Review: I ordered a jewelry bead and send funeral flowers to be added to it. Never received product. All communication to business's has been ignored.Desired Settlement: Since the flowers are not replaceable. I would like the bead delivered ASAP!

Review: I sent flowers from my father's funeral to be made into a pendant with necklace. I sent a check as payment. My check was cashed and I have yet to receive my necklace. I have tried contacting business by phone and received a voicemail. I have contacted this business by email daily pleading for my money and flowers to be returned to me. The flowers and check were sent at the end of September. My mother also sent a check and flowers and has not received her money back or her necklace. She has gone through so much at the loss of my father and I am pleading for help with this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like to either have the necklace or the return of my money and flowers. I would also like my mother's necklace or refund of her money and flowers.

I personally sent Isis a check for 101.00 and funeral flowers. My mother also sent them 101.00 and funeral flowers. These were separate transactions. Therefore, there were two checks cashed and no items received by my mother or I. We both have not received reimbursement of our money or the flowers returned to us.

Review: I ordered a bracket for my mother. The roses were from her brothers funeral. They are irreplaceable. After 3 months, I still have not received my order. I also cannot get in contact with anyone to get my money back. They company charged my credit card for the bracelet I did not receive.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and my rose petals back so I can take my business elsewhere and get my mother this irreplaceable bracelet in memory of her late brother.
