International Autos Group Sheboygan Reviews (23)

I am responding to Mr [redacted] complaint referenced above.I have reviewed the file and spoken with Mr [redacted] on this matterThe first matter is the purchase of the vehicle, it was not purchased from International Autos.I clarified what we offered Mr [redacted] a brake service not new pads and rotors The multi -point inspection we referenced clearly states the brake pads are in great shapeNext are the wiper blades, something we definitely recommend coming out of winter in our areaClearly a miscommunication on our partI apologized to Mr [redacted] for thatI offered to do his next set of tires for cost and take care of the labor, he declinedHe asked for us to absorb the full cost of parts and labor on a new set of tiresfor a new set of tiresThat is not reasonable to us, once again we did not sell him the car originallyThe tread on the tires have a lot of depth to themWe have not recommended tires to him and do not believe he needs themHe is also disappointed about thatHe feels we should have offered them to him as they are worn on the outer edges of the tiresAll in all, miscommunication across the boardWe have offered a reasonable token of appreciation for his continued businessHe has declined at this time as he has lost confidence in us as a dealerI told him the offer has no expiration date and I hope he changes his mind If you have any questions on this matter please contact me at the phone or email below. All the best

We wholesaled the vehicle April to [redacted] Motors, who in turn wholesaled it again to [redacted] Auto Sales out of Elk Mound, WI They have yet to sell it to an end user so the title transfer has not been re-registered yet although we completed our portion of the transaction Our GM has send a letter to Mr [redacted] explaining that as well as one to the Tow company who has the vehicle releasing Mr [redacted] of any liability of the car

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Good morning,In regards to complaint # ***, I have heard from the company several times; one time via phone regarding some paperwork that they needed me to sign, and two e-mails which I will forward soonI haven't heard from the company since I rejected their offer to pay half--as I stated in my reply on your portal, since I paid for the shade to be in the same working condition it was in during the test drive, it is not right that I should be expected to pay to have it brought back to that working condition when it was broken while still in possession of the company.I have since had a warning light go on in the van, but I haven't wanted to contact the company regarding this potential problem. Finally, I received the vehicle registration in the mail and it stated that the vehicle was previously titled in Florida...however, the vehicle was advertised online and in-person as a 1-(non-commercial) owner local tradeThat's an outright lie that would have probably caused me to purchase a different vehicle elsewhere. Thanks for your help, I will forward those communications to your e-mail with the complaint # in the subject line.Sincerely,*** ***

As of 12/26 we are still waiting to hear back from the warranty company on whether or not they will cover the repairs.  If they will, we will proceed with scheduling the repair.  The GM was off for the holiday weekend, [redacted] the Used Car manager followed up with him this morning on...

the status.  [redacted] is going to contact the warranty company again to see where they are at with approving or denying the claim.

This was a clerical error that has been addressed and fixed. We will not be selling the vehicle for $697.00.

Per our conversation yesterday, I am emailing you in regards to the currently open complaint.  I have provided the [redacted]'s with a copy of the title showing the transfer of ownership to us and then to two other dealerships.  I have spoken with [redacted] Autos and they will be selling that vehicle, so once it is purchased by the end user it will be registered from the DMV.  Until then, we are unable to "make" [redacted] Autos re-register the car with the DMV per the [redacted]'s request.  All we can do is provide them the documentation showing they are no longer liable for anything that happens with that vehicle.
If you have any further questions or needs anything from me, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Sincerely,

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response.  If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]
