environment in which upon enrollment, the client receives full access to all materials.  I am including the links and attachments for the forms that [redacted] L. submitted and agreed to, the forms have proof of registering and agreement to the terms as you can see in the links and corresponding attachments. I look forward to hearing your resolution in favor of our business as we have followed standard procedures and received authorization and agreement from [redacted] L. when she entered into this agreement to pay her tuition in full. https://iawpwellnesscoach.safechkout.net/wcc-downpaymenthttps://iawp-conn... Agreement and Credit Card Authorization FormBy clicking on "Enroll Now", I (“the Student”) agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement and authorize the IAWP (“the Company”) to charge my Credit or Debit Card as payment. I authorize the Company to keep my card on file for future use if selecting a payment plan. The Company may amend this Agreement at any time by sending the Student a revised version at the address the Student provided. I understand that I will have access to the IAWP Wellness Coach training program within 4 business days after my tuition is successfully processed. I understand that my student profile is set up by the IAWP and I can start the program at my convenience.  Chargebacks & Payment Security -The Student shall not make any chargebacks to the Company’s account or cancel the credit card that is provided as security without the Company’s prior written consent. The Student will be responsible for any fees associated with recouping payment on chargebacks, and any other collection fees associated with this agreement. The Student shall not change any of the credit card information provided to the Company without notifying the Company in advance.

Organization allows individuals on a monthly payment plan to stop membership and payment, without penalty or having to fulfill the remaining balance, but if you pay in full up front, there is no way to get a partial refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund of at least 50-75% of my initial investment of $4997.
