sorry for the delay, it was brought to my attention that they notified you a new engine was needed but couldn't be covered under warranty in which you declined at that timeAlso I was told you picked up the car saturdayIf there's anything I can do for you please call me on my cell at [redacted]

Issue is handled customer is picking up the car on Sunday

[The dealership CERTAINLY did not deliver a new tire and new rimThey delivered the old tire patched and filled with airI was told by Aron that a new rim was not available at the dealership and each attempt to bring up having that rim replaced was diverted back to the tire I have pictures to show the flat tire we came home with and the tire and the old dirty rim that was delivered back to us Yes, the dealer is in the process of ordering the vinyl stickers but I want to have them installed by my own establishment at the expense of Island Dodge I can provide a receipt and the lowest cost to apply them I want to be reimbursed for the detailing we had to do on our own to clean the dirty car your salesman left for us and I have a receipt for the car detailing.These things that should of initially been done prior to us picking up the car and most importantly we all should be grateful that we did not have a blow out and accident with a tire that had a hole in it right from the dealership Especially, when Brandon (service tech who came out to pick up tire) specifically said that they did not have the tire or rim in the service department and he was the one who filled it up with air prior to us picking it up as well as acknowledging that the tire on the car was going bald and worn I should mention that when our salesman Jeff dropped of the tire on the old dirty rim and I said seriously this is the old tire and Jeff acknowledged that it wasThe resolutions to these issues should not even be negotiated or questioned as they were an should of been done prior to picking up the carI should just add to Revdex.com that Irwin G** put the license plate on the car and it was crooked, the pedal covers were not installed on the brake and gas pedal there was a box thrown in the back seat, the pins in the hood were not installed and the air pressure in the other tires we recorded with front driver 49lbs, passenger front 32lbs and back lbsand the old tire was at lbsThese issues were expressed to Aron, Mike, Irvin and a female sales manger who I spoke with instead of speaking back with Aron who frustrated me from the start. Your salesmen and manger let us drive the car out of the dealership knowing that there was a damaged old tire and rim on a car that was sitting flat for quite sometime on the floor and was driven around on that same flat tire and rimSerious lack of ethics and morals by putting people in danger on the road.They didn't have the decency to offer any other solution than a compressor to fill it up. Lastly, we put down $30,on a 42, high performance car and should of received the car in pristine condition.Thank you,

Last time this will be addressed. I will not come in to speak with Mike F[redacted], we did numerous times and he insist that he corrected one of the issues the day after we picked up the car. What is the difference of rectifying the situation over the phone and then us coming in with the car. He is well aware of the way the car was when we picked it up and we still haven't received the stickers, the reimbursement for the detailing and the sticker installation. I included the prices in the beginning of this process. I am not going back and forth with this as it said before. Mike F[redacted] insist that the tire and rim are new ones and they are not. Going down to the dealership will just allow them to insult us with their bt to our faces instead of over the phone. It it apparent that he will continue to say he is trying on his end to rectify the problem but he is not, he knows they were wrong from the beginning. I was hoping from the last response I made to the dealership that this will be settled. I will be filing with the County Clerk small claims court division for the tire, rim, vinyl stickers, detailing cost, etc. This is ridiculous and no longer have the patience to deal with this through the Revdex.com.

We have handled this with the customer and it is resolved.

we spoke to the customer. Unfortunately he is blaming the dealership for his warranty being voided by Chrysler. The dealership didn't put the aftermarket lift as well as other options on the car. Chrysler voided the warranty due to those adds.

This customer had an issue with chrysler. We as island jeep decided to do the right thing and help the customer. Her complaints will be with the manufacture not the dealership. please let me know what we can do to help out.

This deal was completed on a sunday. She then came in monday night and demanded that we gave her a car with $2,000 more equipment but wanted us to keep her at the same payment she's currently contracted at. We were willing to put her in that car and cancel her current contract for that car, but the...

payment would increase. We as a dealer didn't do anything wrong. Please let me know what we can do to help with this matter. thank you.

We tried to speak with the customer about the issue. During our conversation she started using foul language towards Mike F[redacted] and calling him gay slur. Unfortunately That's not acceptable and as we stated prior we have ALL the proof from motor vehicle that this was an issue the customer created on her own before ever dealing with Island auto group. We do have the conversation recorded so if you'd like we will provide the conversation. After speaking with our ownership the only thing we would offer at this time is to cut a check for 3 payments for her inconvenience. We would like to know what they would like us to do next. We have already sent a tech out to the house and gave them a new tire and rim.
