We have spoken directly to [redacted] in reference to his issue with his bank holding funds against his accountWe simply requested since the inception of this issue requested a bank statement showing the funds withdrawn from the accountPer [redacted] it is only pending or on hold at this timeWe have explained to [redacted] it generally takes hours for his banking institution to post the transaction to his account in the term it is in a temporary hold state

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The pool has been up for a month nowIt is November and I can not play the games of Island Recreational and pay to have this liner taken down then drive it to [redacted] to have it measuredIt has taken weeks for some some to call me back when they say they will call back in hoursWhich I am still waiting for that call which is hours late and countingThe pool can not be up without the linerIsland Recreational knows this plus the winds are picking upIsland Recreational sells me a foot liner for a foot round pool, which has caused damage to the wall, pay to put it up, then pay to have it taken down to bring to themThen wait for God knows how long to admit they were wrong (something they never do) and give me the correct liner ,then pay again to have it put back upIf Island Recreational would have giving me the correct liner that I paid for all of this would not have happenedHave Island Recreational send their company over to look at itIf they say its the correct liner I will pay them to fix itIf it is the wrong liner then they should put the new liner in free of chargeAn independent company EC Pools in Long Beach came in and said it was the wrong liner.The photo show the liner is inches up the wall from where it should be at the base of the wall/floorPicture is the inches of liner over the outside of the wallSo even if you let it down inches you are still short of what you need for the overhangNot to mention the liner is a good inches away from the wallI am not asking for muchJust send someone to look at itWhy is the costumer the one paying times to put the liner upI have been waiting weeks for someone to show upAnd thats when I said on Oct [redacted] I would pay them to come fix itSo I am supposed to feel confident that they will measure it and give me a new one right away for free? [redacted] purchased a cash and carry swimming pool from the [redacted] NY LocationInstallation was not paid to Island [redacted] privately paid an individual to install the swimming pool [redacted] contacted us and explained that the liner was too short for the swimming poolThe [redacted] explained he can do a warranty replacement but needed the physical liner to ensure it is indeed the incorrect measure mentSecondly the liner would be provided to the manufacturer as proof of an error in their workmanship in creating the liner [redacted] did not pay Island Recreational for any installation services [redacted] was simply told if he felt the liner was too short for the swimming pool to Bring it back to the store for inspectionOnce measured and found incorrect the store would provide a replacement linerWe are waiting for [redacted] to return the liner in question so as to have it replaced but we need to see and measure the liner to ensure it is incorrect and not an installation error from whomever [redacted] paid direct to install the swimming pool and liner

[Your Answer HereI called *** from island recreational that claims he is a *** the day after I was going to make the additional purchase that I wanted an explanation why he is refusing to install the productI explained to *** that I would even pay cash to avoid the same issue from last timeHe said island recreational is refusing to install itI asked for the persons name and he said island recreational is refusing to install itI feel like I am being discriminated againstThis is really unprofessional" the reason why I returned all the products was because I didn't feel comfortable with *** refusing my install of the linerI feel like *** is abusing his authority There was no reason to waste my time I'm a consumer.

We have spoke to *** *** upon receipt of this notification and explained it takes to weeks for *** to process the rebate for his pump which was submitted 9/*/there was no hose for his auto drain cover out at time of close we will send back technicians 10/* to install the hose as a
courtesyWe have not received any calls all summer with any issues regarding his maintenance policy

A solar cover does not put heat into the pool, rather it is a device to keep the heat in the pool at night. As a courtesy, bring the cover back to the store for a refund.

I have tried to reach [redacted] at the numbers provided to no avail. At this time to resolve this issue [redacted] is welcome to return the items in question back to the retail store without the sand in the tank in the original boxes with receipt and we will accept an return at this time to resolve...

It states per the contract any plumbing mods needed will be assessed a fee for service. We have established a 7/* date to send an technician to make correct measures to get a prime on the pump.

On Tuesday 8/**, an installer will be out to the home with a new pump. The pump will be swapped and the old pump brought back to the store.

Island Rec did call me to resolve, I was told they would send men out to fix problems. Then never called back to schedule.  When I called was told the gentleman I spoke with was not in. Called again same responce. I have since called another company to fix my problem as my pool has now turned green waiting on Island Recreational. Thank you for your quick response.  Should Island Recreational call me and come out to fix before other company shows up,  great. If not I will bill them for whatever it costs to resolve this problem. Thank you and have a great day.[redacted]

We have spoken to the customer and have agreed to refund the cost of the filter hookup in the amount of $152.06.  We have also set up a service call on Wednesday [redacted] to adjust a vertical on the pool. The customer has agreed to all of this

We have spoken to [redacted]. We are giving [redacted] an FREE replacement liner as a courtesy to settle this issue. Attached you will find a copy of the agreement letter sent to [redacted] after todays conversation. Labor and installation cost were not paid or arranged by us and not included.

[Your Answer Here]In attached file you will see that Island Recreactional orginally stated that they would deliver parts to my home. In their response they want me to travel 45 miles to their warehouse and 45 miles back to my home to pick up parts. This is unacceptable. They also have yet to follow through on the request to pay for installation. Island recreational wants me to stretch myself for a HUGE mistake that was made on their part.

We do apologize for the customer feeling this way. Our signed receipt by [redacted] at time of purchase expressly states "* Pool Alarms, Gate Alarms, and Door Alarms Alarms are FINAL SALE and will not accepted for return or exchange under any circumstance . In the even of a defect, these items...

will be exchanged only. We unfortunately cannot accept the item back as a return per policy signed by [redacted] at time of sale attached. Thank you

[redacted] sent in pictures of a FADED liner. The liner is NOT made by Island Recreational. After viewing the pictures and seeing the liner was faded we processed a warranty order (19-*-129). The customer has to pick up warranty liners since our installers travel in their own cars/trucks. We entered a NO CHARGE order for a liner change. When the installer got to the house the customers pool is 1.5ft buried in the ground. The pool is a roll wall pool designed for above ground use. The installer did not do the liner change because the wall should be dug out prior to taking apart the frame of the pool which is needed to do on a liner change. The customer was called and explained this and said he would do it himself. The faded liner was the issue and we provided a new liner to the customer right away. The customer NEVER informed us their pool was buried in the ground. The customer purchased the pool 2/**/13 and it was installed 5/**/13.

The initial check sent had wrong information a replacement check was issues as of Friday 9/**/2014 which the mail leaves the next business day Monday 9/**/2014. It takes us postal service 2 business days to mail the check it should be in the consumers hand no later than tursday 9/**/2014.

Tell us why here...Island recreational sells over 50000 bags of green out each year. To settle this issue we will issue IN STORE credit for the amount paid.
