Thank you It is not our policy to send receipts/invoices as this is an internet transaction Having said that, we can send an e-mail saying "On (date), USD X received from Y for a 1-year subscription for our VPN service." I believe we did this already, but if they need this format again, please have them submit a new ticket requesting this to [redacted] @ [redacted] .com Please have the support team refer to their manager ( [redacted] **) when they receive the email Thanks, ***

We apologize that this customer did not get the service they expected Although our servers are in the locations we specify, the way GEO-location works is that third-party providers must keep their databases updated with the true location of the servers Many of these providers do not keep them updated very well We offer servers in over countries and several cities within the United States ( [redacted] ), so there are plenty of options to choose from if the GEO-location is incorrect on a given server.Unfortunately, in this case it seems that the customer needs a certain city that is not GEO-ing correctly and for whatever reason cannot or does not want to use a different city We apologize for this, and we have offered a FULL refund in the amount of $

IPVanish does not work and they won't answer any of my emails I bought a 1yr subscription (week ago)the program has never worked and it is impossible to contact the servicei want a refund but won't hold my breath I have a new program that works perfectly

I subscribed to IPVanish monthly IPVanish is an encryption service for the Internet What happens if you have their software is that it will automatically scramble and encrypt any information your business might have on an excel programWhen you 'disconnect' the program, it continues to 'connect' unknown to you the customer, scrambling your excel files at nightEventually it changed mu DNS so I could not connect to the Internet which is when a computer expert found where my problem was coming fromI e mailed them for a correction several times and had no response In any case, their incompetence cost me a ton of hours to straighten out my excel files They should be shut down!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.THANK YOU for assisting me in this manner - your website, and this entire process, has been very easy and for that I sincerely thank you for the service Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Businesses are required to issue invoices and/or receipts How else would the paying party be able to keep proper tax records as required by tax authorities? There is no credit card slip, as the payment was made online My credit card statement shows the amount charged and to whom the charge went, but it does not say what was bought Referring to the website does not help because the amount does not match any of the plans on offer there (as an additional discount was received), and in any case, what is on the website at any given future date does not necessarily match the range of services offered at the time of purchase In sum, given what the company provides, it is not really possible to show what was purchased I would like to reiterate my suggestion that the company can simply write me an invoice/receipt This can take the form of an e-mail saying "On (date), USD X received from Y for a 1-year subscription for our VPN service." That is all that is needed--in fact, it would have been a lot less hassle than the repeated mail exchanges and now going through the Revdex.com Regards, [redacted] ***

I purchased a 1-year subscription to their VPN service - and only received 5 months. Their website advertises "technical support 24-7, 365 days a year" - this is false. When I lost the connection 5 months into the service their technical support was not very responsive to my requests for help (in the span of 3 weeks I sent them 7 emails, posted twice in their forum, and attempted to use their online chat option - which is never available). After three weeks this company responded that "there wasn't much that can be done". Ironically, I've already signed up with a new-different VPN company - and the connection works fine. I requested a refund of the remaining 7 months of my paid subscription - they refused. Their business practice seems to be once they have your money - they no longer have time for you.

IPVanish does not work and they won't answer any of my 5 emails.

Regards,

I've had their service for 6-7 months. The first 3 months were great; flawless performance and things started going bad such a requiring multiple attempts to connect, having to restart my computers or reinstall the software, and on and on. The first attempt at contacting service led to the standard "We're sorry for the inconvenience" response. A second attempt got me a bunch of answers with a significant amount of "computereeze". I assure that my educational level is far, far above those at IPVanish but not in computer science, so most, if not all of their reply was worthless. Of course they will not do a prorated refund of your money; I was dumb enough to get the yearly plan to save a few bucks but should have gone with a monthly service just in case. Lessons learned. It is a poor product with even worse "customer support". Since I have been conned out of my bucks I will try to make it work for the remainder of my term if I can take it that long but I guarantee you they will not get me back as a customer. I would definitely NOT recommend IPVanish to anyone.

Regards,

Hello.  The customer was billed once for $58.49 USD on 01/24/2016.  We did not receive correspondence from the customer that the original refund did not go through.  Now that we know, we have issued a refund for the full amount (this was done on 05/09/2016). It generally takes 5-7...

business days for Credit Card refunds to appear on the customer's side.  We apologize for the issues. Thanks,IPVanish Support
