K [redacted] I do not agree with the response from Pinsfast, I never changed my mind or tried to make changes to the orderI was never given the actual product I ordered proof#I was told a few days before my event that my whole order had been lost in transit in one of the shipping ports, we agreed he would make a new pin and he did but once the product was received it was a complete mess the paint was chipping and rolling off the metal, I addressed the issue with R [redacted] and he agreed there was an issue with the paint and was recalling the product and would issue a full refund I have sent you the emails which state the above conversation as well as a picture of the defective product, I have also included the shipping and tracking information where it shows I returned the defective product and that it was indeed received by the company now all I wait for is the refund as MrB [redacted] agreed to since he was recalling his product.thank you M***

that point, we settled for a different rush pin design; however, we still did
not receive the full order
We will not order from this company again because of the
