I've been told week after week that I was gonna get my plates in the mail and if not my plates the title but I never got nothing. in reference to *** *** case #***when she first bought her vehicle back in February she had called us about several concerns...she was told to come by so we can go over her concerns...she came back once to go over the paper work and discuss the finance #sdon't understand her complaint
..as far as concerns with her vehicle, we had set up several appointments for her to bring it in, she never kept her appointments...in regards to issue with the financing I had gone over the # s with her a couple of times once on the phone and once in personShe left here satisfied with the break down,that was in February when she first pick up vehicle.if she is not happy with the car I would like her to come in and talk with me.no reason for her to be not happyI can always give option that can work for her...she just has to communicate with us..WE WANT HER HAPPY....thank you jimmy c***PS please have her call me

*** had purchase a car and was not satisfied because of a brake noise and a radiator cap wasn't tighten which cause steam to form ...since she wasn't happy so we agreed to cancel her purchase...we are not interested in,or have any customer NOT completely satisfied with their purchaseshe
was refunded her deposit in full of made out to her 8/**/and the her refund ck was cashed on 8/**/

requests for Connecticut registrations have been attempted tines and has been rejected form needing inspection from CT to *** not having license or enough points to get registered we are now trying to ge it in *** his sons name need power if attorney notarized waiting for that
document and will be processed

We would have sent the car back to Firestone for further repairs if ** *** bought it to our attention that it wasn't repaired properly as far a shimmy as for the check engine light if it takes more then miles to come back on then he should have return it to us for further evaluationWe would be glad to send the truck back to Firestone and have them solve the problem he just needs to bring it in

ref to complaint *** *** *** who is a very loyal customer of island auto buyers purchased a Saturn vue from us and had a couple of concerns with the vehicle soon after she took delivery....as a previous customer of ours I personally ask her to bring the car in ASAP so we could
have her vehicle look at and then repaired..when she brought the vehicle in she explained that when driving her car that it would once in a while sputter and also complained about smelling oil ..I then went on a test drive with her to better understand her concern upon completion of our road test she agreed that the vehicle did not sputter but I did smell what I believed to be oil .I then drove her to work and then proceed to bring her vehicle to sunrise total car care which is located two blocks away from where she works..when I dropped the vehicle off I explained to the owner *** the customer complaints about the sputtering and the smell of oil...I asked him to ck it out and repair what needed to be repaired I also explained that she was a single mother and really needed her vehicle back ASAP...this was approximately am ..sheila had called me at around pm to see if her velicle was ready when I called they had all ready closed...the next day I called to ck on the status of her vehicle and spoke to *** who also a partner in sunrise auto care ...she told me her car was ready that they had to do a oil pan gasket and they test drove the vehicle and couldn't duplicate the problem...I then notified *** and explain to her what was done...a few days after *** pick up her vehicle she called me to tell me her ck eng light came on and she still smell oil...I told her to bring it back to sunrise total car care ASAP to have them ck it out and do the repair...she explain that she had plans to go up state with her daughter to look at colleges and was worried and didn't want to have a problem ...I told her I wasn't a mechanic that all I could do is authorize the repair to be done...I advise her to take it to the mechanic...when she brought the car to the mechanic she was told that the owner was away and wasn't coming back till Monday this was on I believe was Friday ...after *** left she call me to explained to me what the mech said....I asked her did she explain to the mechanic she was going away for the weekend she told me YES that the car was safe and to bring the car in when she gets back in town.....next day she told me her car caught fire....I tried to assist her as much as I possibly could sheila is a very kind soul not out to hurt anyone...I offered her a credit tour a purchase of another car once the matter been resolved with the insurance company any question please feel free to call me stomer yours jim c***

customer did bring car twice and problem with light light was in evap system we had smoke test done as well as repairs I will up load receipts as to what we have repairedthe light did not go back on while we were in possession if vehicle and we told ** *** that I n they event the light comes back
please bring the truck back for further inspection also told him the shop and could go there directly

I did call that night and left a message that was never returned.  Bringing it back to them is not convenient, they dont have a loaner, and its a 1/2 hr away.  So I have to drive 2 cars to them, and 2 cars back to them to pick up. I did that twice already.  I also dont trust them with my vehicle. I found cigarette ashes on the door, and excessive mileage on vehicle last time.  I was told that there was a repair done on the front end, but there was no receipt shown for that either.

Complaint # [redacted]Monday, January **, 2016 7:44 PMHello I ([redacted]) did contact Jim C[redacted] concerning my complaint.  In the month it took the dealer to respond I obtained documents from my  loan company that show the price I signed& agreed to pay for my car was  changed. An additional  $800 was added to the price of my car & my tag fees  were added which I payed through my debit on the day I picked up the car. I  felt like all the dealer did was try& fast talk & confuse me but never  produced in black& white justification for the discrepancy in pricing. My  loan company as well stated there is a clear difference in my  documentation& the contact (which was typed) that the dealer sent in.  I  was never provided paper work to substantiate the difference nor was my  loan company. The dealer would not discuss the constant repairs made on the  vehicle, nor would they discuss the fact that hidden damage found inside  the dash board was valid. All they did was attempt to get me too finance  another vehicle@ a discounted rate. Even with that offer it had been 5  days& they have failed to follow up.  I am not satisfied& I have my  documents to prove price changes& substantial repairs made& needed in less  than a year.  Thank you [redacted] ###-###-####

After [redacted] brought jeep in for tires we replaced  them with compatible [redacted] tires  same size and threads customer came back and became irate threatening the entire staff  and owner with violence if he didn't get brand new ones also he purchased a 48 month  extended...

on 3/**/15  [redacted],her mother and father came to our dealership, (island auto buyers) ref.to 2006 infinity qx56 that they had seen advertised  on the internet. Upon arrival they were greeted by our sales rep [redacted] who in a very professional manner proceeded to show them the...

vehicle after pointing out several cosmetic item of concern. After agreeing to taking care of their concern [redacted] and company were offered a Demo ride. After the demo ride they stated they were very happy with the way it road.so matt then brought the customers in to write up the buyers order and proceed to move forward in the buying process, [redacted] who was the buyer of the vehicle was satisfied with what was offered. but  the mother on the other hand wasn't she had stated that she wanted to do better on the price,even thought our price was considerately lower then the competition.so I [redacted] the [redacted] and who also handles the financing. was asked to assist in the sale. I try to explain that the price that we had advertise which was a very aggressive price, I had very little room to neg. the still not happy...after going back and forth I had agreed to take care of the cosmetic concern and lower the price by $600.00.so the mother finally agreed. Now we started discussing finance option the mother before she continued wanted to know what her payment was going to be.I explained to her that it depended on credit, mother still wasn't happy she wanted to know the payment so I stated that base on $ 2000.00 down payment it could be as low as 250. to 260 a month. If qualified.so I ask her about her credit she told me she thought it was good. I told her it shouldn't be a problem that I work the bank very hard for our customers. She finally decided to buy the vehicle. After leaving a $ 200.00 deposit I told her I would work on it right away for her. After summiting the credit app it turns out her credit was challenge she had a lot of collection and charge offs..I finally got the deal approved with 2300.00 down and a payment of 340.00 to 355.00 a month payment. Once I notified [redacted] she was happy. But the mother wasn't .she decided to cancel her purchase. She came right back to us and demanded her money back. I then tried to explain to her the refund policy. process that we do not give back CASH and that she needed to turn in her yellow copy of her receipt,that refund cks are mailed out on Fridays ONLY. She then started to make a scene in the showroom and threaten to call the police which she did. After the police officer arrived I had explained our refund policy and showed him where it was posted in several location in the showroom. With the yellow copy in her hand the policy officer had explain in detail what she needed to do to get her refund. She disagreed,wasn't happy with what he told her and left...she called several times demanding her deposit and I keep telling her that she will get her deposit back when she drops off the yellow copy of her receipt. This process is put in place to prevent future problems...[redacted]
