The money was paid on September 14, If not received by the participant they should contact [redacted] as their record for payment was uploaded with the rest in the survey pool

this reward was paid out directly from the panel company last week if he has not received then he needs to let us know We have not received emails from him as a customer service representative has responded to all open emails that we have received As of the 7th was only weeks not up to as was indicated in his complaint above
