It's a scam!
They cover their behind stating that everything is educational purpures. When in the summit Adam Ginsberg stated otherwise. They don't record the summit so that there's no evidence of what he states. people beware! Everything, that I tried to list invoice was needed, and permission was needed form the manufacturer. Alot of the things that Adam listed while showing his presentation needed approval and documentation. He made it seem as if it was that simple to sell on Amazon when the reality is is more complex than what he shows it to be. I want my money back and they make it difficult to reach out to them. So people please beware!

I want partial refund and cancellation
I signed up for internet mastery course to learn how to sell on Amazon. I noticed that the software is not helping or not deliver what is expected. I have been trying to list items on Amazon several times through the software and it’s not working. I informed my coach and I also emailed my concerns but no action. I email my concern to discontinue charging my account since I keep seeing flaws on the membership. For example, it will not allow me to create my own password, it has to be generated from the company. Second, the sales dashboard erroneously show increased of sales. Many members noticed about the discrepancies and no resolution. I don’t see any value of the membership at all.

I have received 3 emails from internetmastery.io and one text from XXX-XXX-XXXX saying I am enrolled in an Amazon training. I never enrolled in this.
See above. They have my phone number and email. What is this? How did it happen?

Desired Outcome

I don't know how you have my name and contact info. Get rid of it immediately. I did not sign up for anything with your organization.

Internet Mastery Events / *** Consulting:

I started listening to *** about how to trade on Amazon and how they can help you trade
After listening to *** on how they can help you trade on Amazon and make money if you follow their steps, I signed up for their "Elite Program" which included one-on-one coaching, no monthly fees, 2000 prep center labels and a host of other things I included in resolution section of the form. Internet Mastery did not deliver to me what they promised me. I paid for the Elite program to gain a better understanding of how to do business on Amazon. After signing up and I'm expecting coaching from the coaches, when I would call for coaching, they would direct me to a link and tell me to go read the information and figure it out on my own. This happened several times, and I will tell them that I have read it but I don't understand what I'm reading. I paid all this money so I won't have to figure it out on my own. The coaches were not helpful at all,I was sometimes bullied and intimidated off the phone. They were always in a rush to get off the phone with me, leaving me even more confused.
After about 5-6 weeks of being dissatisfied with their coaching services, I requested for my money back and I gave them the reasons why, but they were not willing to give me back my money. And I actually told them that the reason I signed up for the Elite program was to get a step-by-step understanding of how to trade on Amazon. I did not get what I paid for. I just got the run around and I was not happy about that at all.

Please help me in recovering my money back from Internet Mastery since they did not deliver on what was promised to me.
I have made several attempts to recover my money back from them, to no avail. And that is why I am seeking the help of Revdex.com to help me with recovering my money back from them.

The only time they mentioned a 3 day refund policy was when I demanded/requested for my money back. The only thing they sent to me when I signed up was a Congratulations page with all the benefits of signing up for the Elite program.

Desired Outcome

This was what I was promised by Internet Mastery Events, but I was not offered any of them. I was actually charged the monthly fee as soon as I signed up on June 11th, 2020. I was charged another monthly fee n July 11th, 2020. charges CAD$ for its storytelling sessions, thousands of US$$ for a system and charges monthly even before one learns to use the system.
I paid CAD$299 in cash and attended a 2.5 -day storytelling sessions in Vancouver, BC from 14-17 Feb. 2020. I'm calling these days storytelling sessions and NOT workshops to learned how to do online business with Amazon as claimed by Internet Mastery Group by *** because there was NOT a single hands-on activity where we, the participants used at least one of the software that he claimed to have spent millions of $$ to have them developed (his claim was not backed by any evidence). Yes, it was ironic because it was supposed to be 2.5 days of workshop to learn how to do online business, but, we, the participants, were prohibited from using out computers/laptops during those sessions. What we had were storytelling sessions of ***'s million dollar properties, success stories of some past participants, promotion of his own products, showing random products to choose and sell using the software (note: these were quickly done by the instructors while we, the participants, were only allowed to watch; there was never a hands-on learning). From the very first session (evening, or 1/2 day session), the participants were enticed to pay an additional CAD$99 in cash to become a VIP member which entitles one to extra 4-hour storytelling (no hands-on) sessions and dinner. Everyday, especially on the last day, the Internet Mastery group repeatedly reminded participants to choose one of the following 3 packages, and pay for whatever package we have chosen using a credit card. The reason for requiring to pay using a credit card this time as opposed to the initial payments in cash ($299 and then $99) is to ensure that monthly deductions can automatically be made using our credit cards information. This monthly deduction is in addition to the cost of the package chosen (***). This is done even if the participant has not made any sale online. The worst part is this monthly deduction from the participants is never-ending. One will pay one of the specified monthly amount forever. Initially, it's for the coaching and tech support. But for one who will eventually master the use of the system, why would she/he pay forever a monthly amount of US$199, or $299 or $399 depending on the package chosen. This is approximately US$2400, or US$3600 or US$4800 per year, to be paid year after year.
I was unemployed due to health reason and was desperate to earn income online, so I decided to get the Business Package with the hope to use the software easily and start earning. There was never a hands-on activity to have a realistic feel and experience of the system, from finding a product to sell up to selling it. I tried for 3 weeks unsuccessfully. The disappointment and frustration gave me a continuously stressful experience that I finally decided not to pursue it because it's causing more harm to my fragile health condition. I did not want to further weaken my immune system especially because the Covid-19 pandemic was already starting.
On March 13, 2020, I sent my first email to *** asking for a refund amounting to US$2999 plus CAD$299. Emails from them stated their refusal to refund while emails from me continued to ask for a refund because I haven't really benefited from their system, not even to find a single product to sell. Even until May 2020, the Internet Mastery group has refused to give me a refund. I felt then that I needed to search for a consumer group that assists helpless consumers like me. It was such a relief to find Revdex.com. I hope that Revdex.com will help me realize my desired outcome.

Desired Outcome

Desired Outcome I would like to get out of our contract and a refund. I do not want to work with this company at all. I'm completely disappointed and unsatisfied with the company and its products.

Internet Mastery Response • Jul 16, 2020

We have been in constant contact with *** and have been offering her resolutions to her concerns. We care about our customers and their experience and feel like we have been very fair with ***. I've attached a copy of her signed contract with us showing exactly the terms of our program. After using our services for 1 month she lost the desire to continue and asked to cancel her contract. The contract clearly states she has 7-days after signing up that she can alter her contract and after that all terms are final.

In good faith, we have agreed to work out what we feel is a very fair resolution. We have agreed to provide her a partial refund and to stop any future charges AND keep providing her services so she can stay in the program. We are very hopeful she will work with us on a fair resolution. Right now she is demanding almost a full refund and we don't feel that is fair because we have provided so many services for her.

This company lied about what I was suppose to get as far as services. False advertisement, dishonest.
I paid a a Little over 19,000 of services with the company. I asked if I would have everything included as far a packages and programs with this purchase. Well that was not true. It was until I filed a claim with my credit card company and that is when they wanted to make good on promises. The credit card company rule in favor of the merchant due to 3 day right of recision. So I followed up with they company on what I was promised and still couldn't get anywhere. They tried to schedule me for coaching with another package that I already paid for instead of delivering on what was promised. I will get an Attorney.

Desired Outcome

full refund for what I paid.

Internet Mastery Response • Jun 24, 2020

We have fulfilled the services paid but the customer wasn't 100% satisfied and so in good faith we have worked out a compromise with them.

Here is the email confirming they have decided to remove the dispute. Please close it and remove it from your website. Thank you

Tomorrow is my last day to receive my refund . No one has emailed me back or returned my calls . This is bad . It’s in writing so if I don’t receive my money I’m getting a lawyer .

workshops sold by *** and his affiliates are designed to dupe people. They have no integrity and conscience. Please beware of them.
Hi,
Don't waste your time, money and energy on this professional SCAM. The whole agenda here is to get your credit card details, charge your card as soon as possible and run away. There's no call center at back end, it's just an answering machine which hardly anyone answers. The software packages provided are freely available online (such as Jungle-Scout) and teaching material is freely available on resources (such as ***). No one will pursue your concerns even if you are serious about your *** business, please don't rely on these people.
This company was started with a different name and they keep on changing names to stay away from online complaints. They don't have any way to review themselves on Google or Facebook. This company is not registered in Canada and its registered name in USA keeps on changing with time as per their plan to dupe people. You'll easily find complaints in other countries such as Australia, Canada, USA , UK etc.
I lost my hard earned *** (USD) or *** (CAD) with this company and many others like me are being fooled on daily basis with much more amount. The minimum possible loss is *** (USD) or *** (CAD) and maximum possible loss will be *** (USD) or *** These people are smart enough to play round with average number of registrations at 1 event, their non-refundable policy and average time to cancel a plan with them.
The 1st live event is intentionally made free and branded using '***' name. They don't have any association with ***, they simply use it to attract visitors without any authorization from ***. At the event, you'll be introduced with Kings of internet selling (though there's no way to verify that) or face of the company or marketing guys who will give nice sales pitch to push more registrations for 3 day workshop. Once you are convinced, you'll be required to pay $300 (USD) or $409 (CAD) to attend a 3 day workshop in your city. During that workshop, marketing guys will again upsell you to sign up for a VIP Member for another $99 (USD) or $130 (CAD) to be paid in cash. As a VIP member, you get to hear 2 hours of extra Sales pitch every-day in the name of giving you secrets to sell on ***. As a VIP member, chances of you moving forward with other packages are higher so they want to focus only on those people afterwards. From 2nd day onwards, you'll be regularly buzzed to buy a software package which they say they have designed and is worth multiple million dollars (again there's no way to verify this). The software package payment plan is designed in such a way that you pay 50% fees in advance and remaining 50% fee as subscription fees on monthly basis to keep the plan active. The trick (which you'll find later) is that 50% advance is non-refundable which means even if you cancel subscription they have already charged you for next 6 months and they have made their own money even if you cancel after 1 month. I signed up for basic plan in which I paid *** (USD) or *** (CAD) upfront with $299 (USD) or $436 (CAD) as monthly subscription. When I didn't get any service, I tried to cancel my plan and that's how I understood the entire story along with their agenda. The other plans in USD were advance and professional i.e. *** + $399/month, *** + $499/month respectively. They conspire to make good use of your entrepreneurial dreams, your excitement, your aspirations and your curiosity level. They also mention that they have met people like *** etc to win your confidence.

Desired Outcome

My entire experience with these people has been horrendous. The hotline that's promoted during the events is not accessible immediately. I had to struggle to communicate with the mentor assigned to me and other people on Hotline separately to coordinate among themselves. Their services and recommendations haven't yielded even a little value except loss. The mentor assigned to me for name's sake was absent when needed. I requested them to close my account on 20th March 2020 but didn't receive any response from them even after multiple calls and email reminders. I didn't receive any call from anyone to process my request till April 3, 2020. And finally, I have been told that my money will not be refunded. It's sad to see that such companies still exist in this beautiful world to shatter people's dreams. I am very disappointed with ***, his associates, and his affiliated companies. I urge authorities and regulatory bodies to help me get my money back from these people and to ensure that this doesn't happen to other aspiring entrepreneurs.

Requesting refund for *** on 3/13/2020 > 3 day live course
Requesting refund for *** on 3/25/2020 > Monthly membership
Cancelling membership
I recently attended Amazon Selling Seminar on 3/13/2020 in Clearwater, FL. I purchased the Internet Mastery Amazon Workshop 2 1/2 day class for ***
Class cancelled due to Covid19. They proceeded a few days later with 2, 3-4 hour classes online proceeding a hard sell to purchase membership with 2 options one *** a month the *** month.
I am definitely requesting a refund for the $299 on 3/13/2020 as well as the *** on 3/25/2020 for a monthly membership as well as cancelling monthly membership of ***
I have attempted via email 2 times with absolutely no response at all regarding this issue. As well as a phone call to company. They claimed that someone would get back with me via phone call also with no response.
Not so great on the customer service. They will only respond to what they want to. This has been my experience since this all started shortly after signing up and paying the initial ***
Service was different than what was promised as well as services not as expected.
I should have headed the reviews that I had looked up and read in Revdex.com that I had read initially before signing up.
I am not satisfied and I am disputing for a full refund of *** as well as cancellation of monthly membership.

Desired Outcome

Full refund of *** as well as cancellation of monthly *** membership

Agree with Chi Chi O. This is a big scam, trying to pry money out of innocent people. The training which they called "advanced" is nothing more than couple of additional information that was not provided in the free session. The entire 3 day course mainly talked about how rich *** is and what other services he can offer, or advertised for his product. Most of the things in this "advanced 3 day" is a repeat of free session. Definitely waste of time and money. I don't know why I need to pay them to come and advertise for their own product/ service. I paid for education and information. They even promised with one free 30-min coach but I have been waiting for 3 months and no one called. Called their office number, went straight to voicemail. No real agent or coach is available to help. Meanwhile, my account just got charged every month for the subscription of the service/ software I was supposed to be taught to use. Eventually I had to get the bank to jump in and help.

DO NOT SIGN UP for this INTERNET MASTERY!

The entire seminar was geared toward selling expensive mentoring and software and did not provide the tools necessary to sell on Amazon.
Revdex.com ComplaintInternet Mastery CourseAdam ***
*I recently attended a 2 1/2 day (20 hour) Internet Mastery Course by *** in King of Prussia, PA on 8/23/19 - 8/25/19. This course did not deliver as advertised on "How to Sell on Amazon." The cost for the class was $300, for 2 people.
*While the course was to be a step-by-step system for selling on Amazon, it provided very little practical information on how to do it. The amount of useful information presented, could have been condensed into approximately 2-3 hours.
*The focus was on getting rich quickly. Its main purpose was to get people to sign up for additional training and software packages. Packages were extremely lucrative to *** as they ranged from $15K - $50K. (Discounts given if paid in full, up front). Comparable software is available on the internet at significantly lower costs like $40 per month. If the training by the coaches was anything like this seminar, very little substance was offered.
A lot of unnecessary information was provided and used to pump up *** and how rich he is. For example, taking 4 vacations a year, buying Louie Vaton handbags, the teak box that his Gold Card came in and his expensive cars were discussed more than Amazon training. There was a theme that this could be you, if you buy the expensive mentoring program. A stalling tactic was used by a presenter, while people were individually taken out of the "training" to sign up for mentoring. Discussing how his kids missed the bus on their first day of school. This was not valuable training and had no value for how to sell on Amazon.
*High Pressure sales tactics used created, such as there are only x number of spots available for the seminar, VIP experience and the Protégé mentoring program.
*The $200 payable in cash only was for 2 people for the "VIP Experience." This was to be a networking dinner, 3 VIP Training sessions and a software valued at $***.
The restaurant selected, was a noisy buffet which offered an atmosphere unconducive to business discussions. It was difficult to hear any conversation at all directly next to me.
*The VIP Experience" was to include a software valued at $***. (I'm not sure where the $*** valuation came from). The software provided was on how to make a "fake website" using someone else's webpage. This would be used to show Amazon that you have your own website. This seemed deceptive and unethical.
*The VIP Experience included 3 additional training sessions; however, these sessions were not training at all. The only things discussed were signing up for the mentoring programs for thousands of dollars, going on a cruise with other Amazon Sellers, and a higher sales pitch for mentoring.
*Other tactics used during the seminar included discouraging communications
*Swapping contact information with other classmates was forbidden as they don't know how to sell on Amazon.
*Going on WIFI was forbidden. This limited people's research regarding *** and his veiled sales scheme, under the guise of Amazon Sellers Training. This protected himself from exposure as a scam and limited doubt and negativity about him which is on the internet.
*Having a loan company present throughout the entire seminar. Everyone was heavily encouraged to apply for a loan to determine their loan approval amount. This was mentioned repeatedly throughout the 2 1/2 days. It enabled borrowing money and encouraging people to sign up with *** was selling.
*Day 3 of the seminar was dedicated almost exclusively to selling mentoring training and software. People were pulled out of the room for a one-on-one sales pitch to "sign up" for mentoring.
*Attendees were encouraged to sign up for a $4K cruise. Pay the $500 down payment now and worry about the balance in November.
*Groundwork laid throughout the seminar, that you can't sell on Amazon without membership coaching and software.

Desired Outcome

Seeking reimbursement amount of $300 (Internet Mastery) course along with the $200 (VIP Experience) cost. Pricing is for 2 individuals for both programs, resulting in a total reimbursement request of $500. The reason for the Revdex.com complaint and reimbursement request is due to the course did not deliver the expectations of How to Sell on Amazon.

We do not show any record at all of this customer contacting us directly to make us aware of their dissatisfaction. Had they contacted us directly we certainly would have come to a fair resolution that they would be comfortable with.

If you didn't enjoy your experience at our workshop then we will gladly refund the money you are requesting.

You not having a good experience does not take away from the hundreds of people who have had a tremendous experience and that have visited us again and again sharing the great results they have achieved through the program.

Most of . ***'s claims are purely his opinion rather than fact. He chose not to purchase the software and never received access to it and never used it. It's impossible for him to make a claim that there are other programs that do what it does for much cheaper. He also has not received any mentoring from our coaches so yet again not sure why he's so unhappy about it and making accusations.

. *** we wish nothing but the best for you.

We have no problem refunding you the $500. If you didn't get value from the experience, we stand behind our service and will offer you that money back. We will be reaching out to you to make arrangements to get you that refund.

We acquired $*** worth inventory right away through the systems and apps supplied by *** and his team. Unfortunately, even after a few weeks of purchasing 'the right products', we still had not made a sale. A little concerning, but the team told us this was normal. 2 weeks later our account was shut down by Amazon. The reason: they wanted proof that our stock was purchased through a qualified and approved wholesaler. We thought: No problem, we were following ***'s advice and purchased only from the site's he told us to purchase from. We provided proof of purchase, receipts, proof showing we had permission to resell, everything that they asked for. Amazon would not budge on our suspended account and then cited that we were now not complying with a different rule of theirs, basically showing us that they don't care that we had all the proof they wanted, they still did not want us to sell our products.
This went on for weeks and after investing $*** in this so-called Protege program, the advice we were left with was to email the CEO, *** or take further legal action. Now if we had been in this business for a few years, making great money and this happened, then it would make more sense to hire attorneys. But we had just invested close to $*** and now we had to fight every step of the way to be able to sell. In the seminar, *** let us believe that he could just call *** (CEO of Amazon) as they had met on numerous occasions according to him if anything regarding our account would happen, as we are Proteges and paid a premium to be.
Instead we were supposed to write an action plan of how everything that had happened was completely our fault in every way, even though it was not, we were following advice we paid for, which in turn is Amazon's way of covering themselves legally. In the end we felt that we were promised a lot but absolutely nothing came of it. Why would we fight an uphill battle to un-suspend our amazon account when we had not sold 1 product in the 2.5 months leading up to it, including going into Q4, which is supposed to be the best time of the year to sell. We followed all the advice from coaches, the apps: GIFY and SpyRivals, and purchased a broad spectrum of products but nothing sold, even though it should have right away.
Now Amazon wants to discard all of our inventory, as it took too long getting our account issues resolved, and as Canadians we cannot take it back due to the high cost of shipping and import duties. We now have to discard $*** of inventory.
We were given the top coach *** but she was not there for us as they were busy expanding into the UK. Our other coach *** was really helpful, but in the end the uphill battle we were having to face just was not worth it. Especially after we invested such a large sum of money. Its truly disappointing.

Desired Outcome

A refund for the money that we spent on the so-called system and coaching.

We have a great deal of respect for this customer. We are currently in communication with them to get their concerns resolved. We also have different views on their experience in which I will elaborate on.

This customer signed up for our program in August of 2018 and has taken advantage of 18 coaching sessions starting on 28th. We are still in regular communication with them. They did not invest *** into the Protégé Program. They invested *** and any remaining money they put out was for product inventory they bought on their own and can and will still be liquidated.

The problems arose when Amazon put a temporary suspension on their account. This is not an abnormal event and it is something that we help customers overcome on a regular basis. We have been working with this customer on getting their account reinstated by doing exactly what Amazon requires.
They had submitted a plan of action, as requested by Amazon, but it wasn't done according to what Amazon required. The Plan of Action submitted at each juncture never acknowledged the issue, nor was there a plan of action stated in the past/present tense as required. Each submission was telling Amazon what they 'will do' once their account is reinstated, not what has 'already been done' to prevent the issue from occurring. After several calls and attempts to correct the plan, a Manager had been assigned to take over the case. These calls took place without counting as the sessions they bought for the Protégé program. They were done for free in order to make sure they were happy, satisfied, and moving forward.

Emails and phone calls have resulted in some great progress. Last we heard from this customer (on January 22nd) they stated the Amazon is reviewing her plan and hasn't gotten back to them as of yet. There was a follow up on January 29th without word from the student yet to see if their account was reinstated or not. We will follow up with the customer on a regular basis until we hear back.
In addition, we are storing her inventory in our Prep Center office so Amazon doesn't destroy it. It is her property and we will retain it until this is resolved or if she requests it back in any way.
We will not stop working with this customer until their situation is resolved. We have extended them the offer to fly them to our office on our dime and spend 3 days 1-on-1 with our trainers to help speed the process along. They are still considering this offer.

One way or the other we will get this resolved to the customer's satisfaction. We are confident we will do so as we get regular testimonials from clients who are in our program that experience success. I've attached some of those testimonials to this response. These are customers in the same program.

We are looking for a refund as a solution since the coaches recommendations have not yielded any results from Amazon in the many sessions we have had with multiple coaches. Our Amazon seller account has been deactivated and all of our products are going to be disposed of, which is almost *** in inventory.

We are Canadians and we invested *** Canadian Dollars to be in the top program not XXXXX as indicated above.

We feel a 50% refund is more than reasonable and the coach laughed at us and said that's impossible implying our only option is to continue to invest more time into Amazon.

We are truely at a loss and feel powerless in this situation.

Internet Mastery Response • Feb 18, 2019

It is our intent to come to a fair resolution for both *** and the Internet Mastery organization. We value *** as a client, and we are committed to seeing that she is successful.

We want to reiterate a few things.

1. It is not uncommon for Amazon Seller accounts to be temporarily suspended. We have worked with numerous clients when this happens to get them successfully reinstated. We are confident if *** continues to work with us and follow our directions, her account will be reinstated.

2. The total amount *** paid for our program was $19,995 US. I do not know what the Canadian exchange rate was at the time of her purchase. Today as I check the exchange rate *** US equals *** Canadian. I am assuming that when she says she has spent *** with Internet Mastery that is in Canadian funds and she is including the money she spent on product inventory to sell. She did not give Internet Mastery any money for product. She bought product on her own and still has the product. It's tied up right now in Amazon's inventory but there is no doubt she will get it back and will be able to liquidate it. Internet Mastery only collected *** US from ***.

With that said, we do acknowledge that it's been a rocky road thus far for *** and want to make amends for that. Here is what Internet Mastery is prepared to offer ***:

An immediate refund of *** US

A firm commitment that as long as *** communicates with us and follows our exact instructions that her Amazon seller account will be reinstated by May 15, 2019. If we fail to help her get it reinstated, we agree to refund *** US funds and continue to work with her.

After her account has been reinstated some face to face consulting (we will pay for round trip airline ticket and hotel for *** to come to our office and spend 2 full days 1-on-1 with our consultants in an effort to accelerate her success).

Access to our Product Directory database. This provides access to thousands of wholesalers, liquidators, and manufacturers. We charge normal customers *** US for access. That fee will be waived.

20 more 1-on-1 phone coaching sessions in addition to the 20 that came with her initial contract. This means she will have a total of 40 coaching sessions.

If we can't help her get her product inventory liquidated by July 30, 2019, we agree buy the inventory from her at the price she paid for it.

Our goal is to help *** get in a long term situation where she has built a solid business that will benefit her for years to come.

I appreciate the acknowledgement from Internet Mastery and provided they follow through with the resolution they have proposed we will accept these terms. Once I receive the reimbursement to my credit card I will let you know and we can consider this matter resolved.

In 2016 I went to an internet mastery course given by *** The course is designed to help assist in building wealth through on - line companies like Amazon.

In 2016 I purchased the training course for $***. The on-line and phone classes offered trainer assisting in setting up and managing our E- Commerce Business. In Jan. of 17 I went to a Seminar Given by ***. During this training he offered help in setting up our own private label products. ***, would find products that were selling good on Amazon, and have them packaged for us, giving us our, name brand items. On Jan. 29 17, I ordered 1,000 I Phone Adaptors for $*** plus the private labeling fee of $***,and 250 Hunger-Block pills for $*** plus the private labeling fee of $***. Total was $*** .
After about 7 months my private labeled Adaptors went to Amazon for sale. At first they were selling very well. By the third week almost all of then were being returned because there were faulty. I thought this was a mistake and I asked my coach/ Evan to order one to see if they were good or not. He too said that his adaptor did not work as expected. I began to panic, 'My only product is defective!! I was assigned a new coach / Ben. I told him that I wanted my money back because by this time Amazon had stopped allowing me to sell my Adaptors because the return rate was too great. I then had to Pay $409.49 to ship them back to me. I asked him what was being done to make this situation right. He would just say something to pacify me. But nothing was done. It is a year and a half later and I still don't have The Hunger-Block pills. They said they were shipped, to where I don't know? And at this point I don't care I just want my money back,
Product_Or_Service: 1,000 I Phone 7 Adaptors & Hunger-Block pills

Desired Outcome

Refund I am seeking restitution and FULL payment for products that I purchased that were faulty and for others that did not receive. $***.

We have just become aware that this complaint was still listted as unresolved. We actually resolved this complaint with *** back in 2018 but for whatever reason we must not have formally submitted the resolution to the Revdex.com website.

A signed copy of our resolution has been provided to this message. We are happy to help *** out if she needs anything else but the items we promised to deliver in this agreement have all been delivered.
