Failed to disclose additional expenses/issues w/ Class & program. Unable to fulfill service w/ customers, lied about costs and access to services
After signing up for the business/class "Internet Mastery/ Spy Rivals" on 5/27/18 , the company disclosed that you can only cancel within the first week. After calling the company number that's listed on 5/29/18(they never called back), requested more information (we had to set up a meeting) and setting up a meeting with our mentor 5/31/18(the mentor cancelled for the following week 6/6/18), we were unable to utilize anything from the class and were unable to cancel. We purchased the class on two credit cards. Now after trying to utilize our mentor, we found constant issues that the program did not disclose and had to pay more money, caused confusion and had to start over again. Now we are trying to stop our future payments and get some type of refund since this business failed to give us the opportunity to utilize the program, utilize the mentors within the first week and cancel. We have expressed our concerns to the company but they have failed to response. Do not recommend to future customers at all.
We would like to get out of our contract and a refund. We do not want to work with this company at all and are completely disappointed and unsatisfied with the company, product, customer service and the way the company handles disputes.
We are so surprised to see this come from Lilia. We have been helping Lilia for several weeks and completely reject her claims of anyone being hishonest with her. I have attached her order form showing the date she signed up for our services which was 5/20/18. We state to all clients they have their 3-day right of rescission to cancel and get a refund in full if they change their mind after the event. There is no record whatsoever of Lilia sending us a cancellation request within that 3 business day window. She claims she called our office on May 29th which is still outside if the cancellation period but we have no record of that ever happening. What we do have record of happening is us conducting one coaching session after the other with her to help her with what she purchased at the workshop. We have included an attachment showing records of all coaching sessions we conducted with Lilia and all the many times we returned her emails and calls. Her claims of the software and services are absolutely untrue. We can provide Lilia with phone numbers and names of clients who signed up with the same services she did who are highly successful and are extremely happy with the services. As a good faith gesture we have no problem continuing to help Lilia until she is successful. Her package she paid for consisted of 6 one-on-one coaching sessions. We are more than happy to double that and provide 6 more at no additional charge to show her how committed we are to helping her and making sure she gets the value out of the program. It should be noted there were several times her coach called her for appointments which she did not show up for. We can and will make this work if she's a willing participant. Bottom line is we don't want unhappy clients and will continue to work with her on our dime to make sure she is happy.
