Purchased Wand Mate Adapter on 6/1/via their website Extend-It's.com; received it 6/10/Adapter did not fit on my product - the same product advertised that the adapter would fit on (i.eWahl Hatchet Massager #04120-600)On 6/11/16, I emailed [email protected], telling them what was wrong with the adapter, that it was never used because it wouldn't fit, that I'd be returning it, and wanted a refundOn 6/14/16, Jodee B [redacted] emailed me from ***@itiwebstores.com stating their return policy on this item (this was the first time I had heard about it or seen it in writing)Then on 6/15/16, Jodee emailed me that I didn't have to return the product because her boss would probably throw it away anyway, and that I would still get a full refund anywayOn 7/1/16, I emailed Jodee saying that if I did not receive my refund to my credit account within days, I would contact my credit card company to investigateTo date, 7/11/16, I have not received a reply or a refundOn 6/

Why are you wasting my time with this? I don't need his agreement to cancel his orderThe entire order has already been refunded and the order cancelled [see attached receipt from Authorize.net]We owe him nothingIf he wants the items that were in stock he will need to place a new order

These guys are just scammers I gave them one star..as you have to give them something I wrote a letter addressed to MrTim B [redacted] at corporate headquarters in Vancouver, WA and it came back "undeliverable."

Yesterday, I did receive the merchandise from Intelligent Technologies, Inc So this can be closed Intelligent Technologies never communicated with me even though I left email and telephone messages, so I ordered a similar product from another on-line service That package arrived yesterday as well, although it was ordered days after the order to Intelligent Technologies I will never do business with Intelligent Technologies again Their customer service doesn't exist

On July I ordered a product from [redacted] , Order # [redacted] with shipping, it was $My [redacted] credit card was chargedI received a confirmation email from the companyI never received anything else On July I called the phone numbers on the confirmation and on the web siteMore than half the time, the phone numbers don't connect or pick upWhen they do, you get a recording saying to send order inquiries to an iti addressI sent messages to all the emails on the web site as well as this customer service addressI never received any reply A few days later, I called their [redacted] number and entered random extensions until I reached a man who claimed he was looking up my order and making sure it was processedI have yet to received the product or any contact as promised

Order # [redacted] placed on 3-3-has not been delivered as of 5-12-I have made several contacts, left voice mail on extension #and talked to a sales rep on 4-29-I was told that they would "look into it"I have not heard anything from them as of 5-12-My order was for gifts to be given and of course have missed those opportunitiesTotal for the bill $should be refunded in fullI am extremely disappointed with " [redacted] ***" and ITI Web Stores

I ordered from their website on 11/4/and have not received a shipping notice, not answer to phone calls since their number is off the hook, nothingI really searched to find this and now it will probably never make it

Ordered a hard to find blow up pillow for air travel Got an email stating that the order was recieved and that was the only communication I ever recieved from them I called the number for telephone ordering but only got a recording saying to check on orders, write to an email address There was not even an option to order telephonically I sent emails to every email address listed and still no response I ended up filing a complaint with *** to get my money back

Ordered a seat belt extender from company on February 18, 2018, and have never received it I call every day and leave a messageThey go unansweredI email every day they go unanswered Still haven't received the product

While the website, www.backscratcherworld.com, is very well done and professional, the company that operates it is very unprofessional and is more of a scam than a businessI ordered a backscratcher for a friend for Christmas, and received a very well laid out receipt, but never received the productThey have a link to an order status page, but the order status never, ever changesWhen an email is sent in regards to the product in question, no one answersAnd it is impossible to call and talk to them, as it goes to this company's message recording and the mailbox is fullSo sad to see thisI contacted my bank and was able to get a full refundIf I would have waited for the company to answer me, I would still be waiting
