They are an ad service that (are suppose to) reward you for completing tasks in another game. I spent two weeks in game play to complete level 100. Waited three days (their system says two) and submitted a ticket with multiple screenshots of my game play and how I met the tasks objectives. I received email back that I didn't qualify for the rewards "as the advertiser did not confirm your completion as valid" I reached out to the advertiser, and they said they don't do anything of the sort and told me to contact IronSource/SuperSonic again.

ironSource Response • Dec 19, 2019

The user has sent us the wrong ticket number, he has been asked to provide the relevant number for further investigation.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:

1) every time I attempted to contact you, days later I'd get an "automatic email" saying I didn't meet the objectives.

2) every auto-reply and a different ticket up that was updated on it.

3) my original offer to complete level 100, that I have screen captured, that ticket traffic in email that I opened has "open the app" after the submitting.

4) it took Revdex.com for you to search through the multiple tickets, and attempts I've made to rectify this and picked one that I used another game to make a ticket since I couldn't do another ticket on my offer to contact you.

Sincerely

Ticket number *** (Huuuge Casino - Slot Machines & Free Vegas Games) was sent to the advertiser for a re-check, once a reply is received we will notify the user of the outcome. Please note it may take around 14 business days to preform the re-check.If this is not the ticket in question, please send us the relevant ticket number ASAP.

Their subsidiary, Supersonic Ads, on repeated occasions denied payment to their sponsors' clients upon completion of offerwall transactions, even after comprehensive evidence was provided of such.
I personally invested substantial and irrecoverable time and money participating in their advertised offers and was not given the due compensation. This was a clear breach of contract and they evaded all attempts to seek a resolution.
If you are a game developer, DO NOT trust this company to advertise for you. You will lose business.

"We cannot confirm your offer completion with the advertiser from the proof you have provided." is their go-to line. This company is deceiving and wastes your time with any offers. The offers rarely, if ever, pay out.

The business promised to credit my Top Eleven - Be a Football Manager account if I downloaded and completed a task on an app called Lords Mobile. The task was completed and the credit was not added to my balance. I have reached out them (***) but no solution has been provided since Aug 27th.

Please note that it was confirmed by the advertiser that according to user's ID the user either did not complete the offer or it was not completed through our offer wall.

Therefore, we cannot approve the user's ticket.

As a one time courtesy we have decided to approve your ticket.

I accepted a task from their offer wall to perform a task in a game called Game of Thrones Conquest in exchange for 1054 gems for a Game called Dragon City. The task was to hatch a dragon egg. It took many many hours to commplete. Once the task was complete I was not awarded the gems. I downloaded the game via their offer wall and was a first time player. I met all the task requirements. I have repeatedly sent them screen shot proof that I've met all the requirements and they continue to deny my ticket without explanation. All they say is that they cannot give me a specific reason for the denial and that either I didn't meet the advertisers requirement or it was not completed via their offer wall. I have sent them crystal clear proof that I accepted it via their offer wall and that the requirement was completed and they continue to deny me. The ticket number is

Unfortunately, ticket *** was denied by the advertiser. Therefore, we are unable to approve it.

ironSource Response • Sep 25, 2019

We are the offerwall providers and not the advertisers. The advertiser is the developer of the app you downloaded and they need to approve that you have completed the offer via our offer wall and have met all the requirements.

Unfortunately, your claim was not approved as valid and therefore we are unable to grant you the rewards.

I am rejecting this response because: Who is the advertiser? Did IronSource contact them? Did you send them the proof of completion I sent you? Can you put me into contact with them so I can provide them the same proof I provided you or they can give me an explanation as to why it was rejected. I contacted Warner Brothers and they said that they won't provide support to third party programs. The reward I earned has a value of $100. You can't just advertise something and not honor it and then say it's not our fault without further aid or explanation.

Sincerely,

Josh

I have multiple completed offers being denied at this time, I have been using them for months and have never had a single problem eventually getting my reward for completing offers. After dozens and dozens of completed offers I'm more than capable of doing them correctly and following the instructions.. so that can not be the issue. I have filled tickets and provided several screen shots showing that I have met and exceeded the requirements only to receive a generic automatic email telling me it will be reviewed and then another shortly after denying it saying that conditions were not met... But never what they are claiming was not done correctly. This is ridiculous!! The only time I have a problem is during their offer for 3x reward on completing offers.

Ticket #***
Is the ticket number that still needs to be resolved, I did receive and email this morning stating the other ticket was finally approved after submitting screenshots and sending several emails to them. I have no updated response from the much larger offer at the above ticket number. No amount of emails to the company of support will get you a response from a human being, it's sad you have to take it to this extreme to even get them to acknowledge you.

Company offers to gamers the opportunity to play other games to earn premium currencies in their original, preferred game by completing tasks. This ranges from making purchases to achieving certain progress landmarks within the new game. However, gamers, myself in particular, are frequently denied the compensation upon completion of the work, even with indisputable proof of purchase or verification from the new game's customer support that the task was completed. Ironsource categorically refuses to offer any clear answers as to why the denial was made, literally listing virtually every reason they could think of that *mightbe why you were denied. No degree of interaction with the company brings to light any further details for why they have refused to honor the agreement. One is left with the distinct impression that they have been inappropriately denied for completely arbitrary reasons, and the company is simply hoping that you refuse to take them to task for their failure to honor their contracts or explain their reasons for doing so, so that they can retain the benefits of your work (via payments from the other game companies) without compensating you for it.

Additionally, the list of possible reasons for rejections so stated in response to complaints are not provided to the contractor/gamer until after the fact when they try to discern what has gone wrong. When the offer is provided and agreed to they only list that you must be playing the game for the first time on the device, that you must complete the specified task (which is often ambiguous, as "complete level 21" may mean either "get to level 21" or "get to level 22"). There is no indication that there is some other series of arcane hoops that you must jump through without ever being informed about.

Customer Response • Sep 23, 2019

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:They have received the id number for every game and consistently rejected honoring the agreements with nebulous and unhelpful reasons (if any) regardless, or failed to ever suggest the problem currently lay in my failure to provide it to them. Depending on the exact dispute in question, as there are many. Response times are so slow, and responses so unhelpful and unclear, and--as in the case of this response--often plainly falsifiable on one or more accounts, that they often seem to just be punting the issue along so they can eventually invoke their "we don't ever look at anything that's over a month old" fallback.

Sincerely,

Marc

Without further details on the offer you are complaining about (ticket ID, in game ID)

We will not be able to assist you further and this will be our last reply.

I accepted offer to download and reach level 15 in "Game of Thrones Conquest"
In exchange I would receive 3400+ "gems" for the game "H.A.W.K"
I completed the offer exactly as instructed and waited till later that night only to find out I did not receive the gems. I then contacted Supersonic's customer support explaining the issue including a picture I took proving I had completed it.
A few hours later I received a rejection email with no explanation as to why. Only "no proof" So I sent them an email with more pictures off proof and they have gone silent.

ironSource Response • Sep 21, 2019

We are waiting for the user to send us the relevant info in order to check the validity of the completion with the advertiser.

They run what is called offer wall and I completed required take and when it came to payout they refused. I addressed numerous times and with proof. They don't care and still refuse to honor the terms of the agreement.

FALSE ADVERTISING
Completed several of their offers with no rewards. Contact via email several times with no response at all. Then they wiped my account of all the progress I had, too bad screenshots dont lie.

After completing a goal via their offerwall, Supersonic claimed that the advertiser had not validated the completion. I was able to provide multiple screenshots demonstrating that I completed the offer, but kept leaning on their advertiser being the cause. Based off other complaints, this is a recurring issue that nothing has so far been done about. Currently open ticket without a response.

I completed two offers during xmas time with the gems was never granted into my account. When I tried to reach out to the company. It provided excuse such as link isn't clicked on the Offer wall. How else would I start playing the game if it wasn't for your gem offer.

They are a scam company pure and simple. They run in-app offers for games to complete tasks and I had the unfortunate displeasure of having them scam me of rewards I should have been guaranteed due to clear and concise proof. They will take days to respond to you, and they will find any way in the book to rip you off of your time and money. This is a scam company pure and simple, steer clear period.

As others, offers were clearly completed, proof of the offer and completion were provided, but business refused to compensate as agreed upon.

ironSource Response • Dec 09, 2018

has been approved as a one time courtesy.

I completed an offer and did not get credited and when I reported it to Supersonic they rejected my ticket with clear proof of completion from screenshots. I attempted to follow up with even more proof of completion with the provided support email sent in an automatically generated email from supersonic and still only received another automated message.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:

I'm sorry but it said *** nothing more, nothing less. I will not argue here. In the future before completing any sketchy offers I will screenshot the offer to avoid unprincipled business practices.Sincerely

I signed up for an offer on their offerwall in a game called *** The offer was to download, install and finish the tutorial of *** This took me a good 20 hours to ensure that I completed. After finishing the offer, I went back to the other game and realised that they had not sent me the promised gold. They first said that I must not have completed the offer, which I did, so I sent them a screenshot of my level which was way past the tutorial amount, as well as a screenshot of my in-game id# and the offer from their offerwall showing when I started the offer so that they can confirm my gamer id# was created after and I did not have the game previously. They now say that "you were not a first time installer or did not complete the required action) or that the completion is not attributed to our offer wall." These are all thing that I have sent screenshots to dispute, yet they still have not done their job because I never had *** before the offer, I went past what was needed for the completion of the offer and have already sent a screenshot that it was from their offer wall. I wish I read *** before wasting 20 hours of my time because this company is a scam. They get paid by the advertiser when you spend your time on that game, ***, and then they give you a bt excuse for why they won't pay it forward to your account in the other game

ironSource Response • Oct 09, 2018

Hi,

This user has submitted a missing points ticket #*** and this ticket has been approved by our service.

Regards

This company is running some very shady business practices. I have completed 2 offers from this ad agency, but they do now give out the rewards right away. You have to submit a ticket for your missing rewards, people who dont see this hidden option will miss out on their rewards entirely. The after you submit your missing reward ticket, I have noticed they will send out an automatic email rejecting your claim. Happened to both of my tickets that I submitted, even tho I supplied all the necessary information required for the tickets in my initial email. I believe this tactic is used to *** people to purse any further with their tickets, so they don't have to pay people out. I have replied to these automated emails, and finally getting a person to respond, but both of my ticket had the same template to deny the ticket again, this time stating a different reason than the first automatic email. Saying their advertiser denied the reward because it doesn't meet their requirement, even tho I followed the instruction exactly and is the first time ever installing the app. I'm tired of the hoops this company make you jump through to get the reward they promised after you spend money based on their false promise. And I believe its standard practice inside this company to make you jump through as many hoops as possible until you give up so that they don't have to actually pay anyone out, because how much time is a normal person gonna waste for a 20 dollar reward in a virtual game. *** should do more to protect the consumers who fall victim to this company's shady practices and should investigate them.

It said if I played a game *** and spent $1, I would earn gems in another game *** I spent $5 and never got the gems, emailed them and they asked for proof (a screen shot of the transaction) I sent a screen shot of the *** receipt and they still rejected it. I sent another email where I forwarded the *** receipt, and attached a screen shot of my VIP status and proof I paid in ***, and it was ignored. They pocketed their percentage and ignored me and several other it seems, I could see this in *** or ***, but in the

Myself and Supersonic *** entered in a contract that indicated that if a set number of actions were completed on my end, e.g. downloading a game and meeting a specific level requirement, that a set number of gems would be provided as a reward***. After meeting all of the requirements I filed a ticket with *** to obtain my rewards. I was promptly denied claiming that the requirements were not met. I provided countless screenshots and asked several times to be shown evidence that the requirements were not met and each time was blatantly ignored. As of today I was told my ticket is being closed out with no further discussion and *** completely refuses to uphold their end of the contractual agreement.

If I could give it zero I would. I completed one of their offers, and never got what I was supposed to. I emailed a support ticket with the proper proof they requested and they rejected it saying it wasnt sufficient (it was literally the receipt for the purchase). Stay far away from these scam artists.
