We are unable to help this customer further at this point and we believe this is an invalid complainWe already spoke to her and cleared it with her that based on the contracts she signed with us this car was as is mechanical and structuralAlso, at the time of purchase the car was running fine
We didn't promise to fix anything verbally or writtenWe also offered a warranty to be purchased but she refused.Regards,

have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  I was a victim of fraud and this [redacted] is related to the mentioned fraud. When this [redacted] was ordered I didn't know this was a scam.  A report was filed with the Police Dept. as soon as the Bank informed me that the check that was deposited was a forged check.  As soon as I found out that this was a scam a police report was filed.. The No. of the police report is [redacted].  The bank was also notified and given the no. of the police report.Sincerely,MBendana
