My initial experience (months) with DemandForce was positive Our account manager had a strong handle on our marketing needs and styled campaigns for us She knew what she was doing When she left her position (likely a deserved promotion), we were left without an account manager I think we had some middle management employee who was likely overextended and had no time to spend assisting customers We would submit requests for help and go unaided for days to weeks as we followed up with voicemails and e-mails We were unhappy due to neglect Then we requested a replacement for our initial account manager but come to find out he is actually a sales rep He has very little client service training
Now I want out of my contract and found out it already auto-renewed for months I received NO courtesy notice of the renewal This is a reprehensible deliberate tactic that DemandForce employs to make more money I feel that they are not out for my best interests but only their own I requested to speak with an account manager about my discontent and to discuss early contract cancellation, and they only had a client retention specialist call to salvage the contract weeks later after I reminded them that I was expecting a call Pathetic The company over-sells and under-delivers

I had quickbooks and went to install it wouldnt work and kept saying cant loadI call quickbooks support and someone had to take controll over my desktop went on their and corrupted the files on purpose and then says see your files are currupt and you have to pay to get it fixedI totally lost it and asked to talk to the supervisor he says we will do it for just for youI said why should I have to pay for this I just bought your programHe hung up on me and disconnectedThen someone calls back from quickbooks and says well theirs nothing we can do you have to pay to get it fixedI hung up and reinstalled the it works fineTotal SCAM beware

I filed my taxes online and asked my fees to be deducted from my refundThere was an issue with my refund and on March I received an email from *** telling me my account would be debited for the fees on or after April They took the fees out on March 25, causing havoc with my finances in the form of late and overdraft fees because my budget is extremely tightI called them on March and was told it was "just a glitch" and the fees would be reversed to be debited as stated in the emailOn March 30, there was no refund in my account and nothing pending with my bank so I called againI was on the phone with the rep for my ENTIRE lunch hour only to have the call drop as he was going over the resolutionThe fee refund did finally show up on April but I still don't know what to expectI called again on 4/only to have the rep basically refuse to look up the previous case notes and make me repeat myself - he also kept saying he couldn't hear me - which I think is a load because I'd just been on the phone with someone else and they could hear me fineI'm now out over $in late and overdraft fees because of their "glitch" and inability to live up to their wordDon't bother using them

I have contacted *** *** in regards to this issue on 11/6/For some reason the email they sent did not make it to our emailI have them resending the email and we will be working with the factory to make sure there issue is covered under the manufacture warranty, if covered we will take
care of the issue as fast as possibleI do apologize for not responding to the latest phone calls as the message left for me was lost in the paperwork on my deskThanks,*** ***

I would suggest anyone looking for accounting software look else where I am a ProAdvisor and pay for that priviledge Trying to get support is impossible I recently was told that I could put my clients on a wholesale billing plan complete with payroll for $per month But when all was said and done, this was not available and was going to cost my client a monthA customer support person was suppose to contact me on 12/Still haven't heard from them and I have tried to call them several times with no return calls This company is not interested in it's clientsNow that Intuit is going to the cloud there are some much better products and I definately will be taking my clients over to another product

The software that they have released as an upgrade is no goodA simple checking account should not be that difficult to use and supply correct information to the consumerMy older version works just fine on my portableThe desktop was upgraded and has not worked correctly since it was installedIntuit needs to be more cognizant of their quality control department and also the programmers that they contract withIn house or third party

Their staff working in *** customer service and technical help are not competent at allYou can't get any help easily as they work by following a script to just do certain steps when they can't think, don't even know why, or analyze the situation to identify issuesThey won't let you speak with the managersEven the managers know less on technical issues than the staffSo people are at their own risk to buy ***
Their whole company is invisible to the public, but put an army of staff upfront who are incompetent when you can't reach anybody who can be responsible for anything, All these people only justifies the high fee that you pay to acquire this software only
I tried to reach the headquarter, but the operator finally answered the phone call after more than ringsShe still transferred me to *** that would not help at allI had to call again, and the phone rang more than rings that finally the operator answeredI insisted to speak with the presidentShe probably felt that she wasn't able to brush me off to finally transfer me to the president's officeA possibly assistant answered the phone call and sounded very helpfulHe is going to send my escalated case to someone to handle that I will see how it turns out
But just the fact that it took me several days with frustrating experience with their people, and to finally after waiting for so many rings to reach the headquarter that might help me reach someone who is truly competent to help me is just too much a hassle to go through
I suggest people reach out to their headquarter if you don't get any result from customer service or technical helpYou should drag out the person who ultimately is responsible for their business that is the only way to get their attention that they can't do business like this that is at the consumer's loss, time and energyOtherwise, not only you don't get the pertinent help that you fully deserve, but also they can't improve in their service standards that more people will continue suffering which is not right and not fair
This is the attitude that we should all have - if it's not good enough, change and improve, or get out(This is how we as a society evolves.) We want the best of the best in our societyAnyone who doesn't want to do a good job but just wants to fool around to waste our time and money should not be in business which is what is expected in a highly evolved society

I am very upset with turbo tax intuitThey won't let me view my prior year tax return because I used the FREE version on the computer!!! I would have to PAY for my own tax returnI feel uea I should have printed it right then and there but to charge me a fee to view MY taxes! Very disappointing!! Will never use them again EVER

Hi I am using mint bill since the time it was pageonceI am very satisfied with the serviceThis is one single place that keep me upto date about all the bills that I need to pay, not only that they also give you the end date of paymentI love this app in my phoneI need not to worry about login to multiple payers app to find what I oweThis is best thing that give you full control and keep you ontime with the payments
If you are the one struggling to rememeber all the payment end date from multiple payersI would highly recomend you to have serious look into this appIt may help you to be on time with all your payment which in turn help you to maintain and improve your credit history

I have never seen such horrible customer service! The people I spoke with were so incompetent, put me on hold for 5 hours and issue was never solved. Called a week later and they could not figure it out... They just kept on wasting my time. Spoke with a manager and he was clueless. Dealing with quickbooks customer service is so frustrating. I would not recommend anyone use this! Get it together. Provide training and have some professionalism.

WORST. PAYMENT. SERVICE. I HAVE EVER USED!!! My clients usually pay with cash or check, but I had a new out of town client that wanted to pay with his card, so I signed up for Intuit Quickbooks payment since I use their invoicing system. We did 2 separate jobs for this client, ran his card for the first, no problems except they are really slow on depositing the funds into your account. When we completed the second job, I went to run his card and it was approved, but then the next day I get a calls saying they need all this information to validate the charge. I gave them all requested information and received an automated email response saying reviews will be completed in 2 business days. Well, after an entire week, and days of trying to get a hold of someone for an answer, I finally get in contact with a rep and they tell me they were unable to verify the charge, but can not give me a reason WHY! Then says I'll have to return payment and ask the customer to give another form of payment. So I just went almost 2 weeks without the funds and no answers to this "review" just so I have to call my client and have to ask them to pay a different way? This is seriously the biggest inconvenience to my company I have ever had to deal with. I asked them to please close my account and that I will NEVER process another payment with Intuit again.

God help you if you sign up for QuickBooks Bill Pay -

they have so many departments de-claiming responsibility for whatever error you get that you spend a half a day getting transferred between them -

If they cared about their customers we'd get a real person when we called and they'd be deeply trained enough to solve our problems.

Deserves to go out of business. They've "captured" us but it won't be forever.

I bought the CD/Desktop version and when I was doing my taxes it won't let me continue with my Business Income & Expense it says I need to pay and upgrade.
I called customer service and explained and she agreed was misleading. She pretended to help me going back and forth with her "supervisor" and placing me on hold. After 1 hour I finally lost patience and getting po'd as it was a waste of my time. She continued to apologize and finally said "sorry , can't help you - you have to pay for the upgrade"

I say this is part of their bait & switch scam: put them on hold until you give up.
I have been using TurboTax over 10 years - no more.

We have been using QB for over 6 years (versions 2009 and 2012) each of which could be worked around to make functional. 2015 however has caused a very irritating problem. In the past the ME941 provided the values held for each pay period. The new version only has blank lines and the QB solution is that I should go into the data base and add up the values for each week to complete the form. With only 2 affected employees this is an irritation but if I had 500 employees this would be a real headache. Their response was that even though we pay over $300 per year for payroll processing they have "decided" to terminate the availability of data on the ME941 and "MAY" restore it sometime in the future. When I asked for the headquarters address for a Revdex.com complaint I was told that he WOULD NOT give out this information. This individual, I think the 5th or 6th individual I have spoken to was supposedly a manager of the support department. Prior the the final statement the technician doing the work told me he had been working for three days on this "problem" and now it is no longer a problem apparently as they decided to call this event a decision.

I am thoroughly disgusted with [redacted] lack of phone help. I learned that [redacted] has a partnership with [redacted] if you are self-employed to use their App on a smartphone. I downloaded the trial version and decided to make a purchase. A [redacted] error comes up saying that I already made a purchase thru Apple ID which is not true. I requested phone help and after a half day of emails and a phone call, only then learned that [redacted] refuses to support their Self-Employed version. I can only get phone support if I upgrade to a more expensive package, but those choices do not include the necessary components of the Self-Employed version. [redacted] decision to ignore this group of entrepreneurs is discriminatory!!! I do not want my financial information disclosed in a chat room where I have no way of knowing to whom I am talking.

Horrible company that won't own up to their softwares mistakes. They charged me AFTER asking for and submitting the wrong information regarding the health exchange. The lady I talked to told me that many customers are dealing with this and that I would not get refunded for a mistake they made. I had to hand write my taxes because of their mistake and MAIL them in! DO NOT USE TURBO TAX, THE COMPANY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND WHEN THE GOVERNEMENT WONT ISSUE THE REFUND DUE TO TURBOTAX's MISTAKE TURBO TAX DOES A SAME DAY WITHDRAWL FROM YOUR ACCOUNT FOR THEIR FEES THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT OF YOUR REFUND!

Contacted Intuit to process my credit cards. They have refused to release funding. Otiginially they requested documentation which was provided immediately. Then they stated they didn't release the funding due to them inputting the owners birthdate wrong. After this they refused to release my funding and stated they have every right to not process payment to their clients. I have over 10 hours in with this company and I would steer anyone away from this company for their process. We are ending our business and we have still not received the $7,205.67. They are also holding $14,902.42 of customer funding which I refunded based on their recommendation after they stated too. Now they are refusing to release any funds. I have spoken to various associates in even high levels and no one is able to comprehend until hours of discussions what they issues are. Some names are Isreal, Jeraldine, Rachel, Amber and more.

I gave an Intuit representative my credit card number to renew a payroll tax subscription, and they used my credit card number to also charge me for an upgrade which I specifically told them I did not want. I am still trying to get this resolved through my credit card company because although I called Intuit and was assured that a refund would be issued, it has now been over a month and no refund. I will never deal with this company again. As far as I am concerned, they are thieves. I also cannot believe that Revdex.com gives them an A+ rating when there are so many disputes and complaints lodged against them right here on the Revdex.com web site.
