We used this limo company over the weekendThey were on time and driver was great!!! They followed up on Monday with a call to verify that if everything was greatI have used limo service in the past and never experienced a great all around level of fun and professionalismI am now taking the time to write them a review on Revdex.com and yelp.....keep up the great work

The reason we did not provide a refund to the customer is because we gave the customers extra time, and lied to the credit card companyThe customer was upset because she paid $parking at the venue, but security would not allow the limo to pull up front, for some reason she felt as if it was our faultThe customer did receive the voucherThe driver tried everything she could to make the customers happyWe will not provide any refund

The customer at any time could have cancelled the reservation at any time if she felt she was in danger The a/c in the car had vents were not working, the reservation was from 5pm-2am So I don't think it get hot after 8pm we provided hr extra for the a/c issue I can give the customer 50% off her next reservation

*** *** *** *** RIVERSIDE, CA 92501 (not Palm Springs as the limo business claimed in its previous message) Iron Horse Limo is located in 3955-B Mission Ave
Oceanside CA and is ~1hour drive (without traffic) from Mission Inn in Riverside. The business did not inform me that the distance was too far (which it is not, as shown on the map below) and did not mention that there might be a issues and promised verbally on the p***e and in writing that they would arrive as agreedThe driver did not contact me 1hr before the pick up to inform me of the situation and did not ask me to make appropriate travel plans (as the business incorrectly stated)I can provide up to written testimonies from wedding guests that the company called after the scheduled pick up time that they would be more that hours late and overall failed to appear at all as agreed in the contract.
For the return journey, Iron Horse Limo also failed to appear as scheduled and arrived hours late and we did not use the limo for the return journey and booked alternative transportation at costs stated in my first email to Revdex.comAgain, I can provide up to written testimonies from wedding guests that this occurred as stated. Iron Horse Limo then charged me twice ($and $for a total of $250)I also received abusive text messages from Iron Horse LimoI called Iron Horse Limo on Sept 1st and *** *** apologized for the disruption to my wedding and offered to ask her boss (I think he was called ***) to refund all the chargesI then noticed the charges on my account and contacted Iron Horse Limo again and they claimed that they provided the return journey (which they did not) and they did not receive a signature from me for those chargesTherefore they charged my credit credit without my authorization and did not provide any service as promised.
I did not threaten any staff members but I did state that if this issue could not be resolved I would contact my attorney and give a negative *** review, which I did.
If the Revdex.com were to check the *** reviews for this company, they would find similar negative experiences and see that their address is in Oceanside, not San Diego as they stated in their previous message (http://www.yelp.com/biz/iron-horse-limo-oceanside)In this case I believe the business's oversight and deliberate negligence should offer a refund/ compensation for the charges and cost of alternative transport and damages to such a special event as a wedding.

I reject this offer. I repeat NO air conditioning. Did not find out doors did not work from inside until we arrived at our first destination. Driver promised company would take care of us. Driver promised company would mail us the advertised voucher. Never happened! I would never use Iron Horse Limo again and will never refer such a corrupt business to any of my friends. It is not just amount the money. We were lied to as is the Revdex.com. I find that Iron Horse Limo has not acted in accordance with the Revdex.com standards. They have not built trust, the have not advertised honestly, they are not transparent, have not honored promises and above all, have not been truthful! I will pursue other avenues as I can see that the Revdex.com will not investigate this company on your own. As I said, it is not just about the money, this company should be held accountable to all of us that they have cheated and lied to.

Most of the reviews from [redacted] are Muti-complaints from same customer and also from competitors. Since I stop paying a service fee from [redacted] on my good reviews are filtered and deleted and all bad reviews are showed. As you can see we have a A rating with the Revdex.com.  We will not be issuing any refund back, but would only give 50% discount on the next reservation.

The AUX & USB were clearly not working. If your driver would tell the truth even she said so when I asked her about it when we got to the first brewery, We BOTH sat in the back seat and plugged my phane into the USB and it would clearly not play. I also have 8 other people in the limo who would tell you the same thing.,
The review on YELP is consistent with the service I have received and if you also look at the previous review before mine - there are identical complaints regarding the AC and other issues. Iron Horse is registered as a business on YELP and as someone that received service from the business, I am entitled to rate/review the service I received. 
Someone name [redacted] is very rude on the phane in telling me people make up these stories and insinuating that I was too.
[redacted] promised to handle any issues I had personally and I emailed her first thing Saturday when I was done with my event. I received no response until today 09/11
I called [redacted] also to ask where the driver was because we should have been leaving at 10:45am and she mentioned something about GPS issues. 
The vouchers were part of the deal as per the first email I received from [redacted]  so the business giving me the vouchers was something that was advertised by them and not requested by me. 
My complaints are all valid and Iron Horse should take time to listen to their customers instead of assuming that what is being said is wrong - that is what a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction would do.

I DID NOT receive the voucher! That is a lie. I did not lie to my credit card company! I disputed the full amount charged because the service was HORRIBLE! I asked them NOT to charge my card until we talked about what happened. They had no response, except to charge my card in full!!  The limo was awful, the driver was terrible, she (the driver [redacted]) is lying. She knows what the situation was. The additional hours the company refers to are a direct result of the the incompetence of the driver....she was 45 minutes late, she got lost on the way to the venue, she did not know how to maneuver the venue and SHE stopped on the way home. Please look at the company website....there are numerous complaints about this company! I wish I had read them before I hired them. I have always been willing to comprise on the the cost. They got $100 up front, I eat the venue charge of $100 but we should split the rest. The service was not as advertised and actually looking at the situation now...we were in a dangerous situation. The doors did not work from the inside, the windows did not work either. In an emergency, we could not have gotten out! They should not be allowed to hire out vehicles in this condition. This was in addition to NO air conditioning in the middle of August!! Whatever my outcome is, I seriously urge you to investigate this company up close! I found this company after I had an awful time and rude experience with another company. They were great, and made reassured me things would not be the same with their company. They kept in contact with me before my pick up. Showed up on time, with a clean limousine stocked with ice and water for us. I was able to enjoy opening day at Del Mar. Thank you Iron Horse.

Review: Iron Horse Limo was contracted in writing as vendor for our wedding on August 30th 2014. They failed to show up to pick up our guests so guests had to get organized by themselves and hire a shuttle from the adjacent hotel. Everyone arrived hours late to the wedding reception by which time myself and I (the groom) and my wife were very upset about the whole disruption. I had so much anxiety over hiring this service and the terrible experience they created for our guests that I could not enjoy our wedding day or the entire following vacation week. This was the biggest mistake I have ever made and was verbally assumed via text message by this company and have the necessary evidence to prove it. On the way back the limo was also 3 hrs late so we arranged alternative transportation at a significant cost. This was a very remote location so transportation was very difficult.Desired Settlement: Compensation/damages for disruption to wedding for total cost of contract ($500).

Review: In the middle of August 2014, we hired Iron Horse Limo to take us to Los Angeles to a concert. The driver showed up 45 minutes late, she did not know the way to the venue (she even went the wrong way on the freeway). The limo had NO air conditioning. The doors and windows did not work! The radio did not work. The limo was in poor shape. Nonetheless, we took the limo with the driver promising that the company would "take care" of us. We were also out of time, the driver could not reach the company to request a different limo. When we got to the venue, the driver was unfamiliar with how parking worked. The venue wanted us to pay $100 to get close enough to drop off our disabled friend, which we did. We gave the receipt to the driver and asked her to keep it so that she could get back to us when the concert was over. The driver LEFT the venue and they would not would not let her back in to pick us up, so our friend had to hobble to the limo. This took additional time that was not necessary, due to the drivers neglect. She also made a stop on the way home. We arrived home late (around 2am) so I waited until the next day to contact the company. Got voicemail. Left a message saying do not charge my card, we need to come to an understanding due the horrible condition of the limo, etc. She never called back and charged my card the full amount! I filed with my credit card company, they fought it but in the end I lost just because I signed the "Trip Ticket" for the driver showing she had actually been there. I was willing the share the cost, but the entire amount seemed unfair. In addition, we never received the 3 day 2 night voucher they advertised and promised. Horrible experience with what I would refer to as a shady business.Desired Settlement: I am willing to split the cost. My final bill was $550. I had already paid them $100 deposit which they can keep. Desired refund amount $275.

I had to call you because the driver was no where in sight when the pick up time came around.

The limo was very hot and uncomfortable with LITTLE/NO air coming through the vents. I HAD BEEN ASSURED WORKING AC IN VEHICLE

The radio AUX & USB did not work. We brought our own cords to place our music and that did not work. We tried to just play music through the radio and that didn't even work. The radio station would either just randomly c[redacted]ge on its own or volume go out. The driver said she did not know how to fix it.

Overall very poor quality of limo and amenities offered. I would not use the service again or recommend it.Desired Settlement: Partial refund for the horrible lack or ammenities paid for service and lack of follow up
