This company called me every few weeks. They have changed their names several times. I have done thorough research on them - they are definitely a scam. I have asked to be removed from their call list and was told that they would have to cancel my license and give me a refund for my money that I paid for the license. What license???? They said someone would come to my house and bring me $500 refund for the money I spent on the license. I have been as nice as possible throughout the last year and now have been to the point of threatening them to leave me alone. Nothing works.... he said the only thing that would get me off their list was to cancel my license and accept their refund. I wish someone would stop them.... it has become harrassment. They are highly trained in keeping you on the phone for as long as possible. If someone from a tech support company calls you with an indian accent.... do NOT follow their instructions.

This company is awesome. No matter how stupid my questions seem they answer them professionally and expertly. I would be lost without their help. I recommend them to everyone. Trust me I have been scammed and it is refreshing to know they are there for me. I than k them daily
