I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I did receive direct contact from someone who I feel went out of his way to take care of the situation and I very much appreciate what he did. It is agreed that this was an error and miscommunication that has been corrected and I will continue to give them my business due to their response to this complaint.

salesmen. She was charged [redacted] for the next 30 days beginning on 6-11-15. On 6-12-15 she sent an email inquiry, but she did not respond to our email for a request for more information.

The salesman never stated that it was only a promotional price. The salesman also never mentioned that the subscription would automatically roll over at the regular price. I didn't misunderstand ANYTHING! The information they are stating I must have misunderstand was never given to me. As to the claim that I did not respond to their request for additional information, it is an outright lie. My initial contact with them was on 6/11/15. Their initial email response was dated that same day. I actually sent 2 emails responding to their request for additional information, both on 6/12/15. This company, in my opinion, is simply trying to cover up their deceptive business practices.
