On October *, 2015 the owner of Isis Keepsake Jewelry, Karen, called me and left me a voicemail stating that she was ill and that was the reason for the delay.  She said that my order would be sent on during the week.  It is now October **, 2015 and I have emailed her asking for a status update and I did not get a response and I still don't have my order.

I personally sent Isis a check for 101.00 and funeral flowers. My mother also sent them 101.00 and funeral flowers. These were separate transactions. Therefore, there were two checks cashed and no items received by my mother or I. We both have not received reimbursement of our money or the flowers...

Review: I ordered a pendant on 10/*. I sent my payment via check to the company's address along with the flowers from my uncle's funeral. They said give it 4-6 weeks to receive your product. I have been calling and emailing now since early November and no one will get back to me. There are a lot of complaints on the company's FB page also. She cashed my check the day she received it. It was stupid of me to trust sending a check and I regret that decision. The owner will not respond to any emails or calls and now when you call its says the voicemail is full. My order was only for $100, but that is not the point. She is taking advantage of people. The VM initially said the company was under new ownership because of an illness and they were behind in orders. First off then don't cash the checks, 2nd off these are flowers from funerals and weddings; they have be dried and handled properly or they will turn brown.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded back to me.

Review: I placed an order for a bracelet with this company, on June [redacted] 2015 I sent her a check in amount of $77 with my flowers used from my brothers funeral (this company supposedly creates jewelry from memorial flowers) Isis Keepsake Jewelry cashed my check on June [redacted] and I never recieved item. I have spoken to owner several times and each time she promises me delivery but I am still waiting. Now she wont answer calls nor return my calls.Desired Settlement: I want my bracelet immediately or the return my money along with my irreplacable flowers!

Review: I placed an order for a necklace and paid $97.00 on 08-**-15. Sent flowers to be used also. Was to received this within 6-8 weeks. Have not received product and cannot get a reply by phone or e-mail. Review: I placed and paid for an order for key rings for my 3 kids. I sent flowers from my nephew's funeral for the key rings to be made from. I have sent emails checking on the status of the order but have never received a response. Since then I have seen reviews from other people that have sent in flowers, that are irreplaceable, and never received their order or a refund.Desired Settlement: If order is not delivered then I want a refund and flower returned

Review: My grandmother passed away on July **, 2015. Shortly after her funeral we mailed off our flowers from her funeral to be made into keepsakes. We sent a check for close to $400. It has been cashed but we have yet to receive the items!!! Even after MANY calls, texts, emails, etc. the seller has/will not respond or give us our items that we paid for!!!!! This is horrible! We are devastated!!! We want our items or a refund ASAP!!!Desired Settlement: We would like to receive the items we ordered. If that isn't something that can be done, we want a complete REFUND!!!!

They do not respond to any inquiries, website no longer active and we trusted them with hair from my father to make jewelry who has now passed away!

Review: I sent in flowers from a friends funeral to be made into beads and then a sterling silver chaplet. I paid $127.00 for the item and shipping on June **, 2015. The website states 4-6 weeks for delivery. I have tried countless times to contact the owner for a status on my order. On Sept. *, 2015 she left me a voicemail stating that it would be delivered that week. Its now Sept. **, 2015 and I don't have it, she is not responding to calls or emails and I'm noticing a lot of similar complaints. The flowers are irreplaceable.Desired Settlement: I prefer to receive the item that I purchased. If that can't be done, then I want my original flowers and a full refund of the $127.00 plus $7.00 that I spent to ship the flowers to her.
