If I could give this company 0 stars, I WOULD. The company also runs a subsidiary called ***" which runs under the same policies. Unless their computer catches it and automatically gives you the reward, you will NOT get it. I contacted them 3 times over 1 offerwall item, and each and EVERY TIME I got a DIFFERENT reason as to why I was NOT getting rewarded.
My last ditch attempt, which was recommended by a friend in the game, was to contact the company that uses their services. Ironically, they managed to get the gems rewarded to me because they BYPASSED *** and went straight to the advertiser!
This company is just full of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and bait & switch practices. It DOESN'T matter how much proof you send them, they will just automatically give you a canned response. It is ALWAYS one of the SAME FOUR MESSAGES.
1. We apologise for the inconvenience however, it was confirmed by the advertiser that you did not install the game through our offer wall and therefore, you are not eligible for the rewards.
2. We show that you have previously installed and received a reward for this offer already. Please keep in mind that all our offers require you to be a first time installer of the app per your device and each offer can only be rewarded for once.
3.We apologise for the inconvenience however, it was confirmed by the advertiser that you did not complete the offer as requested according to your device ID.
4. It was confirmed by the advertiser that you did not provide sufficient proof that you have completed the offer. Therefore, you are not eligible for the rewards.
Once you reply to any of the messages they've sent you, it takes up to 1-2 weeks for them to respond. Since all their offers expire in 30 days, the offer will drop off of your list and they will suddenly say that it is no longer valid, DESPITE THE FACT that THEY ARE THE ONES who have dragged it out in the first place.
If you have and app that uses their services, write to app creators and ask that they change to something else. Enough people complain and they might get a clue.
If you are a company looking for advertising services, FIND ANOTHER ONE. Don't use this company or ANY of it's subsidiaries.

I play a game called*** and selected an offer from the game to earn free credits worth over $100 in the game by downloading a new game called*** and reaching level 10. As the deal requires, this was my first time downloading and playing this game and I did so through their link. It took me a few weeks but I completed the offer. After completion I tried submitting my form for the reward and the advertisers website was not able to handle a small screenshot photo with the required proof. When I contacted the game to tell them of this they replied a a detailed canned response instantly, indicating this is a known issue to me. I followed their instructions and was denied again by the advertiser for not meeting the requirements of the offer now. This is patently false. The company has yet to honor their obligations. They also have a documented history of this on Revdex.com.

Dear user,

Please send us the relevant support ticket number for missing rewards as we could not find any related ticket according to your email address.

I completed an offer this company issued on 7/21/2018(approximate date). The offer was completed on 7/22/2018. On 7/23/2018, I sent a request in to receive my reward for completing the offer, and the proof required to receive the reward, but was rejected almost immediately. I then replied asking what exactly was require for proof, and was immediately rejected again, with no response as to what I needed to send as proof. I sent the proof again, and asked again what it was they needed me to send, seeing what I have been sending them contained all the proof they needed to send me the reward I had earned. Once again, I received a rejection email, and nothing else. I responded again, asking what they need me to send. That was over a week ago. The ticket number for this is

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:

You cannot just say "your advertiser" says... PROVE IT!... Again, this is why these types of companies need shut down... Who knows how much money they have brought in through deception. I can prove I completed the offer... I have the in game emails showing what I was supposed to do, and sent them... Also, first I was told I didn't complete it, then they tried to say I already completed it in the past, even though there was no proof to that either. And who is this mystery 3rd party??? Shouldn't we be hearing from them??Sincerely

Through their ironsource business, I was supposed to recieve a reward (virtual in-game item) in exchange for installing a different app *** and reaching*** I did that, filed a ticket, and only was given generic replies stating that one of a few criteria was not met.

ironSource Response • Jul 15, 2018

Re***

The ticket was denied as the advertiser did not approve it as a valid completion that took place via our offer wall.

We cannot reward the user with the points without the advertiser's approval.

Thank you

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:

I am getting the same response as before. I have given as much proof as I can but do not get a specific reason for the rejection.Sincerely

I completed an advertising offer and they did not fulfill their end of the deal. I submitted the proof that they requested and they still refuse to honor the offer.

RE: Ticket ***

As was explained to the user the ticket was denied by the advertiser. Therefore, the rewards cannot be granted to the user.

The company did not follow through with the agreed offer. I used this company's offer to get in game currency in exchange for completing a task, namely reaching a ***. I completed my side of the contract by reaching this level however there was no payment of the in game currency as agreed. I raised a ticket in relation to this and provided photographic proof but they have rejected this claim as their advertiser did not approve it. I fulfilled the specified requirements and it was completed within the necessary terms (first time user, completed through the offer wall) so there is no basis for the rejection. There was also a previous offer they did this through *** but they didn't provide me with any way to raise a ticket so I was unable to appeal this decision.

ironSource Response • Jun 18, 2018

Re:' ticket ***

Unfortunately we are unable to approve this ticket and reward the user with the points, as it was not approved as a valid completion by the advertiser.

I completed an offer in a game in order to obtain in-app currency in a different game (avengers academy). I sent them a screenshot confirming the completion of the offer, but they claimed that it was not enough. As their customer support has not responded with further rejection or confirmation of the offer's completion following my second email with the required info, I am contacting you.
The time of completion was May 4th around 10:02 A.M.
This is the ticket name.
Ticket #*** (*** - Install & open the app for Android to earn Shards!)

I paid money to supersonic in return for rewards in another game. They never honored their end of the deal. I sent pics as proof. Sent receipt also. Kongreget also is not helping and it's through their game. I'm just getting the run-around

ironSource Response • Feb 20, 2018

Please provide us with the relevant support ticket number.

Thank you

This company promises credit for performing certain tasks, but breaches contract and does not pay said credits once tasks are performed as agreed to.

I play a mobile game called Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow. They have an in game currency called pizza which can be earned in various ways. Two of these ways are by purchasing it with real life money and by downloading other apps and fulfilling certain things in game. They had a double pizza event going on so we would earn twice the pizza for downloading these apps. I downloaded an app called "Kingdoms of Heckfire". In order to get the pizza, I had to level up the townhall to 10. I completed this task while the double pizza event was still going on. However, I never received any pizza at all. I emailed customer support to have them fix this issue. I included a screenshot showing my townhall at level 10. They rejected my request with a form letter with generic language about sending them proof. When I replied and asked them what exactly I needed to send to them, they sent me another form letter with generic language about sending them proof. I have still not received my pizza.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, Christopher

In short, I completed offers for in game currency that have not played out. Time and time again I provide proof only to be stonewalled. I have .ore details, but it would be too long for this form.

ironSource Response

The user's tickets have been received, checked and denied by the advertiser.

We will not be able to grant the points for unapproved offers.

Customer Response

Complaint***I am rejecting this response because:

They claim they cannot and will not approve tickets that were not confirmed by the advertiser, this is false. I have 3 tickets that were initially declined and later approved despite being told again & again that I did not meet the advertiser's requirements; one of which was approved around the same time I was notified of the business' response to my complaint. I am more than willing to do what is needed to meet the advertiser's requirements for the offers, but time & time again the business refuses to confirm what the requirements are, informing me to take better observation next time I start an offer.

The business has the ability to approve offers that they claim did not meet the advertiser's requirements, and I have met these requirements per the available information (which is next to nothing)

If need be, I can provide copies of the communications between me & the business, as well as relevant screenshots.

Sincerely,Thomas

We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the decision regarding your ticketsPlease note that offers' completions that are not approved by the advertiser, will not be granted. Therefore, unfortunately, the issue cannot be resolved differently and this will be our final reply regarding this issue.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:

While I understand that SuperSonic/IronSource claim they cannot approve an offer that did not meet the advertiser's requirements, this is false for a couple of reasons.

1. I have had 3 tickets that they claimed did not meet the advertiser's requirements, yet they ended up paying out on the offer

2. I have several outstanding tickets where I met the requirements, and they say I have not they refuse to tell me what the requirements are; I am more than willing to meet the requirements if they would just tell me what they are.

3. They'll claim I didn't go through their offer wall, yet I do and have several completed offers, and in order to start a dispute I have to go to a particular site that only works if I went through their offer wall.

Sincerely,Thomas

Much like MANY other victims involved with this scam "business", I completed several offers that promised digital goods in return for the advertising revenue that I had generated by performing the specified action. Unfortunately, at the time of completing the offers I was unaware of the reputation (or lack thereof), and of the unlawful/fraudulent activity this entity performs that go unpunished. After completing the offers, I noticed that the digital goods (in-game currency) were never delivered within the time specified via Supersonic Ads technical support wordage. I then submitted a support ticket *** which was denied via an automated response. This ticket included attached specific proofs which Supersonic Ads stated they required for approval, specifically a mobile phone screenshot of the action required for the offer that was completed. The automated response stated the screenshot (which is in their words a sufficient proof), must include transaction details and dates. I then submitted to them a (non-automated) response, including an attached screenshot of an *** receipt which clearly shows the dates, transaction details, and other information which would allow a reader to clearly conclude the action was complete (again, as was also described as sufficient in the business's own words), and that I was the person who completed it. I have not received any response whatsoever since this last proof was submitted. I am not surprised, as there appears to be a large number of unresolved complaints via Revdex.com, company-relate forums, forums of software developers which utilize this company's services, and a plethora of other hearsay information online which would lead one to believe the business is practicing in fraudulent activity, which somehow has gone unregulated by the criminal justice system, and has somehow not (to my knowledge) brought about any civil actions as well. In addition to all this, the company is not only unresponsive to customers (and myself) that attempt to contact them, but all contact details provided by the company are false. There is no direct contact method to speak with or make a complaint to any staff members, if they even exist.

Customer Response

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:

This business has yet to address their scam practices with either their victims nor the Revdex.com. These are not incidents of technical mistakes, nor are they merely complaints from unsatisfied customers. There are undelivered goods on a regular basis, where the only person at a loss is the end consumer. A meager attempt at quelling the hassle of properly dealing with any fallout, by approving one item out of many that should not have been remidied by contacting Revdex.com in the first place, and not even including a simple apology nor correcting the other unsatisfied transactions, is no “resolution” to any business that has a single interest in the service they provide. I, like many others, will ensure I do not participate in any activities that include Supersonic Ads / Ironsource. I will also be contacting game developers of applications that I utilize, and compelling them to discontinue using this company, as it damages their own image with the public as well.

Sincerely

We have already approved the user's ticket. This is our final response. Thank you

I completed offer through ironsource to install and play app lord mobile up to level 11 in exchange for 689 golden clams, an in game currency in family guy: quest for stuff app. 689 is approximately $20 cash. I completed the offer but was not given the 689 clams. My support requests have been ignored since the date this occurred

ironSource Response

Please open a missing credits support ticket first and send us the ticket number. We have sent you instructions on how to open one.

Customer Response

Revdex.com: While their response ignored that I had already submitted a ticket to the site they indicate, screenshots, etc, I am marking this as resolved because, two days after sending this response, almost a month after I initially submitted the ticket to the appropriate website, and two weeks after I complained to the Revdex.com in frustration, they finally fulfilled the offer. I found the action they took, finally responding appropriately to my support ticket nearly a month after it was sent, to be disappointing, but I suppose better than continuing to ignore me like they have been since *** when they failed to fulfill the offer. Thank you to the Bureau for your assistance as that seems to be what finally motivated them to respond to my requests for them to fulfill advertised offers as promised, instead of ignoring the very individuals who constitute their revenue source.Sincerely

I completed various offers from the company as instructed and they denied giving me credits. here are the offers completed; lifelock, videostripe, purifier

Complaint:***I am rejecting this response because: the business is supposed to stay behind what it promised in writing. This is not a good business model.Sincerely

I filed a complain with this joke of a company to tell them that my wife who is on disability completed the offer for credits that she was looking forward to using on the only site she plays as she can not get out much. After not even a few hours not one but 4 requests came in saying she never did the offers. I say right behind her an watched her play these apps on my cell phone just so she get credits for imvu. I am sick an tired of this company jerking myself, my wife and others around. I would like the 2975 for the AutoRap by Smule completion ( screenshot is avaliable), 4463 for the Sing! Karaoke by Smule completion ( screenshot is avaliable ), 1339 credits for Portal Quest completion and the 1547 for the War Robots completion. That is 10,324 in total they own my wife an this is not first time they have failed to do as promised. The ticket numbers are #***, #***, #*** and #***.

ironSource Response

Hello,

Regarding tickets #***, #***, #*** and #***:

Unfortunately the advertisers confirmed that these are not valid offer completions that took place via the links provided on our offer wall and therefore, we cannot approve these tickets.

Customer Response

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:

I sent you multiple screenshots, attachments, time stamped photos. I told you when and how I completed the offers. I was even charged this month for the offers an I never got credit from you guys. To me an from what I have read in the imvu forums you are nothing more than scam artists. I have waited almost a month not for what should have taken minutes. The fact I had evidence an gave it to not only you but to the Revdex.com should tell you I was truthful. Fact is you just refuse to do the honorable an right thing. I will never do business with you again an have already stopped my friends from doing so. Imvu is also in the process of looking into my claims so gl in keeping then as a partner company.
Sincerely
