Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2017/04/13) */
We acknowledge that we did indeed contract to do outer trim for the windows, and early on tried to schedule with the customer to finish the projectHowever, as of last week, our Installation Manager has addressed the issues, and the customer
assures us she is now satisfied with the final result

The timing mentioned is interesting, however just a coincidence because we do not receive notification from the Revdex.com instantaneously. We simply wish to follow the terms of the contract. Either provide to this customer what was contracted, or allow them to cancel, per the terms of the contract

We have reached out to this customer, and were able to address her concernsIn our communication, it appears she is satisfied with the resolution

The roofers were here for three days (Tues,Wedand Thursday) When they left Thursday night they left their private vehicle stating they would be back for it in a couple of days and that they were not finished with the roofI have not seen them sinceThey also took all the metal off the garage with themThey were told when they came out to do the estimate that they were to leave itWhen I confronted them on Thursday about leaving it, I was told that they already had it loaded on their truckThey have left several piles of trash, with one of them being at the base of the stairs out the front doorThey were more than happy to take my good metal, but left a pile of scrap metal from the roofing metal that they put on my house in my yardThis is dangerous for my animalsI also do not appreciate that they made themselves at home and took two of my pool chairs and ruined the cushions on them by sitting on them with their sweaty dirty bodiesMy chairs were taken away from the pool and placed under a tree along with their fan, and were not even replaced where they took them fromI have tried to wash out the stains, but they will not come out
As for them sending out a crew on Monday, it is once again one person and he starts vacation at the end of the weekI have to have this project done by August 1, I have ten family members that are supposed to stay with meI still have no kitchen, no master bath, no sunroom and you still haven't even started on the hall bathroomI don't see this being done in that time frame

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2017/01/17) */
We are very sorry that the windows on this project have been more difficult to get accurate, and we are also not happy that the schedule was delayedFor both, we sincerely apologize to the customerHowever, replacement windows are not an
exact science, and in this case, at this point, the easy thing would be to give the customer their money backThat is not the right thing to doWe have offered, and the customer has accepted (since writing this), to do the right thing and order the windows again and install them the way we all envisioned and contracted
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2017/01/27) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Yes, we have agreed to give them a chance to make it rightThey came out and measured againAnd yes our windows have been order againBut the truth of it all is that as of today, we are still waiting on our windows
They have been very nice and seem sincere in trying to make things right for us but, we do not want this complaint closed out until our windows have been installed, or we have our refundThey've tried twice before, and twice we've been let downUntil our windows are in and the work has been completed, good intentions or not, we still do not have the windows that have been paid for in full
Thank you
Final Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2017/02/08) */
We once again appreciate the customers allowing us to make this rightPer our agreement, we received their correct window order last week as promisedWhen calling to schedule installation, the customer asked that we come on 2/13/to installThis is what we will do, and again per our agreement, we will have our Installation Manager doing the workWe are confident that this WILL happen and that they will be satisfied

We are scheduled to return to this customer’s home on Saturday, and complete the last of the projectWe have been in frequent contact with her, and she tells us she is happy with the progress, and the project

We continue to make progress toward completion of this customer, and are planning/scheduled to be complete by Friday 8/

Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2016/02/11) */
Received a call from the company and had a service tech here within hoursPlease reverse this complaint

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I appreciate that they are finally going to be working on the roofHowever, I am still without a kitchen and I know for a fact that some of my cabinets are in your possessionThe fact that you do not have all the cabinets is an issue that you caused by not doing your homework (as I said before, I found the needed cabinets with no problem).I have asked several times now for you to please bring me my pantry cabinets that two of your employees have confirmed you haveWhen are you going to replace the broken cabinets? Once again I have seen no one at my house to work since June and the spa electrician on June The ceilings still need to be painted one color and the walls need another coat of paintThe trim still needs to be painted and I told your worker he could do the second bathroom if he could get the shower put in within two days of demoKitchen floor still needs to be finishedI was with your worker when he ordered my vanity tops and they should have been in on the 26th of this month as well as the faucets for themThere are things here to be done if you would send a worker to do themAgain, I need this done by the first of August since I will have a house full of guests and I need a kitchenThis has gone on way to long and my patience is at an end

Although this customer was well aware that our agreement was to change out one window frame, the fact is our contract did not clearly specify that. As we always make it a point to follow the contract with our customers, we are going to provide what he is asking for, and change out the
frames of the other windows. We have it on our production schedule for the week of September

We recognize that we are excessively behind schedule with this customer, and apologize for his frustration. We have since completed a portion of the items that he addresses, and have the completion of his project on our production scheduleWe are optimistic it can be completed in the next
10- -days

Unfortunately the cabinets have not yet arrivedOur next step is the roofHomeowner has asked us to communicate, which we have done, so she can have a company remove some solar panels before we proceed, and we are optimistic that those arrangements can be made, and the roofing can take place next week

In response to the reply from the business: All change orders or add on, were written up prior to the start of your work by a good month and a halfMost of the indoor work, two new roofs, and the screened in porch could have been done during our excellent winter weatherAs for your master electricians, the first one you sent caused nothing but problems and did the project wrongThe crew you sent out to fix the problem again wired the spa wrong and I had to have the spa people out to fix itThe in house electrician put holes in my kitchen ceiling and that had to be repaired with new dry wallConcerning the completed projects: only one bathroom floor is done and only part of the kitchen floor is doneThe master bath has a vanity but no top or sink yet, while the base kitchen cabinets are not correctOne has a break in the back part of it that is approximately inches long and will have to be replaced and the corner lazy susan is to small and lacks inches to reach the back wallI didn't request the island be replaced, I was promised an "L" shape which you didn't supply and none of the cabinets are big enough to hold the range topAlso, who puts in kitchen cabinets with no drawer stack? The only reason my double oven cabinet is on order is because I looked it up on line and found itYou were going to have to make oneTo end this note I will tell you that in the contract the floor was supposed to be checked out before anything else was doneYou didn't follow thatOnce the floor company was brought in, it was only a week wait and they were done in one weekIt was you who didn't start working on the house again until 3-13-and that was to build the screen porch

We have considered this job complete for months now, and were not aware that the customer had remaining issues that they do not consider complete. We will reach back out to them for details

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2016/10/06) */
At this point, a plan is in place to take care of the items the customer has requested this coming Saturday(10/8/16)The customer has acknowledged that plan and accepted it as wellOnce the plan is executed next week, we will submit our
formal response acknowledging both work completed and the content of the customer's submission/complaint
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 15, 2016/10/26) */
They came did some measuring for replacement windows and frame for laundry room breaker boxCaulked and worked on ceiling weeks ago But no word from them as to when they will complete
Final Business Response /* (4000, 17, 2016/11/02) */
As the customer noted, we did come out on 10/and take measurementsWe have also communicated with Mrs., letting her know the statusThe frame to the breaker box is something that we would call a "punch list item." The job is completed, but the customer requested we basically trim out around the breaker box, in order to create a more "finished" appearance, which we will gladly do, when we return
It should be noted that the (2) pieces of glass broke after installation, and therefore is a warranty issue, not an issue with the original installationIt is unfortunate, and disappointing to everyone that the glass panels broke so soon after installationHowever it is GLASS, and therefore is, of course, breakableIt is on order with the manufacturer, and they tell us it may be in as soon as the end of next week, or shortly thereafterOnce it arrives, we will go out, replace it, and deal with the trim issue at the same time

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2017/05/15) */
We acknowledge that we allowed too much time to transpire before continuing / completing this customer's projectHowever, there was a deadline that was moved up days by the customer to be "moready," which we succeeded in
accomplishingThey have expressed a preference to wait on the original Lead Carpenter that they worked with, and understand it takes a little longer to schedule a particular employeeWe are scheduled to resume their project later this week, and are optimistic it will now be completed in a timely manner
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2017/05/17) */
We were told the "original" carpenter was not going to step foot on this property b/c of the snotty work he didI made clear I had to have project completed by April from the day they started workingWe've had days of work done since April firstWe were impresses with the new carpenter that was sent out a couple weeks agoSomething came up for him, which we understandHe would not be able to come back for about a week and a halfWe said OKWe'd be fine with that(He was out one day but did really good work, seemed to care about our issue.) He's suppose to be here ThursdayAnd be here until completeWe were told it would take a couple days to completeWe will see!
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2017/05/26) */
The installer in question worked on the 18th & 19thEarlier this week we had our Installation Manager take over, in order to help expedite the projectWe are scheduled to continue this process this coming week

Please note that we are leaving the 29th of January for two monthsWe will not be back until the second week and April
