I am so happy to have found Solve IT AlaskaNot only are they quick to respond and reliable, but they have been able to answer every question I haveHaving worked in a medical office, I was incredibly happy that they understood the ins and outs of HIPAA and electronic health records, but they were able to help us get our new up and running before we moved in! I now use them personally as wellI will continue to recommend them to everyone I know!

Hi ***,
On May *** *** contacted our office about computer
issues she was havingShe had two computers that were not running
as she wished, which we in turn fixed for her.she was charged
$per computer to fixAt the end of this process we have the
tech who worked on *** *** computer go over with her the work
that was doneAt that point *** *** signed off that her
computers were working satisfactory to her( can provide document
upon request) and that we completed the work as described.***

was denied and then she came to youIn reading her complaint it is
obvious she is defaming our company only to try to get a refundOur
customer service tried to contact her to resolve this for her, buy
she has refused the help and further communication with usWe have
found that there is a reason why peoples PC are messed up and it is
usually by user error.We cannot control what someone clicks on or
downloads again after we complete our work, which if ** *** again
was having problems it is her doingWe are committed to helping our
mutual customers, and want them to be happy with the services

It is my pleasure to respond to the Revdex.com Complaint files on behalf of Ms*** ***.It is stated in Ms*** was not happy with the computer repair service we provided her on 2/26/She contacted us numerous times to fix her computerShe kept downloading programs that had malicious software
attached to themWe explained severaltimes not to do thisShe insisted on doing it anyway.We decided after all the time we spent helping her and educating her on how to keep her computer in good working order that the $USD she paid was not worth the hours our technicians spent when she kept insisting on downloading a specific malicious program.We issued a refund check In the amount of $USD on 4/27/15.As you can see from the supporting documentation,the refund has already been processed and we will no longer be Ms*** computer repair service companyShe continues to call in and ask for help,but we have cancelled her service and she is not entitled to any further assistance from our company.Please mark this case as closed as it is apparent the refund has already been issued and Ms.Medairos will no longer receive service from us.Respectfully, *** ***

We are more than happy to resolve this issueOur customer service department has no record of this customer calling in times to resolve this issueShe charged back her payment for services rendered and we responded to the chargebackThat is why it showed up on her card againAfter we perform
our service the customer signs off that they are happy with the services renderedWe cannot control what they add to their computer after we are done with itMore times than not they get in the same trouble by downloading items again and againWe are happy to help this individual resolve her issuesShe just needs to call us to resolveA chargeback is fraud claiming the services were not rendered when indeed the customer signs off that they were

Just received the above mentioned complaint in the mail todayWe are reaching out to *** *** today and/or until we reach her to discover what her issues are and correct themAfter
every completion the customer signs off that the work was successfully completed on there computer and their issues are resolved, which Ms*** didBut our number one priority is making sure are customers are happy with the work doneSo we as a company will make sure this issue is resolvedAlso as part of our resolution the customer will email or contact you as well as copy us that their issue is resolved and they are happy.Thank you.I Restore Now LLC

In reviewing [redacted] claim we strongly disagree with her. Our customer service department is and always has been very attentive to customers calling in for any reason. At no point has our phone numbers been disconnected as they always work. It is clear to see that [redacted] is used to receiving services and then getting her money back by her fraudulent claim stating lack of service and customer support. She attempted to charge back and was denied in her claim to do so as [redacted] ruled in our favor. We are issuing her a refund of $300.00 to make her whole, but do so only to resolve this complaint as this complaint is fraudulent. One of our recourse's may be to report her fraudulent claims to the credit service bureaus so it can be permanently noted on her credit report. We will deny her any form of service in the future as we choose not to work with dishonest people. The check will be received with in 10 business days.
