We sold our house through this site and saved over $15,000! It can be a bit complicated entering all of the legal information but most of this you can find on your tax statement.
The real actor we dealt with was sometimes very good about forwarding the inquiries and offers(we sold it twice as it fell out of escrow the first time), but at other times it would actually be a day or two...especially on the weekends. That and the fact that he didn’t supply me with all of my required disclosure paperwork until the Buyers Agent actually sent him the request, is why I give them 4 stars.

We did a lot of research before selling our house with ISoldMyHouse.com and we were very tempted to use their flat-fee mls service after reading all about how it works and the amount of money we could save. Once we signed up, we immediately became nervous and that didn't stop until we had our first showing! I will say that this service works exactly as advertised, we had a couple of hiccups with our listing (our fault) and the support team was excellent in making the corrections. We sold our house in just over 4 weeks on the market, which is pretty good considering the country was in lockdown with covid19, right??? Closing is in 2 weeks!

Additionally, the saving on buyer real estate agent commissions, provides the agility to negotiate a win/win price for the seller and buyer. We saved over 5K using ISoldMyHouse to sell our property. We preferred to deal with potential buyers and/or their agents directly, rather than thru an agent, as we prefer having the transparency and greater control over the process. The savings are an added bonus, albeit be prepared to spend a little bit more in legal fees, if your lawyer has to do some of the mediation normally handled by the seller's agent. In any case, ISoldMyHouse was very easy and quick to deal with thru email. Very happy with the results. Our property received multiple offers and was under contract within a month of listing.
