Review: They stole my money! I had 500 dollars in sales and then they decided to place a hold on my account because it was a new account, for 1 month. After 1 month I called them to verify they were going to finally deposit my funds, but instead they decided to close my account without telling me. Why did they close my account you ask? They closed my account because I sell smartphones. So then I made the statement, to a manager over the phone, that nowhere is that information provided before you sign up that you can't sell smartphones and I ask for MY MONEY to be sent to me, and we would just part ways. Nope they will not give me my money and the manger just hung up on me. So beware iPayment, they are thieves and swindlers!Desired Settlement: Give me my money!

The merchant

account was approved on 04/02/2013 per receipt of the signed application and

agreement. On 05/06/2013 funds were held per the terms and conditions of the

agreement. The merchant was advised to send in necessary documentation for

verification of sales. The merchant was also given specific reasons for the

holding of the funds and closure of the merchant account. The merchant was

advised that funds would be held for a thirty day review. iPayment has released

all funds held as of 06/20/2013 minus the processing fees owed for May 2013

month end fees totaling $55.42. The total amount that will be credited to the merchant’s

checking account on file is $519.71. iPayment does not know of any further

issues with the merchant account. Should the merchant have any additional

questions or concerns they can contact iPayment directly.

Review: we used this company for our credit card processing at our business. we closed the business as of april 15,2013. we called to inform themof this way back in april. to this date 11/7/2013 we are still getting 94.90 stolen from our checking account each month. I called today and they stated that our account is still open and was never cancelled!!!!I spoke to [redacted], that's the only name he would give me. He was extremely smug and rude. And acted as if he enjoyed stealing money from trusting people. they then said they would email me a cancellation form (which they already did in april) and I am supposed to fill it out and send it back, however he RUFUSED to refund my money that was stolen for the last 5 months! this company is unbelievable unprofessional!!!!! I do not give them any right whatsoever to touch my money in my checking account!!!!Desired Settlement: I want all the monies they took from my account since the acount was closed (along with the business it was use to process) in april 2013.... ialso want this company to know that they DO NOT have permission to take money out of my checking account!

The merchant account was approved on 08/31/2008 per receipt of the signed application and agreement. iPayment has no documentation of a closure request being received from the merchant in April 2013. A closure request with the authorized principal’s signature is required to close the account per the terms and conditions of the merchant agreement. Monthly statements were mailed to the merchant advising of account and fees billed. iPayment shows the merchant’s first attempt to obtain closing procedures was on 11/07/2013. A closure request was received 11/07/2013 and the merchant account is in process of being closed. As the account was monitored, serviced and maintained by iPayment the merchant is responsible for all fees assessed. The merchant can contact iPayment directly if they can provide valid confirmation of a closure request sent back in April 2013.

We will provide a 3 month courtesy refund of the month end fees for the August, July, June 2013 in the amount of $329.65. The October month end fees refund is currently being processed.

Review: This company draft $350.00 out my account after I canceled merchant services on the 7th day of my 30 day cancellation time frame. They admit it was their mistake but I have not gotten my $350.00 back. I would like for the Revdex.com to help me get my Money back. ASAP!!! These people took most of my grocery and car payment money and left me and my children helpless, hungry, and devastated. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I want my entire $350.00 back

The merchant account was approved on 05/24/2013 per receipt of the signed application and agreement. On 06/06/2013 a signed closure request was received from the merchant and the merchant account was closed. The merchant placed a call to iPayment on 07/17/2013 regarding the early termination fee billed. The merchant was advised to send in the bank statement showing the debit had cleared their bank account so the refund could be reviewed. The statement was received and forward to the merchants independent agent office CardPayment Solutions for approval. The approval for refund was received from the agent office on 07/23/2012 and the refund was processed to the merchants account. iPayment does not know of any further issues with the merchant account.
