[redacted] owns Breitling Super Avenger watch which was bought in August of 2011. The mentioned watch arrived in our repair facility in April of 2014 with a note that the sub dial hand came off. The technical staff evaluated the watch and provided a quote to repair the watch. The repair estimate...

was approved and the watch was returned to the customer in May of 2014. [redacted] forwarded the watch to us in May of this year with a note that the sub dial came off again. The watch was evaluated by the technical staff and an estimate was provided to the client. The quote was proceeded on May 24th and the repair is currently in process. We are unable to re-attached the loose hand since the dial (face of the watch) has damaged feet. We will perform the necessary service as agreed and once the repair is completed, the watch will bear 12 month warranty repair. We offered the installation charge of $45 at no charge to Mr. [redacted]. The watch is all set for pick up in the [redacted] store. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

incorrect, the company reprisentanive emailed me on January 19th asking me for additional fees . I emailed here back a screen shot of the response on the Revdex.com website. But she never replied back neither called me. Please review the attached screen shot of my response.

Mr.
[redacted] brought his watch, model A37320/ serial 973153 to our [redacted] city
store in November of 2013 with an indication that his watch timing was erratic.
The
technical staff evaluated his timepiece and indicated that the movement of the
watch needed to be serviced and that the crown...

was damaged and needed to be replaced.
An
estimate was generated and the watch was repaired as agreed.
The watch was brought back to our [redacted] store in January of 2014 with an
indication that the watch stopped.
The technical staff perform a movement adjustment at no charge, under repair
warranty.
The
watch was brought back to the store in August of 2015 with a note that it was running
1 hour fast a day.
The technical staff performed a timing adjustment as goodwill.
The
watch was brought back to the store earlier this month with a complain that the
crown was broken.
The technical staff inspected the watch and determined that the crown was
impacted, the movement was rusty beyond repair and the dial and hands were damaged
by condensation that entered the watch.
The
estimate was communicated to the customer and we are currently awaiting his
reply.
We
are unable to repair the watch at no charge as requested , as the crown is
dented which indicates that the watch received external impact.
The
crown broke off as a result of that shock.
We
hope this clarifies the situation but please feel free to contact me with any additional

I confirmed with the technical staff that the pictured hand alignment is within Breitling standard. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Please be advised that we are unable to repair
the watch at no charge as requested.
As a onetime accommodation, we can offer an additional
courtesy discount of 15% off.
We hope that Mr. [redacted] will consider it since
his watch will be like new one the needed repairs are completed.

[redacted] dropped off his Breitling watch, model [redacted], serial [redacted] in our New York store on March 16th.He indicated to us that his watch was running slow.The technical staff inspected the watch and recorded the condition of the watch.The case as well as the antiglare coating on the crystal...

were marked as scratched.The watch was repaired as needed under warranty (no charge) and it was shipped back to the customer on April 19.We have not heard from the customer until we received your email.We will contact [redacted] to advise him that the watch can be returned to us for an estimate as neither crystal replacement nor the polishing of the watch would not be covered under warranty.We will inform the client that we can certainly provide him with a free quote for the indicated repair work. Please be advised that Breitling [redacted] watch cannot have the calendar manipulated (as indicated in the instruction manual) between 8PM and 3 AM. Otherwise the calendar driving wheel can be damaged and the calendar will advance at different times. The customer can return the watch directly to...

Breitling and we can evaluate and advise him of any needed repairs but we would not be able to replace the watch.
