The business owner seems to disregard guarantees/commitments.  A shame that he took the money and didn't execute as promised.  He understood, that by taking the money, there was a date to hit.  I am not sure he tried to hit the date and then, when missed, showed complete disregard.

The customer signed a binding agreement with us, which is mandatory because of the nature of custom hand-made products. During the busy summer, there are unforeseeable delays. This affects the entire industry, not just Pins Fast.The agreement states: "Due to the extreme volume of pins ordered and produced between the dates of May 1st to July 31st there will be no delivery guarantees for any custom products implied or offered between this time period. "We should have the tracking number in about a week. He did NOT order Rush Pins.

K[redacted] I do not agree with the response from Pinsfast, I never changed my mind or tried to make changes to the order. I was never given the actual product I ordered proof#3 I was told a few days before my event that my whole order had been lost in transit in one of the shipping ports, we agreed he would make a new pin and he did but once the product was received it was a complete mess the paint was chipping and rolling off the metal, I addressed the issue with R[redacted] and he agreed there was an issue with the paint and was recalling the product and would issue a full refund I have sent you the emails which state the above conversation as well as a picture of the defective product, I have also included the shipping and tracking information where it shows I returned the defective product and that it was indeed received by the company now all I wait for is the refund as Mr. B[redacted] agreed to since he was recalling his product.thank you M[redacted]

[redacted] I'm sorry that you had to pay double the amount with another vendor. We would never charge so much for rush pins. I air-shipped 200 replacement pins, did you get them yet?Surely not all of the pins were defective, but if they are you can place them on a table and take a picture of them. We will replace them at no additional cost to you.Thank you for your cooperation and I hope that your event is a success!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]3, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint however no further action is needed.  I take half the responsibility for not getting the soft enamel pins because I did not notice you changed what I requested.  I just want to warn future customers that when you put in a request for pins please note that he will change your request and not notify you.  He also - in his words - does not honor the pricing as listed on the website.  I would only suggest to the company to be up front with your customers and get much better customer service.  I will not be doing business with this company in the future because of the many issues so no further action is needed.
