This is a compliment as Itech-alert has saved my nearly times from hackers, scammers who past themselves off as reps of Microsoft and planted virus and infections within my system while removing some programs and urging me to spend $or my computer would crash in minutesItech-alert saw this change as they monitored my system and knew something was wrongThey have patiently worked with my with so many of the hackers costing me charges on my credit card and tried to remove them and replace what was supposed to remain in my computer operating system which was under attackI than Tech -alert as I cannot tell who is a honest tech and service agent from a crookI am angry with my self since I am no computer genius

Frank M was my second tech today He did an excellent job throughout the hrs online correcting issues
I have had a lot of dealings with this group over the past months Almost all have been excellent, providing the security and windows maintenance services they advertise
Only issue I had was one - last night (3/4/16) Had new hard drive installed and a new and clean install of restoration OS (Win Pro) just purchased this week from Dell Contacted this group to reinstall security software per contracted service I think they used a junior technician After hours the computer lost the ability to boot or access windows Tech called me (not their standard service) and told me he could not do anything more as issue exceeded his capabilities A senior Tech would be av available tomorrow Set telephone app't for After several calls, it was determined they had server issues Finally got another junior tech using much older PC to try working thru issues No luck for hours then only response was type-written page of instructions (which replicated everything already donethen she apparently signed off as no other response given
Finally, after many many tries using F10-.Fsequence during boot, I was able to reach a screen that allowed me to boot from last successful windows boot - which worked
Contacted this group again on referenced computer Frank Mwas new tech and spent 2-hrs online with me working thru problems He did a great job and things appear to be working well now
Bottom line: Very good service when connecting online; telephone not so good They stay at it and do the job until satisfied This last one was a very long but good experience
I would recommend them to others
