Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to this complaint I am greatly disheartened to read the multitude of statements and claims in Ms***'s complaint to you, as during our conversation with her on 5/13/she stated the reason for requesting her
cancellation was due specifically to financial hardships brought on by purchases she made with other companies which, in turn, prompted collection proceedings against her I am happy to report, however, that we were able to resolve this matter with her to her stated satisfaction, confirmed via email, which I have included below for your verification: From: *** *** [***] Sent: Tuesday, May 12, 3:PMSubject:Re: Refund confirmation agreementI read the above and I agree to accept the amount of USD $3000.00*** ***Please be advised that Ms***'s purchases were made on two separate occasions using different processing banks; therefore her refunds were processed back to her account via the same processors, which may case her refunds to post at different times, depending on how quickly her card issuer posts credits.Sincerely,*** ***PresidentInternational Online Services, Inc

Ms. [redacted] is correct in that she cancelled her second purchase with our company within three days, and she has been refunded in full for that purchase. However, her initial purchase originated on 4/21/2015. Her cancellation was received well after the 3-day right of rescission for this purchase, but we agreed to refund a significant portion of that purchase to try and resolve this matter with her. Again, she stated her reason for cancellation was due to purchases she made with another company, for which she has been unable repay, and has told us specifically that we must refund her in full so she can repay that obligation. The assertions against our company in her initial complaint and subsequent complaint are blatantly fictitious and taken with great exception.Although we have made significant accommodations to try and resolve this matter with her, her continued fabrications and acts of coercion via your agency and others clearly demonstrate she has no intention of honoring her agreement with us. Therefore, we have refunded the balance of $995.00 and have closed her account, as we have no intention of further belaboring this matter.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to this complaint.
Please be advised that we contacted Ms. F[redacted] upon our receipt of your notice. During our...

conversation we reminded her of our refund policy, and that her claims of our failing to deliver upon represented commitments was unsupported, due to the fact that she had already started to receive training sessions on the curriculum she claimed she wasn’t.
That being said; we assured her that we would continue to provide the training sessions for as long as necessary and offered to increase the time of each training session to one hour each. Although Ms. F[redacted] restated her desire to receive at least a partial refund, she understood that we could not honor her request, and she accepted the accommodations we offered to move forward with her training.
We appreciate the assistance the Revdex.com has provided in resolving this matter.

A few days later a Marketing person [redacted] asked for $1,000.00. The total I have paid to IOS Inc. was $3,995.00. So far they have returned the first payment I paid [redacted] of $3,000.00. I still need to be refunded $995.00 from [redacted]. I did no work with them. On the 3 day I quit their program and I askd for all money to be returned as this is a scam on line. They sell free websites that never sell no products on line and they manipulate person to pay them thousands of dollars, they lie to a person that they're affiliated with [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted], etc.. I told them I went through a bankruptcy and I need all my money return back to my Credit Card. For me the case is not closed because they lie every time to keep my money, and they still owe me $995.00.

surprised to have received your notice. During our conversation with her she stated that this complaint was filed without her consent and asked us to disregard it. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to further respond to this complaint. Ms. F[redacted] maintains that she hasn’t received the training she paid for. However, she has in fact received, and continues to receive, the training curriculum she paid for, as well as for training products and services we didn’t charge her for. Her most recent training session was completed on 4/7/2016. We have made several accommodations for Ms. F[redacted] to date to try and resolve this matter as amicably as possible, to include providing additional products and services at no charge. We sincerely regret that our efforts have failed to meet her expectations; however her claims that we have failed to deliver upon represented commitments cannot be substantiated. We have verifiably honored our obligations regarding this matter in every way; therefore we are unable to meet her demand for a refund for the services we have provided and continue to provide. We thank you for your continued assistance in resolving this matter. Best Regards

I paid $700.00 for their help in setting up a web page and have products sold from that site.
I went through hell working up the wording for the various pages on my web site for 3 months.
And after one month one of their people would contact me and ask me to upgrade to the higher profit
Items at an additional $1,000.00 I kept saying no. Then after their repeated weekly call, I gave in and said I would sign up for ½ the total. They then trained me for one week using Ebay. What a big joke!
I was selling something for $17.69 and Ebay had the same item for $2.25, or $3.25.
I told the marketing people to cancel my contract and refund me this portion of the money.
They refunded ½ of it and said they will continue to train me for what I had previously paid.
I said to refund the training I did not receive. They said they could not.
I paid them in order to get products sold on the internet and was not able to do so. It’s a big scam
Do not do business with them.

+1

I still stand on the fact that this was not the training that I want or needed. I still want a refund, but according to their policy, and the account manager Bill. I have to do the training, or not do the training and receive no refund. I tried to comprise on the refund. That was rejected. Again still want a refund.
