Preventive property maintenance poorly regulated and serious fire hazard concerns not addressed
I have been a tenant at *** for 2 years and since I have moved in I have had issues with my stove smoking, which leaves me unable to use my stove properly (which I believe is a serious health and fire hazard) I have contacted InvestPro Realty several times in regards to this and it took them 1 year to complete repair. Also I have a mold smell in one of the rooms that stems from a roof leak they had and repair to my ceiling and mold inspection have never been done and my daughter gets constant upper respiratory complications. Most recently, after pushing for a repair, 2 years later, my electrical outlets have been replaced which posed as a serious fire hazard. The outlets were lose and the ground portion of the outlet was blocked off. The company is attempting to charge me for the repairs although these should be considered preventative maintenance. The company should be sanctioned accordingly for failure to respond to fire hazards in a timely manner.
I ask that the company remove the associated charges for the repairs done that should have been done as preventative measure to prevent major fires or death.

Service fee for the repair of the stove was waived and not collect the date was 06/12/19. We have served a 30 day no cause asking the tenant to vacate no later then 07/31/19 . Tenant lease expires at the end of the month. Owner of property would like to have his property back .
