CONTRACT IT SAID "INSTALL A TOW PACKAGE". JUST BECAUSE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND LATER AND DECIDED YOU WANTED A VERY SPECIFIC TOW PACKAGE DOES NOT GIVE ME PERMISSION TO ALTER A LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT. WE FOLLOWED THE CONTRACT TO A T AS WE ARE REQUIRED TO BY LAW. THE TOW PACKAGE INSTALLED IS FULLY EQUIPPED TO TOW A LARGE BOAT. IT MAY NOT HAVE ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES THE RANGE ROVER DEALERSHIP SOLD YOU ON WHEN YOU CONTACTED THEM, BUT IT HAS AND DOES EVERYTHING YOU REQUESTED AT THE TIME OF SELL. IF YOU WANT A MORE UPGRADED TOW PACKAGE THAN IS STATED IN YOUR CONTRACT YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO DO SO, BUT IT IS NOT FAIR TO TRY TO MANIPULATE THE CONTRACT IN YOUR FAVOR. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
First of all, Dan was the ONLY person in the room with me the entire time and he sat in front of the door. Once I was taken upstairs to meet with Robert, only HE was in the room with me, so that is a LIE! Second of all, I have a voice recording of Dan that says, I quote, "don't tell anyone I told you this, but you can just cancel  the full coverage once you print the cards off, I had another guy do that last week." He also said, which Ashton repeated, that if I can't make those extra monthly down payments (which are illegal to do according to the financial trade commission BTW) then don't worry about it I can push that back farther and they wont do anything about it, i.e.  repossess your car. However, Robert said and I quote "Now sweetie don't miss those payments, we had  go repossess and very sweet girls jeep last week due to this and now she is having her grandma help her out of it." And last, Robert told me I needed to register my vehicle on Monday, since that was not possible he told me he would help me out by giving me till the 9th, he then did say that if I needed more time to take a red marker and  add or change the number, which is why he wrote it with enough space to do so. Robert also told me to tell Capital one that I put $2000.00 down, I said I wasn't though, and he said that since he was having me fill out a paper to withdraw money from my account monthly over 8 months or so that would count. Funny though, when that is illegal to do.

I am rejecting this response because:I have not fabricated any information regarding my Warranty policy.  Frank has been kind enough to take care of the most recent warranty issue in a very timely and professional manner.  I started a pending claim on 4/28, as of this date the paperwork from your company had still not arrived.  sometime between 4/28 and 5/6 this document arrived and [redacted] was able to process my warranty for the front right exhaust manifold.  Frank was very helpful, and professional but could not disclose when [redacted] received this document.Since Internet auto is unwilling to answer my last request regarding when they sent in the document of question, I am unable to answer what date is was received but was not in the possession of [redacted] by 4/28;it has been received and my policy is now active at [redacted]. I have still not received any reimbursement check from Internet auto in the previously agreed upon amount of $1323.06 by GM Chris P[redacted] for repairs to the Total integrated Power Module.  Previous correspondence has stated that we have agreed upon this amount and reimbursement.  This issue remains.Please mail this check immediately.  I have supplied my address many times, once again here it is:  [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The repair in question was discussed to be fixed before I purchased the vehicle.  On test drive I made note of four repair items that needed to be addressed, one of which that the brake light indicator was on.   I have text message history indicating from both Bob and Derrick that brake level sensor had been addressed and verbatim "...I guess they put a new sensor in so it may just need to be touched up real quick wouldn't be a costly deal.." on Monday jan 16 @ 4:02pm.  I purchased the truck between3:04 which was the time bob texted me that he was at my hotel to pick me up, and 4:50pm which I texted bob back "Brake light turned on again just now..."  On Feb 4, Bob texted me, "So I've talked to my manager about the work on your truck.  He said my service manager has a list of what needs to get done and they are gonna try to get it all approved on Monday..I have made numerous calls to GM Chris P[redacted] (2/28,/3/1,3/6,3/8), all in order to seek a reimbursement check for cost spent out of pocket in relation to fixing Brake level Sensor and in turn the Total Power Integration Module.  on 3/9, I attempted to reach Chris P[redacted] and was put on hold to be connected with Derrick from the service department, I was then informed that the company would be writing me a check for $1323.06, at the point I gave all information to Derrick in order to receive check,  I have been waiting ever sense.I Contacted the company twice after this conversation, once I spoke to Patty S[redacted] and was told that the check would be mailed March 24. I waited eight days and tried again.  I attempted to contact Patty s[redacted] again on April 3, was put on hold and directed to Cameron whom informed me check had still not been mailed out.  I have still not received check.All information has been given to Internet Auto in regards to where to mail the check.  The last I spoke to this company was on April 17 to Patty S[redacted]; the purpose of this call was to inform the company that I had submitted a complaint with the Revdex.com and would also be filing with the Attorney Generals office for Consumer Complaints which I did.  I was thanked by Patty, no mention was made about when check would be coming.As for the warranty I purchased covering the work that I have already had completed should hold no relevance to the issues at hand.  The issue of the warranty is that Internet Auto has not submitted ANY paperwork to their warranty company [redacted].  There is a 30 day grace period to submit these documents.  As of 4/17/2017 @ 3:45 NO PAPERWORK has been submitted for a purchased plan bought on Jan 15, 2017.  Furthermore, on Feb 9 @ 3:58 pm I made it clear in a text message to Bob W[redacted] the sales associate whom sold me the vehicle that my warranty paperwork had no been submitted. As mentioned, I have also filed with the Consumer Complaint division with the Attorney General of Idaho.  I still expect to receive all reimbursements that I was told to expect from Derrick at Service on 3/9 and from GM Chris P[redacted].  Internet Auto has, and has had, all necessary information to mail out a reimbursement check.In conclusion, Internet Auto chose to not mail the reimbursement when I was told it had been, not once but twice.  This issue could and should have been resolved much more simply and quickly.  As the customer, I do not feel that an apology of any sort is necessary, on the contrary I strongly feel that it is myself who is due an apology.  I have spent countless hours trying to rectify an issue that should have been properly and professionally addressed by the business, at the time of the purchase.  I maintain the right to be infuriated by this poor professionalism; I have attempted to be civil many times with this business in order to be reimbursed to no avail.  I expect prompt and professional service regarding the submittal of all warranty paperwork within due time, this has not happened.  I was told to expect a reimbursement check within 7-10 business days on March 24, I still have not received this check.  I will still be expecting a reimbursement check immediately.  Feel free to call me if you have any questions.

In the case of the down payment, Internet Auto Rent & Sales has very strict procedures when it comes to returning money to a customer to ensure that the  currency is accurately accounted for and documented, thus the time delay in returning the deposit.
There is not contract for Mr. [redacted], the deal has been unwound, his deposit returned the car is in our inventroy avaialbe for sale.

car fixed because it had to go to the Dodge Dealership which we are not affiliated with and don't have any control over. The Dodge dealership did fix it as quick as they could. Internet Auto Sales did pay for those repairs in their entirety, as promised. I also PERSONALLY helped you resolve the issues you were having with your checks and was able to get my business office to work with you on that issue as a courtesy to you. We don't have an option for a 4 year warranty. Also it is physically impossible to remove anything from a legal binding document that is signed and consists of carbon copies. You were given carbon copies of all of the documents you signed and there is no way to make things "disappear" from a document.
We did everything that we said we would do and we did it in the fastest possible time frame we could. I'm sorry that you are not happy. I would be more than happy to sit down with you and discuss what we could do to help you and ensure that you are satisfied. The cancellation date on Mr. [redacted] Gap and Portfolio Warranty was filed on 6-11-2015 by the customer. Mr. [redacted] was informed that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to refund payment. Payment was ready to refund on July 20, 2015, which was less than 6 weeks after his cancellation request, and messages...

were left with the customer telling him that we required a signature in order to send this refund. After coming later in August, refunds were issued, in the amount of $3229.92, on August 27, 2015. Had our messages been returned sooner, this refund would have been issued in a more timely as well.
 
We are sorry for any unhappiness on the part of Mr. [redacted] but unfortunately, when dealing with a third-party coverage provider, it does take some time to issue refunds. We hope that the customer is now happy.

I am rejecting this response because: Internet Auto knew what the scores were when THEY AGREED to an offer.  [redacted] credit is not in the 400's.  I saw the report.  I know what is considered poor, average and good credit.  As far as someone flipping your employee off, that is a complete fabricated lie. Again this just shows the lack of character and integrity this company has. I was not about to step foot into your store after the poor way this was handled.  Thanks for driving the whole mile and a half to give me the papers.  Yes, we could have returned the truck. I told my husband to do so but he refused.  It was already registered and insured.  That is not the point!!!  There are multiple complaints on here for the same issue and future customers need to know that this is common practice at this dealership and to stay away.

We made the downpayment right with the customer and have the documentation to prove so. He called the dealership and harassed us verbally to only call us the next day to apologize because he "had had a few drinks." The customer's statement about the value of the Land Rover is completely false. A bank will not finance more than 120% of Blue Book Value. And where is the negative equity supposed to go? The customer was $10,000 upside down on the trade-in, and the original complaint did not talk about the price of the vehicle. It simply stated that the customer wanted to re-negotiate after the fact, which is not possible.

You must accept that you have some of your information wrong, for instance when you filed this Revdex.com Complaint you said that Gold Acceptance is a bank belonging to Internet Auto. That has never been the case and was completely fabricated by you. You keep sending random emails to nobody in particular here at Internet Auto, threating to try to have our staff arrested, threating to call the California Secretary of State, threating to call the Attorney General.At this point I do believe this matter should be handled by legal staff. Your Attorney can file his case and our legal team will respond accordingly.

Subject: [redacted] ComplaintHello [redacted]!My name is Bob I work here with Ashton in the internet department.I just wanted to email you personally regarding our Revdex.com complaint. Unfortunately this is the one of the very few problems we've had achieving top customer service from the thousands of vehicles we send home with our clients every year. We always do our best to go above and beyond for our clients which is why we offer them the option of getting their vehicles fixed here in our shop when there is problems with them and had a long battle with the warranty company to get the engine covered and replaced. They sent us the wrong engine multiple times and dragged their feet as long as they could to avoid paying for the repairs on such a costly job but as soon as we got the approval and correct parts it was done prompltly and according to the regulations set by the coverage in her warranty. We fixed everything covered in the warranty, but now she has come after us for pre-existing conditions that and repairs that are common for F-150's of that year and mileage. In no way shape or form would our technicians have removed, disassembled or touched any rotars, anything to do with the 4WD or AC but due to the situation we have started the repairs to go the extra mile for her and get them fixed. I would also like it noted that she has been had transportation and a loaner car this entire time, a very nice 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited that has ensured she has had a vehicle and able to maintain her work for [redacted] and drive around town which in my opinion is saving her money as well and gets twice if not better gas mileage than her F-150. She sent me this message I have attached saying she meant to accept the complaint and consider the issue resolved as we are fixing the extra parts out of our own pocket and everything done has been at no cost to her. She get's a truck with a new engine and replaced parts that would've been very costly to her. Please let me know how to get the complaint resolved, and though it is closed being that it will show on her report I would like to add a response stating the truth as to the extent of the repairs we covered and the fact she's had transportation this entire time.
