Review: I did not receive my car bill and my vehicle was towed. I called the dealership before the car was towed and was told to pay $1200 in order for the car not to be towed I payed 1100 taking me out of the red, and had the car for a full day after until the towed it the following day. I payed the amount and the car was still towed and I am responsible to pay 400 repossession fee along with the fee acquired during the car's stay in the repo parking lot. They are taking advantage of me and it is not fair.Desired Settlement: The $400 for the repo and the acquired daily amount payed to get the car out of the repo parking lot.

Interstate [redacted] provided all mailing address information to [redacted] Financial Services as dictated by [redacted]. The Retail Installment Agreement between [redacted] and [redacted] Financial Services is a seperate relationship, which does not involve Interstate [redacted]. Interstate [redacted] will gladly assist [redacted] in his relationship with [redacted] Financial Services, but has no financial obligation relative to his default on the Retail Installment Agreement.
