Hello,This is in response to Case # [redacted] for [redacted] Ms [redacted] participated in a session for Invoke on December 15, and was paid ($35) on February 28, for her time by our third party vendor, [redacted] The initial payment date was slated for February 23, but we were slightly delayed in processing payments Ms [redacted] confirmed via a [redacted] posting that she had received payment on that date (2/28/17.)Invoke has compensated every respondent that has participated in customers' surveys As we state to all participants, we strive to fulfill incentives without a 10-week period Sometimes circumstances occur where unavoidable delay comes into playWe, unfortunately, also encounter many fraudulent individuals But, for over ten years, we have been committed to ensuring that all honest participants obtain their payment.Thank you,Invoke

Hello - Our records show that Mrs [redacted] participated in our study on August 31st and her incentive payment was sent, as it was promised, weeks from the day of the session, on November 9th We can also see in our records that our Support team responded to Mrs [redacted] on December 13th with the details on how to locate and claim her rewardThis is what our Support team wrote back: " The payment has already been sent for the August 31st session - Please check your Inbox, as well as your spam folder for an email from Virtual incentive (r [redacted] )If you can't find it or have any questions about it, please email [redacted] ."
