Subject: Complaint: ***Please attach final response to complaint as this is resolved. ***, I understand that you are frustrated but at the end of the day we are at the mercy of the banks and their approvalAs you will recall, the first offer my manager presented included well over $1,down as we anticipated with the credit history it might take a bit down to get out of your tradeDown payment is never a bad thing, as you finance less, aren't paying interest on the amount, and will get better rates through a lenderWhen it is all said and done though, I politely have to disagree with your opinion as when it comes down to numbers you got a phenomenal deal in an upgradeNot only did we give you $3,more than trade in value, burying ourselves in it to make this work on a 120k mile pickup we can't sell for what we're into it, you received a 70k mile truck upgrade well under book value which your husband picked out himself saying "this is exactly what I want" after having bad experiences at other dealerships who wouldn't eat up the negative equity to help with the transitionI explained personally several times that it was going to take some money down to get into a bigger truck, but we did our best to get the terms we agreed on per our 15-day clause stating we have that time frame to secure financing you signed and agreed toPer one credit bureau, the score is absolutely as stated and unfortunately that had a big factor in the approval we received as banks have access to all three bureau'sI would like to also mention that I did my best to go above and beyond for your husband, as on top of it being a loser deal for us he also wanted to swap for more expensive tires from a different truck on our lot which I personally drove to his work, picked up the new truck and got the new tires put on delivering it back myself to him before he was off for the dayAll of this being out of pocket, using my own car to drive over twice and make sure I went the extra mile to take care of my clients as I always doIn terms of numbers, I would be happy to sit down with you and explain exactly why this is an absolute winner for you and your husband and why all the benefits of going through our dealership like the two years of FREE maintenance made this one of the best deals I've personally been able to work especially on the perfect truck he wantedWe sell thousands of vehicles a year without issue but occasionally when all the paperwork is turned into the lender and everything is broke down the final approval rarely, but may changeAgain, if it were up to us it would've been done as is but it is up to the bank that will finance you and with subprime credit it is out of our hands beyond at that pointI still stand by what I said when I met with you, that I would work with you to restore your credit to a perfect standing so you will never run into this issue againOver the next year, I will help you get back on track at which point you will be able to refinance the truck, get a better rate and drop your paymentsAs always, you have my cell number and if you ever need anything I am always available and would be more than happy to help you in any way I can. I am rejecting this response because: When we talked about the tow package at the time of purchase I asked it to be the correct one. For that reason you could have installed any tow package, but you did attempt to get one that showed as a possible one. You could have asked the dealer or myself to clarify. Just because it was on a piece of paper does not erase the verbal contracts and agreements that were made from more than one person to me stating that you understood which one I was wanting with what we described. From there is was like it was no big deal and you would do what you wanted with no regards to the customer and how it affects them, just your bottom line. I do not want to send this to the *** ***, but will if you can't admit that you made a mistake and will own up to it. I never wanted to admit I was wrong either, but when you are a business you need to do what it takes to take care of your customer, even when it is not letting them know about electrical issues on a vehicle that you sold

I called them a few days after they received the letter from the Attorneys general and found the car was movedI asked them why it was moved and was told, "it's cause you didn't want it"I asked if I can bring them the key, they said yesI went down immediately turned my key over, and they voided everythingI recorded everything for evidence while I was thereI don't have any idea why this was written months later?I

wheb attempting to resolve the situation myself by going in on Friday 02/26/2016, I was confronted with rude managersThey recorded me without my consent on a cellphone, and then made snarky commentsMy witness and I did nothing other then make a calm comment saying they're talking about us as we were walking out the doorUpon doing so, a guy who claimed to be the owner came out screaming at usHe got up in my face and started yelling at me and calling my friend and I "*** is" and then proceed to follow me into my car taking pictures of my license plates threatening us to not slander them.

I am rejecting this response because: Yes Adam and I went out after the very very long 2hour (Actual hour) install, and stated " yeah that looks correct, and "thank you". I did not ever say that is perfect and exactly right. Those words never came out of my mouth. I stated it "looks correct" and "we will see how it works". We THEN had not warm weather, and my boat is stored in Kuna in building so it is NOT at home and easily accessible due to where it is and the entrance to that location during irrigation time. When the weather warmed up we went to the building after making sure the entrance was good, then and only then to find out it was WRONG. I did not wait around to make anyone look bad or dumb or any other words you want to put in my mouth. It just did NOT HAPPEN RIGHT AWAY! You will continue to find ways to not just be not about your sale and your money and your reputation. You will not just admit that you made a flipping mistake and that you will not admit that maybe, just maybe you were and are wrong! I did tell you what kind I wanted, but at no point did I point out an actual part number or anything to you. I was never ever show anyitem that you were picking for this vehicle. I was just told that from what I told Monty and Adam that you understood that the one you need had to be programed to the Rover, and the one you bought DOES NOT! As a business owner, manager you are about the customer not your self well being and your god complex. You have to be willing to admit that you made a mistake and own up to it. This is not the end of the freaking world that you made a mistake and can and are able to fix it. You would rather sit there and keep looping around all of what you want things to be so you do not have to do anymore than you absolutely have to. Heaven forbid you admit anything other that we are RIGHJT all the time! If this not going to be fixed the next step is the *** *** and they can decide what needs to be done next. I do know that if you lie about what was said, I will go to ever news station in the valley and tell them all about your amazing dishonesty and none willingness to take care of a US Veteran. I am sure that all of my military connections and friends in the state would not shy away from a buyer beware post all over *** and where ever you decide this will get to. The resolution lies in your hands and this is not that hard to fix. If you had listened to me in the first place when I state over and over, along with my wife that we pull a boat and that the system has to be PROGRAMMED to the hitch wire package you would have ordered the correct one. I should not have to hold anyones hand in asking a customer if something is correct or not. When I order parts for the military equipment I ask multiple people so that we get the right part the first time and do waste hundreds of thousands of dollars. You see I deal with customers daily with parts and service that equal millions in a single quarter, so I know what it takes to do the job right and double check, even triple check every time. Maybe you should have called *** *** to see which one. They knew right off the bat that what was in it was not the correct style to do what we told you it needed to do. They did not cheat and put half the work when they fixed the electrical that you did not tell me about, that put my life in danger. So why would they have cheated you any information in this matter? I fail to see how this was so hard to just ask before we got here. You can't sit there and say because I looked at it after the boat sat all winter and I will just remember the exact style etc... That is not possible. My memory is not that great, but pretty good. So I guess we will either get a fix from you or another excuse to pass the buck and we will will just move up that ladder to the bigger fish

I am rejecting the response as there was no resolution made with the previous responseI was not aware of the "accept" and "reject" as the situation has been resolved or notI was initially under the impression that I was accepting the written correspondence from the businessAfter I responded back u went to pull up the response again and then understood what the "accept" and "reject" manyMy apologies for the error in my part. I'm not sure who is responding to this complaintI tried to be as civil as I could be considering the situation and high tension and anger that you received, and have mentioned to Bob and Brad I know you don't want to deal with me any longer as I have been extremely rude, for good reasonsEverything I have added here are things I wrote down as conversations happenedI just want my truck fixed properlyI advised I would be sending these complaints inBob assisted to the best of his abilities but he cannot control what happens in the service department. Unfortunately, it had come down to these complaints being added and I was trying to avoid this; however, the inevitable happenedIf this is Ashton, please go back and listen to the call as you did state thatI wrote down what I was told, what I heard, etc. The fact remains that my truck is not in the condition, in other areas, as when I dropped it off initiallyI just want it back to where it was in those other areas. days to get the loan finalized but unfortunately the numbers the bank came back with were not what we were hoping as we try our best to secure better rates in that time frameHowever, there is no way the inquiries by us and the bank dropped your score so drastically that would be impossiblePast accounts may report in that time and drop your score but inquiries can not have that kind of effect on your scoreThere are people that qualify for the ads we have on various media platforms and get to take advantage of them frequently so there is no advertisingIt would seem saving thousand dollars which we were happy to cut back to keep you in the car is a pretty good deal in my opinion compared to the $1,down the bank required to finalize the loanI apologize for the lack of explanation on our part up to this point, if it were in our hands things would've stayed the same but at the end of the day we are at the mercy of the banks and their approvalsThe only thing we can dictate is price and travalues which it sounds like we went above and beyond to hold it together and let you keep the car as $4,is by no means a small discountIf you'd like I'd be more than happy to talk and do anything in my power to quell your frustration as I completely understand why you're upsetUnfortunately it was out of our hands to a degree and we could only do our best to structure the loan in a way it would be accepted by the lender

We do not report to credit bureaus and therefore can not put things on to your credit report. We literally have no control over what goes on...

I am rejecting this response because: According to GOLD ACCEPTANCE they received all information from Internet Auto Sales. Internet Auto Sales most certainly was negligent in processing loan documents with wrong information. This has been proven by Gold Acceptance. The next stop is the Attorney General's Office.My attorney assures me I have a case against Internet Auto and Gold Acceptance equally. It is very sad that you took less than 2 hours to determine you are unable to help a victim of your poor business practices.

I am rejecting this response because: internet Auto Sales DOES USE GOLD ACCEPTENCD.  They have confirmed wrong information was received by the Boise Car lot finance department. This isn't their issue. They reported what was received. InternetAuto Sales representatives came to my home wanting the car back as well as your representatives attempted to serve me legal papers for a bad check for the down payment. Again. Not Gold Acceptence issue.  Gold Acceptance is hoping they can assist me since it is obvious your office cannot admit Grave mistakes were made by your depart in the hurry to sell a car. i have given my attorney your name and number  along with all emails and proof of errors
