Ms [redacted] registered her daughter, [redacted] , with our company on September 14, She signed a contract and initialed that she understood the refund policy which was provided to her at the time of registrationIt states very clearly that you have days in which to change your mind and send a certified letter within that time period in order to receive a refundAn email was received on September 28, stating that she wished to cancelShe was then informed to remove her daughter from the roster she would need to follow the instructions on the executed contract and send the cancellation via certified mailIf she had sent that cancellation within the three days she would have received a refund, however she did notThis puts her out of the refund policy

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved The refund has been credited to my account and I am satisfied with the amount and do not wish to pursue any further actions Regards, [redacted]

Mr [redacted] has been refundedI did speak to him regarding this refund and explained that it sometimes takes time for your bank to show the refund in your accountI realize that this was an extended amount of time and did contact our accounting departmentApparently there was a misunderstanding and they were trying to refund a checking account that did not existAfter straightening out the issue and giving the correct account information, the refund has been processed and Mr [redacted] has been contacted by the head of accounts

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments As I said we did not get any paperwork from this company and [redacted] did not spend a lot of time with us explaining anything when we arrived she was almost finished with going over the papers other people hadShe was also in a rush to meet one of her clients she said for dinnerSo I told her I would call her laterWhen I would call her she would ask me if [redacted] had gotten in touch with meMy answer was noThere is a breakdown in communication within this company that needs to be handledWhen I asked for a refund nothing was scheduled and no papers were sent as of today I still have no paperworkI done think offering us to drive to Houston or [redacted] represent multiple solutions That was one important statement I made to [redacted] in the mere minutes we spoke that I can not get her to HoustonI am very disappointed with this company and with the fact that they lie so easily they pass the buckI questioned this company when I was talking with [redacted] because of another Revdex.com reportAll I want is my deposit and the dollars they took out of my accountIf they are such a good company then why not tell the truth and refund the money Regards, Very disappointed consumer [redacted]

The trainings in [redacted] were absolutely rescheduled which made me start doing research on this company only to find many similar complaintsThe bottom line is thisI have received NOTHING whatsoever for my $I called them requesting a refund and I was told if I didn't cancel within three days, I couldn't get oneAgain, I paid $and we have received No training or anything whatsoeverIf they ARE NOT a scam, they should refund me or offer a reasonable settlementHow can they just retina 100% of our money for proving no services at all? Regards, [redacted] ***

Ms [redacted] signed a contract with the correct address of [redacted] ***She initialed that she understood the refund policyOur admin office did move over the summer and all paperwork was updated accordingly, so perhaps Ms [redacted] searched the internet for an address and came up with the old address? Also, the email received from [redacted] has that address under her signature as wellThe cancellation letter that Ms [redacted] attached to her email was dated September 21, 2015, so regardless of her sending to the wrong address, she was still out of the refund in accordance with the refund policyShe registered on September 14, 2015, so in order to receive a refund her letter would have had to be postmarked no later than September 17, I have attached the contracts for your review on this matter as well

Ms. [redacted] is correct, she does have a refund coming back to her, however it does get reviewed through the executive team which does take some time. It has since been processed and should show on her next bank statement, depending on her bank.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below On September 28, is when I received a welcoming email [redacted] That was not my first time contacting ITS.It was then I informed her that I had sent a certified letter cancelling my registrationWhen I received [redacted] 's email, I then sent a letter attached to the email in response to my registrationI also sent a certified letter to tha address that was at the bottom of the emailThe original address I had was [redacted] ***I made numerous attempts to contact ITS, via certified mail, phone calls and the email referred to on September 28thWhen I first called [redacted] , it went to voice mailWhen someone would answer, a female would transfer me to an answering machine.I made numerous attempts and was not successfulThe letter sent to [redacted] was returned.I should not be penalized due to the fact that ITS uses several addresses and telephone numbers.ITS is listed under the following addresses: [redacted] - listed as corporate office [redacted] ***.They are listed under three different numbers: [redacted] which charges a four dollar fee to transfer you to a different number[redacted] The same way ITS was exact about their refund policy, the should have given the exact address and telephone number to be contactThey should assume some responsibility as wellIt was due to their neglect to respond to me in a timely manner.Their refund policy states refund less service fee.Regards, [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] signed a contract which included the refund policyEverything that was promised was offeredIt is unfortunate that his daughter had something going on each weekend that the classes were scheduled, but that is not within our controlA coach was provided and sent to [redacted] to prepare that group and we went a step further and had the coach arrive early and prepare to stay late specifically to give extra assistance to [redacted] ***I have attached some of the emails that show there were attempts made to get [redacted] to attend the workshops and her responses do show that she simply couldn't fit it into her scheduleI've also attached the schedule that was emailed to [redacted] back in February [redacted] is welcome to attend the next event which will be held in July, 2016, but as stated in the executed agreement, there is no refund due

We are sorry the customer feels this way, however, the statements made by Mr [redacted] are completely falseI have numerous emails from his daughter who was enrolled to come to our eventIn those emails she is responding to my workshop reminders, none of which were cancelled, stating that she couldn't get time out of workThe coach for [redacted] group even offered to meet her early and stay late with her for the following workshop to get her on track and she answered my email after the fact saying that she didn't see it on time [redacted] received a scheduled for these workshops in advance and was unable to make it to any of themThis was no fault of ours as they were offered and even had a coach waiting specifically to work with her one on oneWe have had great success with the talent that attends our eventsWe are not a scam and to have Mr [redacted] make such a claim is uncalled forHe signed a contract in which the refund policy was explained and he initialed that he understood said policy

We have reviewed this file further and spoken with *** *** *** did spend a great deal of time with this client at the callback meeting This client had chosen not to register at the time of this meeting Ms *** had decided to register over the phone for this event All of the contracts, registration information and Showcase packets were provided to her A coach was also secured for her daughter and she was given multiple ways that they could connect with this coach All of our coaches are not local to her area and we had arranged for coaching for her daughter this upcoming week She opted not to partake in the coaching We truly feel her daughter would have done extremely well with this program It is unfortunate that Ms*** would not allow her daughter to start the coaching Once we schedule our coaches after the cancellation period we are unable to get refunded for airfare and meeting room expenses Her deposit is fully able to be applied to her account if she will allow her daughter to participate!

This company lied in this statement that was made:  Ms. [redacted] met with [redacted] (owner) on 8/26/2015 and was given the contracts on that date to register her daughter with our company. She informed [redacted] that she would review the contracts and then call the office to pay the registration fee of $500 on 8/28/2015 if she was indeed in agreement, which she did. Ms. [redacted] spoke to [redacted] (finance director) on 8/28/2015 to provide the payment to which she agreed upon. Ms. [redacted] was well aware of the payment plan she was agreeing to ($208.64 per month for 11 months)as she stated to [redacted] that she had gone over all that was in the contract with [redacted]. The only thing that Ms. [redacted] was concerned about at that time was that she received a receipt for the registration payment. That receipt as well as her payment plan was mailed to her directly on the date it was processed and she confirmed that she received all of that info. Ms. [redacted] was in contact with [redacted] (administrative director) regarding workshops for her daughter and never mentioned anything about the contracts that she now claims she never received. The only concerns she had at the time was that the workshop was too far for her to travel to. She was then told that we were doing everything in our power to get workshops scheduled closer to her and in the meantime we could have a coach work with her via [redacted] training just to get her started, which she apparently didn't want to do. Ms. [redacted] was scheduled for payments to come out automatically on the credit card that she provided and when that payment was declined by the bank, the computer automatically generates a late fee of $25. These are the charges that she is suggesting gets refunded as well as the original $500 registration fee that she agreed to. She has since been emailed a copy of the contract that she claims she never received back on October 7, 2015 and has not acknowledged that email. This company is still being dishonest [redacted] never gave us any papers she was leaving in a rush to get to a dinner with a client. We were late arriving to the call back,we never received any paperwork she gave us her number if we decided to do it.Ask them to show you a signed contract they cannot because we ever signed one nor saw one.All I want is my money back $550.00.

We are sorry the customer feels this way, however, the statements made by Mr. [redacted] are completely false. I have numerous emails from his daughter who was enrolled to come to our event. In those emails she is responding to my workshop reminders, none of which were cancelled, stating that she...

couldn't get time out of work. The coach for [redacted] group even offered to meet her early and stay late with her for the following workshop to get her on track and she answered my email after the fact saying that she didn't see it on time. [redacted] received a scheduled for these workshops in advance and was unable to make it to any of them. This was no fault of ours as they were offered and even had a coach waiting specifically to work with her one on one. We have had great success with the talent that attends our events. We are not a scam and to have Mr. [redacted] make such a claim is uncalled for. He signed a contract in which the refund policy was explained and he initialed that he understood said policy.

My answer was no. There is a breakdown in communication within this company that needs to be handled. When I asked for a refund nothing was scheduled and no papers were sent as of today I still have no paperwork. I done think offering us to drive to Houston or [redacted] represent multiple solutions.  That was one important statement I made to [redacted] in the mere 15 minutes we spoke that I can not get her to Houston. I am very disappointed with this company and with the fact that they lie so easily they pass the buck. I questioned this company when I was talking with [redacted] because of another Revdex.com report. All I want is my deposit and the 50 dollars they took out of my account. If they are such a good company then why not tell the truth and refund the money.
