Ms. [redacted] is correct, she does have a refund coming back to her, however it does get reviewed through the executive team which does take some time. It has since been processed and should show on her next bank statement, depending on her bank.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below.
This company is still being dishonest [redacted] never gave us any papers she was leaving in a rush to get to a dinner with a client. We were late arriving to the call back.we never received any paperwork she gave us her number if we decided to do it.

This is not acceptable. Again, I think their response only goes to prove they are not an ethical company. They are willing to accept $2500+ providing ZERO services to us with no offer of any refund or settlement. If they want to make an offer of a settlement, I will certainly consider that. Otherwise, I reject this response on the basis of paying money for something that was never received. I really believe this company is a big scam and would appreciate them doing the right thing. They have lost no time or money because they have done nothing whatsoever for us so providing a refund shouldn't be too much to ask. Three business days does not provide adequate time to know if they will or will not perform according to their own agreement. In our case, they did nothing and I would like a refund

Mr. [redacted] signed a contract which included the refund policy. Everything that was promised was offered. It is unfortunate that his daughter had something going on each weekend that the classes were scheduled, but that is not within our control. A coach was provided and sent to [redacted] to prepare that group and we went a step further and had the coach arrive early and prepare to stay late specifically to give extra assistance to [redacted]. I have attached some of the emails that show there were attempts made to get [redacted] to attend the workshops and her responses do show that she simply couldn't fit it into her schedule. I've also attached the schedule that was emailed to [redacted] back in February. [redacted] is welcome to attend the next event which will be held in July, 2016, but as stated in the executed agreement, there is no refund due.

The trainings in [redacted] were absolutely rescheduled which made me start doing research on this company only to find many similar complaints. The bottom line is this. I have received NOTHING whatsoever for my $2500. I called them requesting a refund and I was told if I didn't cancel within three days, I couldn't get one. Again, I paid $2500.00 and we have received No training or anything whatsoever. If they ARE NOT a scam, they should refund me or offer a reasonable settlement. How can they just retina 100% of our money for proving no services at all?

Mr. [redacted] has been refunded. I did speak to him regarding this refund and explained that it sometimes takes time for your bank to show the refund in your account. I realize that this was an extended amount of time and did contact our accounting department. Apparently there was a misunderstanding...

and they were trying to refund a checking account that did not exist. After straightening out the issue and giving the correct account information, the refund has been processed and Mr. [redacted] has been contacted by the head of accounts.

Ms. [redacted] signed a contract with the correct address of [redacted]. She initialed that she understood the refund policy. Our admin office did move over the summer and all paperwork was updated accordingly, so perhaps Ms. [redacted] searched the internet for an address and came up with the old address? Also, the email received from [redacted] has that address under her signature as well. The cancellation letter that Ms. [redacted] attached to her email was dated September 21, 2015, so regardless of her sending to the wrong address, she was still out of the refund in accordance with the refund policy. She registered on September 14, 2015, so in order to receive a refund her letter would have had to be postmarked no later than September 17, 2015. I have attached the contracts for your review on this matter as well.

I received an e-mail with refund information about 24 hours after you contacted them, and on 10 July my account was credited with the refund.  Thank you and ITS for correcting this issue.
